Done everything here, fishing, hunting, boating, golfing. All great.

Stopped here for overnight when our truck started running poorly and not wanting to pull the camper. Beautiful place and a great area to be "stuck". We plan to come back!

Beautiful venue, participated in step-son wedding. Recommend the location for your wedding and reception needs. You cant beat the view.

5 stars for the course, food and service. This place is a legit golf compound. It is destination golf spot in Missouri. Plan ahead and stay in a lake cabin. My only question is...... How on earth does this place not have an ATM? They have a restaurant, championship course, solid pro-shop and no ATM. Recommend every golfer, give this course a shot!

Good place nice spots...... way too many people speeding. With 4 kiddos it was a bit scary. People going the wrong way on a one way. Over 20 times, a few cons. But overall pretty nice campground.

Great cabins at the lake, right on the water. The lake is great for kids, fishing, swimming, etc.

Weather didnt cooperate but was still great for large family get together. Cabins are clean and very comfortable. Fishing and fire pit right out the back door. Close enough to downtown. Book in advance...they are busy!

Cant wait until the bridges are done. Well take the long way around in May!

A little sunrise fishing this morning, fish are not biting yet, I don’t think it will belong before they are.

Came down from Minneapolis to play some early March golf. Got in 2 rounds and stayed 2 nights in cabin #6. Very cool place. Im sure in June it gets crazy around there, but the 1st week of March its very peaceful and the dormant rye grass(I thinkis a beautiful shade of brown and plays just fine My only complaint is with the length of the days in early March. Ill be back.

Love Mazingo whether it be just to look at the views or go walking . Its always very well maintained and clean . My only complaint is having a better way to get down to the beach area for those who cant make that walk but would love to !

It was great its a wonderful place to eat I would suggest it to anybody that hasnt tried it yet its real nice inside

Camped here for one night while biking across the country. A little out of the way of our route, but the campground was overall nice and pretty empty. The showers and bathrooms were dirty, but usable (there were only two for the whole campground, so Im not sure what thatd be like when the campground is full). Otherwise, there were lots of tent sites to choose from and access to potable water and the lake to go swimming.

This is one of the best courses Ive played that cost. This course is better than so many courses around Texas and country that charge $100+ green fees. They end up being subpar to this gem. To top it off they have a great par 3 course as well. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you get the opportunity. The only thing youll regret is rolling off the fairway with the surrounding native grasslands =)

Beautiful place! There was a dead raccoon in the water where we was at. The table had fishing scales on it , otherwise it was very nice.

The golf course is reasonably priced and in great shape but they do not take any precautions for COVID.

Rented cabin 8. With 4 couples plenty of room. Only downside was the Wi-Fi was out the whole time. Great weekend getaway.

Sites are a tad short but paved pad with gravel ramp. Long enough for my RV but not my truck. Area is very well maintained as they were cleaning fire pits frequently. Bath house is very nice well stocked and maintained. I didnt utilize laundry but it is available. Sites are electric and water. I really like the park but because the trees are still very young there is still not a lot of shade. Once they grow in then things will be better. Free wifi is available and works pretty good with not a lot of users but once loaded up like others it can become fairly useless. Coverage is ok. Verizon is the extended network but has some drops, sprint/tmo is decent allowing streaming at 30meg.

Best golf course in north Missouri! Beautiful scenery all around with an excellent farm to table restaurant to enjoy a drink or a meal after your round, or both!

It was a lot of family fun. Will do it again!But next time we will rent a cabin.

A very awesome labor day weekend at Mozingo lake. Bbq, live band, great sand and swimming, plus the water slide!! Deffinately a place to go in the summer.

They took out the boey in the middle that was fun to swim to. I they have the swim guard far too close now that even short people at 52 can reach walking all the way out to it! Ide like that changed but in general its well kept and nicely maintained!

