I want to get my tires balanced, it was a reasonable price very happy with that. But the customer service kind of sucks made you feel like you didnt want to wait on you and you wish you didnt show up because he doesnt want to do the work and you were inconvenience.

Dont trust themBrought car in for PA inspectionThey told me I needed brakes and I failed.Couldnt pass until i had a brake job.Took car to another placeGot inspection passed no prob.I ask if there was anything wrongwith my brakes.They said brakes are fine.

If you need anything other the tires and oil go elsewhere, brought my jeep there to get ebrake fixed and got it back worse, returned the next day and same thing and still was charged. My gf got an exhaust replaced on here car and the bumper melts on it. Dont think they really know what there doing

I would not recommend Mr. Tire. Last year I went in for a standard oil change. A discrepancy occurred regarding some information that was conveyed to me, at no one’s fault, and I was given an all-inclusive $20.00 + tax card for an oil change, at any time, for my trouble. When I went to redeem the $20.00 card, I was told the card would not be honored and that the best they could do would be $20.00 off the top. If there was no intention to honor the card, I should not have been given it. I would not recommend.

I was heading home to Rochester area from a visit to Lehigh Valley when my tire went flat. I was able to get tire off and donut on but knew I needed more than just the donut to get home on since I still had 3 hrs to go. I found Mr. Tire. The gentleman was willing to look over my tire to see if it was salvageable. It wasnt. He was able to quote me an all season pair for less than what I spend typically. I knew I was in need of new back tires anyways for winter. In an hour I was back on road. Great service! Great price! Thank you so much!

I found myself out of town with a flat tire while traveling with a car full of kids. I made my way to Mr. Tire. I am so pleased with the service I received. Larry and George were most helpful and pleasant. They took car of my car and had me on my way as quickly as possible. What could have been a dreadful experience turned out to be a minor inconvenience. I highly recommend Mr Tire!

They put the wrong tires on my Jeep. I specifically asked for A/Ts and they installed M/Ts. I called to let them know and they promised they would get the right tires on order and call me back as soon as they arrived. Still havent gotten that call.UPDATE: Called their customer support line nearly a month ago, left a message with contact details (that they already had, btw), and did not get a call back.

Started out as a alignment. 4 trips later it ended with a 300.00 Bill. Never will use them again.

Dennis was very friendly and accommodating. Seemed like good service in a fairly reasonable amount of time.

Stopped in the store for some routine work. WOW... remodeled and painted the inside...New Manager was great and cared about my needs! The old manager John did not treat me half as good as Dennis! Definitely telling everyone about the great improvements in the image inside and staff! Mr Tire really stepped up the game!

Was very upset when I went for a quote and when they gave me the bill they were no where close. You need to quote tires with installation included so people dont show up without enough money.

Showed up for my scheduled appointment at 10am on a Saturday. After waiting at the front desk I was told the mechanic who does the state inspection called off of work and that I could not be helped. I understand life happens but if I could keep my appointment after only hours since the birth of my child surely someone could of called and informed me. With this experience I wont be back for a while.

I was on a road trip and got a hole in my tire while driving. We’re not from the area and pretty far from home so we had to google a quick place to help. Although the tire couldn’t be fixed, the owner and staff got us a good deal on a new tire. Great service and fast to help us get back to our trip.

My wife got a flat tire near great bend. I had her take the tire here and it was fixed very quickly.

John and his crew fixed my ford f150 ex manifold . No other automobile place would do it . John said bring it down and 6 hr later same day all fixed. looks like I found my new automobile place to go . I will definitely be recommending Mrtire greatbend when people ask me where I go

I was driving through PA on I-81 when I got a flat tire. AAA towed me to Mr. Tire in Great Bend, PA. I got a new tire installed for a good price and was on my way in a short while. Friendly people, great service and good prices.

I stopped by in the morning to see if anyone could help with my car door. It wasn’t closing and I didn’t want to miss work. The nicest man came out and helped me. He was very helpful and I REALLY appreciate him helping me. He took the time to figure out the issue and address it. And I was still right on time for work! So needless to say, I was pretty impressed! Definitely would recommend them.

