Been there several times and got tires also had oil change there tire rotation and other services. Never had a problem the lady that works up front always looks to see if she has a coupon to help me save money. You should go here aand judge for yourself. Im sure you will be happy with there service.

Had a new set of tires put on and balanced and one tire was down 20 lb of air within 2 days. Had it looked at and there was nothing in it; filled it back up and it has been okay I guess.

Said they could mount the tired I had and gave me a price..then after I bring the tires there they said they cant do it

Took my car in for a tune up they put the wrong gaskets on my intake when they put it back together cause my car to stay in limp mode took it back twice and one time I told them I think they put wrong parts on and they denied it was there fault when I finally was able to take it to another place they showed me the problem last time I ever go there and will never recommend any one going there since they can’t own up to there mistakes

Absolutely horrible, I dropped my Toyota rav 4 off at 9 am Thursday morning for tie rod replacement and an alignment my car wasnt ready until 4 in the afternoon THE NEXT DAY. 2 days later Im looking under my car because I hear a noise and the rubber boot that protects the gears and such in the inner rod is completely off they tried to use a zip tie instead of the metal clamps that literally came with the tie rods I provided do not go there they cut corners and overcharge

Great service competitive prices quick to get me in and out putting a tire on that I brought in from walmart online that they would not put on because of a missing lug nut .she found my lug nut and offered to sell it so I could replace it tire was put on no troubles

Bought new tires, payed full price to get an alignment. After I waited an hour, I was told my car was done but the alignment wasnt up to specs, that I needed struts. I was charged full price an alignment, yet was not informed till after the alignment, that I would need another one.

Had lawnmower tires to put new tires on the rims a five inch and 8 inch and was only able to change the 8 inch. So i hope that helps dont bring a 5 inch lol

I have done business with MTW twice. First time seemed to go well, except for the mechanic asking me several strange questions with a very demanding attitude, such as "who just mounted and balanced my new tires on my wheels?" (it was strange considering I was only there to have an alignment done.So almost exactly a year later, my front tires were both worn down to the belts on the inside edges. I returned to MTW with a new set of tires and explained what happened, along with my work order from the previous year.The service lady was VERY defensive (uncomfortably soand told me she could only offer me a 10% discount, on a new alignment, which seemed fair. I waited for 2 hours this time. Upon paying, I actually paid MORE than I did on my previous visit. After the ridiculously long wait and unexplained price hike after being promised a discount, I decided this would be my last time doing business with MTW.

Cheap alignments, tires, and honest knowledgeable staff.

I was a first time customer, called on a Friday and was told to come in Monday that they would be there, I live 2 hrs away and got halfway there and called to let them know I was on my way. I was informed then that their truck doesnt run till 1pm everday. I was not told this on Friday, I spend the day in Ashland waiting for the truck to come in.. when it did I was told only 2 of the 4 tires was on the truck and the other two wouldnt be there till the next day. I told them that I dont know when I could come back to Ashland since I made arrangements for that day. At 10am the next morning I received a call that my tires was in.How is that possible since I was told their truck doesnt run till 1pm everyday??. I asked about an oil change and i wanted Pennzoil and was told they use their "special" oil. Not happening! Called waylens tires in Huntington, got the tires I wanted and $30 cheaper a tire!!

Our new go to car gurus! Friendly and very reasonably priced for services. We like a couple tire places in the area also, the difference here is they do mechanical work too. They were fast, fixed my car in no time and I didnt have to pay an arm and a leg. They were able to take my car in last minute which was so helpful! They diagnosed the issue, explained it to me thoroughly and fixed it all up!

23000 miles less than 2 years old wouldnt honor the road hazard or even repair the tire , will never buy there again

Awesome customer service! Dropped by (I did call firstand had 4 new marvelous tires on my truck within an hour! Hey folks, they offer a military/veterans discount! Great price.

Called Friday to see if they did walk ins on alignments, they lady who answered the phone said yes if I got there before three (this being Fridayit was already passed that. But she told me that they do them on Saturday if I get there before two. So I get up this morning (Saturday), drive 40 minutes to get there, just to get there and be told "I can schedule you an appointment...I dont know why she told you that, we dont do walk ins". Yeah I will not be returning.

Went to get my tires aligned and they trying to rip me off. Wanted to charge me $200 for parts and labor and then also for the alignment. Let me be clear it was a $20 part that I was able to put on myself. I would suggest not going there

On September 28, 2018, I was in Ashland on business. When I started up my car, there was an alarm that the pressure in one of my tires was down to 1 PSI. So, I drove to MTW. They immediately took me in, examined the tire and diagnosed the problem. Then, they didnt even want to charge me. I insisted on paying because I value what they did for me. $10.60 later, I was on my way. This is a place where I would definitely do business if I lived near Ashland.

Wanted $30 plus dollars to put a plug in the wifes tire when Sergeants tires a half mile down the road wanted $10... Very shady!!!

I had a blowout in my truck with my 4 year old and it was 90 degrees out...left my money at house and was stuck....they helped me with no questions....the owner bent over backwards to help me.....awesome place

Didnt honor the warranty of a tire that started getting flat spots and making loud noises. Was told I didnt bring the vehicle there to get the tires rotated and they had never been rotated. My family owns a garage and I rotate my own tires. No reason for me to drive 40 minutes out of the way for them to do a job I can do in 10 minutes myself. Will never go back there again.
