My husband and I had the Moderna vaccination done here today. I was very nervous, but everything went well. Everyone was so nice and friendly, especially the pharmacist. I would definitely recommend Mortons Pharmacy.

Had a very negative experience with the pharmacy and I will not be back. Was told from my insurance provider to go to this location. (Which I knew nothing about.Went there and the pharmacy flat out refused to help me. Told me he had “better things to do and cash price for my meds for a few weeks wouldn’t be that much.” It was right before close and I feel they did not want to deal with the problem. There was a problem from my insurance provider that a simple phone call would have cleared up. Keep in mind my provider told me to go to this location because they would be able to cover my prescription under my insurance, because their pharmacy was in their network. While they would not call my insurance provider to clear up the confusion, CVS in Portsmouth gladly did. There is a pharmacy only number on the back of insurance cards for a reason. At times if there is some sort of error communication between the insurance provider and pharmacy must be made. I would have understood if it would have been a problem they couldn’t have resolved... but they didn’t even try. Pharmacist literally told me he had a few other things to do before close and he wasn’t going to waste two hours (very dramatic exaggerationon the phone for an outcome he already knew. DUDE MY INSURANCE PROVIDER LITERALLY SENT ME TO YOUR PHARMACY TO GET MY MEDS COVERED. I’ve never left a business in tears as I did today.

I have never left a 1 star Review before. Today I am and if I could Id leave 0. Stopped in to pick something medication up for my PREGNANT Girlfriend with her. Express scripts sends us to your store. When we arrived at 5:45PM a lady was already trying to lock up. When the script says its filled for shipment we explain that is an error and a simple call will clear it up as it did at CVS an hour before.. the guy wouldnt even try because "he knew how itd go" and said he doesnt know what we want from him. We said effort. He said he had better things to do.. which was simply lock up . He didnt want to help us and he was rude. This place was an embarrassment. I hope he never need something and someone tells him they have better things to do.

Pharmacists are always on hand when you need them and they always make the time for you. You are not just another number. why use mail order when you can get one on one service