Went there for inspection and was told lower ball joint was bad. Pulled lower ball joint only to find out that it wasnt bad. However they missed the fact that the upper ball joint was bad. So not only did we have to pay for 2 inspections but we had to buy unnecessary parts!

John, the Manager, and his team did a great job twice. We are from out of town and at the end of the business day needed a windshield wiper replaced. In stock, and installed; no problem! 5 minutes later we hit a pothole on I81 and had to come back to Mr. Tire. Even though the shop was about to close, John and his team took our car into the shop, diagnosed the problem (needed to rebalance the right front tire), fixed the problem and sent us on our way! 4 1/2 hours into a 10 hour drive this support was much appreciated.

Great and fast service. Fixed my car easily and contacted me immediately when finished. Low and fair price for the problem my car has been having. Highly recommend using their shop.

We had a flat tire on Christmas Eve day. They were amazing. One gentleman got our car ready (we needed to replace all tireswhile the other drove almost an hour round trip to get the tires we needed. Incredible service and so nice!

Qouted a tires that were not in stock and said come down and make a deposit. When I came down they changed the story and said he told me the tire was not available when I called the first time.. so why would you qoute me something thats unavailabe and why would you tell me to come down a pay a deposit to order a tire that’s unavailable.. makes absolutely nonsense other then completely wasting my time going to thier store. I’ll never return to mr. tire

They were wonderful. Pulled off 81 pulling a trailer and had a flat tire on the truck. Fixed us up in a jiffy. Very friendly and efficient. Highly reccomend their services.

Sitting at goodyear, having had them re-balance 4 tires that werent balanced properly. And do an alignment that was way off without problems. This is all after Mr. Tire mounted and balanced my tires did the alignment (which they claimed a camber bolt needed to be replacedand yet Goodyear said the bolt was fine and everything was off. Especially the tire with to many weights all over the tires. Paid them $420+ now have to pay goodyear for the same work. Hope Mr. Tire will make this right.

These guys are great! Friendly and professional. I went for a oil change with my coupon . They actually took the time and showed me how to get the app on my phone so I can get coupons and specials. Went there for tire on my 2009 ford f150 . John got us into goodyear wranglers 275/65/18 for the cheapest around also got us a 250 dollar rebate. They had us in and out in a timely manner.I will be using this store more often

When we got a flat on our 2017 Toyota Sienna and the closest Toyota Dealerships refused to help and told us they were too busy. The Mr. Tire got us what we needed, even driving to another location to get the tire. They took care of us as quickly as they could and got us back on the road. We were very happy that somebody was willing to go the extra mile to help us.

The only place north of Scranton that was very fast to answer the phone and getting the tires in the shop and was very helpful with getting us back on the road

This place is the best for your tire needs! Prompt service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable people (Jeff), and just an overall a positive experience. They were able to accommodate our emergency flat tire-- we called from the side of the highway and Jeff was able to get our tire in his store and service our vehicle within a half hour! Went in to have a flat repaired, big mistake. Asked to have a tractor tire flat repaired and after two trips and over $60 in fees the tire still wouldnt hold air. Took tire to a real garage, tire and customer still doing well but this time only charged $25. Never again!

They got me right in for an oil change but never reset my maintenance light and the customer service at the front desk is left to be desired. All in all I came for an oil change, it got done quickly and I was in & out, so not bad.

We had a flat tire on Route 81 a couple of miles from this service center. After getting the temporary tire on we pulled in to this place. Service was prompt and Jeff at the desk and the other technicians were friendly and helpful. We were in and out within 30 minutes getting a new tire installed. I also agree with the previous comment that the accessibility of the place from the highway was great. They are also pet friendly and allowed our puppy Max to go in and wait in their waiting room. Keep up the good work and you deserve 5 Stars and more. We are very grateful for your awesome service. Our #roadtripblues turned pleasant
