I had a storage unit for a little over a year with Jarrod and never had any problems of any kind. Jarrod is a great guy, super kind and friendly! Always returns your calls and makes sure the property is taken well care of! Highly recommend!!

The dude that set me up was awesome! He was friendly and personable. He allowed me to check out the unit and was super informative thoughtout all my questions. He even had me check the gate code before I left. He set us up with a lock. Wrote everything down for me. And was just genuinely awesome.

We had absolutely STELLAR customer service with Moove In Self Storage. When the gate code that we had received online would not work and we were arrived later in the day, we were relieved when the manager returned our call promptly and was quickly on-site to assist us. He was friendly and respectful, and we would recommend this storage place (with him as a manager!because unlike many other self storage units, when/if some concern were to arise, he would be there to help.

First I want to start by saying, I do not hate it Im just very upset with the services, Etc... 😫😣Here are my own reasons; Im paying $90. a month for damp, light mold, spiders, webs & mice droppings in my unit 🤔😡😤😠😣**Then to top it all off; to get my low car close enough to the keypad I gouged my car, paint & all on the concrete holding the post. 😡😤 There should be a warning or styrofoam or something on it!I called the company 2 days ago with no response yet.....

nice, newer storage units - various sizes, for reasonable price. owner is very understanding & works well w you, if you need to make a payment late (late fee included, of course). the only reason I wouldnt rate 5 stars, is because most of the walls have larger gaps between them & the concrete, which is probably the biggest reason the units get so many mice. recommend keeping traps at all times, or your belonging will get chewed up!

I am very unimpressed with my experience here. This place is supposed to be climate controlled and yet most of my belongings were covered with black mold. I had to junk my refrigerator that I had just paid off right before I put it in there. My brand new dining room table that I paid off after it was put in there needs to be sanded down and refinished. I had to throw away our mattresses because of mold. There is a mouse hole in the back of the unit and mouse droppings in my boxes and boxes were chewed through. Also, I found a roach coming out of one of the boxes. Ive never had roaches plus my belongings were in storage for a year. So far Ive only found that one, but I havent unpacked everything yet. My deep freezer is no longer working because of mold in the engine. I had been paying for insurance on the unit, but it only covers up to $2,000, and you are expected to come up with a $100 deductible even though this is 100% their fault. I will never use this place again, and highly recommend no one else use it if you do not want to lose all of your belongings. I am adding pictures of the refrigerator below. I also have pictures of other things and of the mouse hole and droppings.

Often times needing a storage unit comes at us for reasons that arent always the best of times, you have to downsize, lost your home, separation , or in my case total loss of my business shop from a storm. Placing our personal belongings in someone elses "care" or property isnt the most comforting feeling and in my case came with a lot of anxiety. I had called several places but the first place to call me back was Moove In. I cant say enough good about what Jarrette did for me as far as understanding my situation and making me feel better about having to move my entire business to another location.He not only rented me a unit but took his time when i didnt even ask hom to amd showed me different units trying to figure out what would best suit my needs given my situation. He Could have just said "well i have this size or that size, what do you want"? But he didnt he showed me multiple units, even suggesting the cheapest of the units to best suit what i would be needing it for. He came with me to make sure my security code woukd work to get me in and even swept my unit(it wasnt dirtyand made a minor repair that he could have made me wait for maintenance to do . So I know Moove In may have a 4 star rating but its definately FIVE STAR service. I have worked with the public for more than 25 years and customer service is everything in my opinion. So despite not being very pleased with my current situation or having to have a rental unit i could nt be more pleased with my experience and how it was handled. He also is completely knowledgeable about ALL aspects of the business and how its run. He Could have tried to "sell" me extras or made more money from me but he was totally upfront about how to save!!!!Oh and did i mention FREE MONTH thats right you get a free month(not sure if this is always in effectbut whats better then free??So if you find yourself needing some extra space or a place to put what is most near and dear to you may I suggest Moove In Storage, where you will be treated and led with wonderful customer service and very knowledgable staff!

I have been storing my things here for months. Great customer service, Jerod is da bomb. I wish it wasnt on such a hilly place. It can make it difficult for trucks and trailers to access. Ive been completely satisfied, and their prices are very reasonable.

I called and was able to come in right away. Within 25 minutes I had a storage unit. The property manager walked up and showed me the different sizes available and was very informative. It was overall a simple and pleasant experience. Thank you.

We went in a few weeks ago after having a glitch in where we were supposed to store our stuff. I called and the guy working said he had some units did I need one that day. Now it was 12:30 and they closed at 1. So I said yes we are on the way. He got us all set up and in our unit. He had to stay a few minutes late but it was much appreciated. He was friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much for getting us all set up on such short notice.

I rented with Moove In over the summer for about 2.5 months. When I retrieved my belongings in July, the majority of my furniture, boxes, clothes, etc. were covered in white, black and yellow molds (let alone the dozens of spider eggs). I immediately contacted Moove In about this and they assured me that the manager would soon get back to me. Not only has nothing been done, they never tried to contact me (over a month ago). I emailed as well and no response. There is no answer when you call Lewistown, the phone goes straight to the companys service and they just tell you the manager will call, but they dont. I suggest using anyone else for your storage needs.

Same do-it-yourself storage but with a flaky staff and no more security gate. Glad they sell flimsy padlocks in the office.Edit: we found many spiders and bugs along with a dead mouse in our storage. This is truly proving that this place doesnt care about its customers or their belongings whatsoever. Im not happy.

I would just like to say this is a breath of fresh air! The manager on site was friendly with a great attitude. Took my payment which for once wasn’t a hassle. She was telling me about different renovations coming. Very glad to have an office person.
