Worst stake I have ever had - burned. Worst service Ive experienced in Germany, and this a company event that ended up costing us a lot of money. Nie wieder!

Theres a lot of room for improvement with this restaurant. The staff is not what you would call warm and friendly, except for one or two people. You get the feeling that you have to be a certain type of person before they show a different kind of manner. The food is quite alright but their recent price increases are beyond any normal appreciation of necessity. I guess they have their base and that these people dont care but for anyone who appreciates food at a fair price, Mangia Mangia has tipped the scales. For these prices, the food simply isnt good enough.

The restaurant is overrated. The food is very mediocre and the staff are very busy and you have to wait a lot for them.

Delicious Angus Beef Burger, quite good quality but really expensive. Bottle of water is 7,50€!Make sure you wear appropriate attire because everyone else does. Pasta Carbonara was probably left in the pan for too long so tasted a bit burned.Parking costs extra.

Very nice Italian restaurant with glutenfree and vegan options! I love it!

It is mentioned that the restaurant also does takeaway. But when I went there and asked for takeaway they told me that they have too many clients and cannot offer takeaway, although the majority of the tables were empty. Very bad customer service, I would not recommend it.

There are better ways ro throw your money away. I cant say that the staff is unfriendly, because it is just this one guy. He just doesnt want to be there. Somehow he couldnt manage to get anything right. First he refused to bring the menu with allergens. Even though it is required and it is written on the menu that it is available upon request. Then the drink came out wrong. Then we found the hair in our pasta. And at first they were going to charge for it too. In the end, we find out that the gluten free pasta we ordered was also with gluten. So the perfect example that the team is as good as its weakest member. And thanks to this one guy, our celebration on this day, got totally ruined.

If you ever have any kind of allergy incl. Gluten, it will be a huge mistake to go there! They dont take allergy issue seriously at all. Also very unfriendly and arrogant reaction of the waiter even after his mistake.

The environment is super nice, and they reformulated the visual in the latest year. Very cozy and informal.Also, they do change many itens of the menu and you can always find something new.Service a little bit slow but very gentle.On the other hand, level of cuisine is regular only.Pizzas with nice toppings but dough is too dry. Not a long fermentation process, and certainly not a Napolitan recipe.Hamburguers have nice combinations, but meat is ALWAYS overcooked (like super well done!).Pastas are ok, except the gnocci that is FAR from the good ones you get at Italy.On top of all, they increased the prices around 20 to 35% from 2019 to May 2022 (now, when I do this review).

Great service and 1st course. Let down by a disappointing pasta dish which came out dry. Other members of the party had better luck with theirs

I visited this restaurant 2 days in a row - first day with my German boss, and second day with my Chinese family. I might have review 5 stars for the first day as the service was extremely good and very kind. But I have recognized that on the second day, that this Restaurant is only for German local people, which I don‘t want to even speak out, but for white people - as the service quality was so poor to my Chinese family. On second day we were 4 people so that we paid double than the first day with my boss, but still we paid for very insulted and humiliated service but normal quality of Italian food. So I recommend to you if you are not local or not white, better find other place.

Really disappointed by the quality of the plates and service, pizza sold out so we opted for the pasta and meat, very mediocre, especially for an Italian restaurant. Hope things change in the future because the place is nicely decorated and with potential

This. Is. The. Place for the best burger that Ive eaten in 10 years. And its an italian restaurant. The food is good. A bit pricier that other places but worth it. The pizzas are big.

We had a really bad experience at this restaurant. The waiter was unfriendly from the start and told me that I would have to put my coat on the back of my chair instead of offering to hang it up for me. He then insisted that our starters and main course would have to come all together. The food was mediocre, but the Caesar salad was particularly bad.The waiter was very dismissive when we complained and told me that he was very busy. We will not return and would not recommend this place to our worst enemy.

Excellent food, very friendly waiters, short waiting time, wonderful italian cuisine. Had the Pacchetti al ragù di polpo, very good octopus meat, hearty cheese on top. Salad is also very tasty. Wine and other drinks are also good!

Wonderful restaurant, walking distance from Castle Schlosshotel Kronberg in Germany. The staff were well dressed, courteous and very attentive. Our meals were perfectly prepared and delicious. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the wine list. It was an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend it.

Hamburgers and salads are very tasty but pasta and pizzas could be better. Very cozy with nice staff:)

Whoosh, this is a multiple Michelin nominated restaurant with classic Italian dishes including pizza. Its like an Italian restaurant on steroids. Warmly recommended

Great food and popular place, even on weekdays

Made a reservation for a Thursday evening using the "reserve a table" link on Google Maps with the plan to celebrate my birthday together with my girlfriend. We showed up at 7pm sharp just to be told that the whole restaurant was booked for a private event. I showed staff the reservation confirmation, and they merely say that "we only work with OpenTable", yet their Google page is forwarding to Bookatable website instead. Their recommendation was their sister restaurant, which is a 10min car ride away and not a feasible option.I have no doubt that the food is great (have been to Roccos several times), but the way we were treated left a lot to be desired. After all, it was an error on their side, but there was no willingness to offer anything to fix the situation.

A nice Restaurant with a lot of really good dishes.The price is not cheap but for the area ok.Only thing I dont like is that it takes forever between getting the cards and ordering.Without reminding the waiter it was not possible to order food. Great place to eat authentic Italian kitchen. Waiters have a good knowledge about wine. Menu is quite big from tasty Burgers to Pasta and they have a really good pizza. 36cm! I have been there several times now and was always really happy!

Great food, service. Ambiance is above average but fairly noisy. Food very fresh and tasty. One of the most unique and deliccius burgers I have ever had. Fan of truffle mayo and an egg on my burger now.

Salad Caesar was incredibly horrible. Most disgusting thing Ive ever eaten in my life.

Overall great restaurant. The portions are small, so make sure you order a minimum app + entree for every person. Service was a little slow for a Tuesday night but the restaurant was completely packed so its understandable. Make reservations ahead of time if you want to dine anytime after 7pm. Great selection of wine and drinks. Outside seating is available. Good for business dinners.

Its just great food, warm and modern ambiance and the best place to eat in town. Wish it was open on Monday evenings also.

We recently visited that place with a group of students leaded by a German Teacher that probably get some money for bring people to this restaurant, but that I understand, people need to eat.Things went wrong because personal in restaurant took advantage of the poor language knowledge of us, the visitors to charge for entries that were not mentioned in the menu. They supposedly offered 2 Anti-pasti for the price of one and at the moment of paying they charge the full amount of it.The food we ordered (pizza, pastawas too salty, extremely, and we did not get even an apology for that.There are better restaurants, way better than this one in Taunus area (better prices, way better cooking and with waiters not trying to take advantage of the clients)

I love this place. I come here every time I am in Kronberg. Very friendly staff and they dont mind that I speak very little Italian or German.
