Hidden gem of a park. Great spot for fishing. Even caught some on a ring day. Plenty of parking, few bathroom. Very quiet. The drive is a gravel, no pavements whatsoever.

Green slime along the shoreline cant be good . Ive been there several times over 2 years. Nice and clean on shore- even with port o potty in handicap area.Good current 50 yards outIve tried all kinds of tackle and bait , but never caught anything except an attitude. I was beginning to think it was me till I spoke with another fellow. Id love to see the stocking schedule for Moon lake since Covid. This old man wont make that half hour trip soon.

Perfect area to enjoy the great outdoors. Recently renovated camping lots, bike/hiking trails, and a small lake with tons of bass and panfish. I love it there.

This little gem of a park is in the backyard of many Luzerne County residents.The park has a very nice lake for fishing, kayaking or just relaxing.There is a campground area, and lot of picnic tables including a few gazebo.

Such a peaceful place in nature to enjoy from the lake, fishing, a walk, or camping. Theres something to do for you. The lake is absolutely beautiful every time I go.

Moon Lake is great. Ive been going there for over a decade. Great trout fishing and even better bass fishing. Gates stay open at night for anybody looking to call coyotes or other predators. Awesome park with minimal riff raff.
