Had a oil change and they didnt put the pug on all the way. Leaked all over my drive.

My exhaust pipe rusted out on a 5 hr trip! Caleb and his team were able to get me in today, and order the part I needed right away so I could get back on the road. Great customer service! Grateful they were open this holiday weekend.

Went to a few other places In town to get my tires replaced and they couldn’t do it because of the size of the tires but these guys got me in and out in 20 minutes

If I could give them a negative 5 rating I would. My passenger side wheel felt like it wanted to fly off so I brought it to Monroe and what a mistake that was!!!! Said they had to exchange my brake hose that led to my calipers and charged me $300. Made my truck worse!!!! Then told me I need alignment and wheel bearings changed but wants to charge me $600. Nope!!!! Never taking truck back there again.

Incredibly friendly atmosphere and professional. Helped us out in a pinch and fit us in between a lot appointments for a short fix to make sure we could get back on the road safely. Zach was incredibly professional with all the customers and really made us feel like he wanted to take care of us and our wallets all with a smile. We will be definitely be making a return here in the future.

I had my oil changed, drove less than 300 miles and my oil was at 0%. The oil was checked and barely any oil was in it and it was black. I contacted Monro and they told me to call corporate. Corporate was going to refund me 1/2 or I could get a "free" oil change. I chose the oil change. They tried to give me some lame excuse on the type of motor, etc. They tried to get out of changing the oil. Fact is the oil was black when drained and little oil. We still had to pay a portion.

Took my vehicle in for a tire balance. Tech advised that the torque was too much on the wheel locks. However after I left I found the lug nut key like this. They used an impact on the keyed lug which you should not! I purchased a new one and it worked fine. The torque was not too much. Went to check the other wheels which they put back on with their trusty impact and it ruined my new key. What a worthless place and dishonest employees. If you’re the owner and read this please contact me.

Went in because I thought I heard a little grinding from my breaks. Turns out I had none. They took good care of me and my van for a reasonable price. Were super nice also.

So I post a pretty scrappy review earlier and the store manager Zach was good to reach out to me. Been doing several years of busy with them. Yes Tory was awesome always looking out for us. Zach stepped up today so changing my review and giving them another chance. I apologize Zach and I hope things can be mended. Thank you for the reaching out. You have turned things really around.

Got me in for a brake replacement while I was traveling. Not only was the price great the service was even better. If they were near my hometown Id have a new go to shop.

I take my car in to get tire put on and oil change running perfect after they finish and I pay and drive out of there parking lot my power steering goes out very ironic dont you think?

I always had this place work on my car. The did have a nice staff, but that has changed in time. What I wanted them to do would have taken 5 minutes, but oh no. This guy wanted me to come back. He would not do it. I have seen that place packed and it was not. I hold him he lost my business. He did not care. Took car to another garage, they checked it turned off, took 5 minutes. It has not come beck on. This is what Monro could have done for and old lady.....Oh well

Very welcoming place. They will not mess you over at this place, if they think something is wrong they will fix it. Though they will not fix something they think doesnt need fixing to rack up your bill, its obvious they want to save you money and get you on the road safely

About 10 yrs ago I spent 1500 dollars on brakes at Monroe. Then I had to take my truck to Daniels automotive to get the job done rite for 300 dollars. Aint been back wont go back!

Got two brand new tires, which in less than two weeks became two brand new flat tires with busted valve stems. When I called to complain, we were told it was not their fault and they would not pay for a tow truck or fix them.

Used to be great service until today i needed 2 tires changed witch were brand new with the stickers and the wheels already off, well they dont do "walk in parts" anymore so needless to say they lost my business and ill be telling everyone i know not to go here they are a JOKE. Also quoted my friend $1000 to do a Y pipe on a truck lmao.

Ive honestly had great service at Monro the three times I have visited them for brake work, tires, and most recently an emission issues. Would greatly recommend. As a bonus, its lovely to be able to walk to Taco Bell (and in the near future, to Starbucksor have a pedicure while I wait for my car. An added bonus of the location.

Worked with the manager, Joe, on taking a look at brakes, calipers, and oil change. Very thorough group. Made sure to check parts of brake system that most shops neglect to look at. A+ service.

This place is awesome the manager Brad is super knoledgable and friendly they were able to get me in fixed up and back on the road in no time flat would defiantly recommend to anyone needing work done!

Horrible experience If I could guve it less than 1 star I would! I had appoinment was there on time everything was fine the tech said they would get me right In didnt happen. When it did finally happen it took them 2+ hours to put on 4 tires when they told me It wouldnt take that long at all In that time they stopped several other times to do other vehichles. Never once gave me an update so I sat there and when they were finally done I simply asked what was tge point if having an apointment If I was gonna have to sit ther for that long a good half hour if it he was out side talking to a girl. He replied very rudely to me in front of another customer as well who was extremely shocked. He charged me a disposal fee even tho I took the tires and told me he couldnt take it off of my bill so I paid and left never have I been so disrespected in my life by someone who should be a professional. I get home and notice he didnt put one of my center caps back on I called he answered and said yes its here no apology nothing other than come get. So I did when I got there he walks out slaps it on ny tire and walks away without saying a word to me. Never again will I deal with this place oh and fyi he told me he was the assistant manager as well. Well william the assistant manager you sir can kiss my butt!!!

As far as the manager and his staff I love going there Ive been going there their informative and honest. When it comes to above the store manager I got ignored and I hate being ignored. but because Im such an honest person it was not about the service of the shop it was about a business matter.

Not sure how my 24.99 oil change and more ended up $33? Tires werent rotated or other fluids checked as advertised either. Might as well done it myself in the driveway. Very disappointed!

I have never had an issue with them. Ive had them fix my cars going back to my first car. I prefer specialty shops like Monroe. I always get a good deal on what I need fixed.

All I wanted them to do was bend a piece of pipe I took it up there at 2:30 pm guy says he will call me in a couple hours when its done..... well I waited and waited until 7 when they close guy tells me cant get to it today had a guy walk out on him well I can see why when you tell someone you can do a job and then cant because whatever but you also cant call to tell me you cant do it an waist my entire day..... waiting ...... I should have just spent the extra money and went to Marion

The whole crew is great here! Troy is the man and would not be surprised if he is the CEO soon. They all went above and beyond! Treated us and every customer great! Would not hesitate to bring my car here for anything they do. Affordable and very honest great service. RECOMMEND!

Took my car in for a new alternator and battery. They replaced both at an overpriced cost but despite their bad reputation I had to take it there because it was the only place open on Saturday. Got the car home and the check engine light came on and the car wouldnt run over 2300rpms. Took the car back the next day and they had it for 2 days and could not figure it out. They never once called and gave me an update. I took it home and fixed it myself in 15 minutes. I called the regional manager and he apologized for the situation and said he would send me some gift cards. I never got the gift cards. I wouldnt trust this place with more than an oil change even then you are taking a risk.