I love golfing here when I was in college and the renovations theyve made since then have only made it better. The course is always in immaculate condition, the 9-hole course they added looks like a lot of fun, and the new pro shop/lodge/event center looks amazing. All of that at $40 for 18 holes and a cart. Thats a steal. You wont find a better deal than that anywhere.

The lake and surrounding area is pretty. But we tent camped and we left the next morning. The only bathroom and shower was very dirty and they ran out of toilet paper and soap. No privacy at these sites and people were loud and I mean loud way past 1am. This tent site just wasnt for me.

Beautiful course along with outstanding and accommodating service. Fantastic layout that plays around the lake, challenging and fair for everyone (we have a wide range of skill levels in our group). Ten of us made the drive from Kansas City today and we will definitely go back... were only sorry its not closer!Keith W

Some things about this place were great, the kitchen wasnt one of them. It says they are well equipped for cooking, but ours was lacking some basic cooking items. Luckily I had someone coming later, so they brought the things I needed. It wasnt terribly clean and the pull out bed was awful, almost worn out of existence. Otherwise, its a beautiful place and a nice sized cabin. I wouldnt recommend the loft cabins unless you have kids that will sleep up there, its pretty hot, the fan didnt work, and the steps are steep, and I wouldnt recommend an adult sleeping on the pull out either. If we ever go back, I would get a two bedroom for 5 or 6 people instead of the loft cabin. And I would take a lot more things for kitchen use. The lake views were amazing though!

Beautiful lake, with plenty of fishing spots. Everything seemed to be will maintained, including the many shelters around the area. I was only there for a short time, but sure did enjoy it.

I love to taking my toddlers there to play. The cabins are nice & well kept. We plan to go back in August!!

Coming here last 10 years. Accommodations outstanding. Excellent golf course. Fishing been a little sparse lately, but, walleyes are growing.

Very nice lake, and camping accommodations. The weekends can get crowded on the lake with Jet Skiers. The fishing is really good here too.I absolutely love their golf course, it has been featured in Golf Magazine as one of the best course in Missouri to play. They also opened a 9 hole course for youth players.

Great place to play, picnic, boat, golf, and relax! Clean, spacious and welcoming.

Mozingo Recreational Area is kept clean and tidy. The beach is my favorite in this area. The water is just warm enough to take the edge off and still cool enough to be a blessing in summer. Waves from the boats make this spot even more enjoyable.

We have stayed in the cabins before and this time was great as well. Loccation is amazing, looking at the lake while having coffee! Cabin is clean, spacious and has plenty of towels, bedding and tons of dishes and cooking utensils. Had a group of 9 this time and had plenty of space. Cant wait till we have an excuse to stay again!

I was a guest in one of the cabins for a wedding held at the community center. The cabins are well equipped with dishes and linens. Located right on the lake. It was wonderful to get up every morning and enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch while watching nature. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation spot. Awesome experience!!

Tried to go fishing today girl at the front said we dont need a fishing license okay cool. WRONG got stoped and got in trouble for not having a license!!!! Went back up there to get a license and she was completely rude and disrespectful so we left. Get it together people do you not know your job or what

Great grounds, lake, golf course, cabins, and shelters. Nice beach (smaller than I remember though). Wonderful location and area.

Its a very clean lake. The fishing is amazing! They have great campgrounds. Cabins. Even a nature trail to walk.

Great flat and clean RV sites with very nice tables. Trees are young but will provide good shade in a few years. Lake is clean, including beach and dock areas. The bathrooms in RV area are exceptional, and there is even laundry facilities available. Free outdoor movie on Fridays! Only negative was the vast number of children zipping around in golf carts. Several drivers looked to be just 8 or 9 years old, and their skidding on gravel as entertainment seemed dangerous to pets and people.

Great walking trails! Both paved and unpaved (many miles wheelchair accessible).

Best campground Ive been to in MO. All paved sights with patios water and 30 or 50 amp service. Great views of Lake and nice room at each site. Nice sized lake for boating, skiing or fishing. Also nice golf course.
