I had new carpet installed. They stayed in great communication with me through the whole process and were very responsive and helpful when I called. They did a great job with the installation and I’d use them again in the future.

We had such a positive experience with Jose and Jamie, our installers, were VERY professional. They arrived on time and communicated what the process was going to be and answered all our questions. The finished work was beyond our expectations. We bought a cheaper quality product for a remodel/flip and these guys made it look fantastic! They truly went above and beyond our expectations. We have worked with other contractors and honestly; this company is a go to! We would absolutely recommend Romanoff, with Jose and Jamie, to our family and friends for future projects. Very poor response, communication and accountabilityThey were hired as a vendor to install flooring at my rental property, In the process of removing old flooring, they damaged the new dining table. They also told me they could not install the new flooring material because my subfloor was uneven and that I would have to hire another contractor to fix the problem. They literally walked off of the job leaving my tenants with only the bare rough subfloor. No real explanation other than company will call you.They also refused to cover the cost of the property they damaged. I fired them and hired another contractor to complete the job and repair the the subfloor at the same cost.Would definitely recommend going with another company

Romanoff Renovations installed flooring in my 1,869 sq foot home. The installers did a fantastic job! I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Romanoff Renovation confirmed our installation date and time. They emailed instructions for preparing the bedrooms. They arrived early and showed us the carpet before starting work. Two installers started working immediately, and took no break. They ( a man and womanremoved furniture from three bedrooms, removed old carpet and installed new, replaced all the furniture, and cleaned up everything. These two did the work of four men! All done in less than four hours! I would ask for them again!

The install was professional and completed in a timely manner. I will use Romanoff Renovations again.

The installer G. (unsure about using full namesand his associate were outstanding. They were professional, detail-oriented, patient and helpful regarding my questions. Really pleasant folks. Unable to see any seams, no pulling up or out - carpet looks fabulous. We really do appreciate their hard work and its terrific result.

Professional courteous worked clean skilled carpet installation

After the measuring appointment, ordering the flooring product, and waiting a month for our installation date, Romanoff sent out a guy who, upon entering our house, asked me what he was supposed to do. He didnt appear to speak much English and pointed at the carpet and asked me if he was taking the carpet. I said no, youre installing laminate flooring over the tile. How can you possibly come to a job without knowing what youre doing? Wouldnt you need to know what tools to bring and how long it will take? He then asked me if he was removing the tile and I said no, its going on top. He asked where so we walked through the house and I showed him where. He opened a box, put a piece of laminate on the floor and went out to his van to make a call. Since he couldnt speak much English, he called the office to have them tell me he says he cant do the installation because the floor isnt perfectly level (even though we confirmed everything was fine during the measuring appointment). We also got 3 quotes prior to selecting a company and the other two said the floor was fine. We will now have to return the product and start this entire process over with another contractor.

The carpet installers were very helpful and took great pride in their work. They made sure the carpet was what I ordered before they installed it. They cleaned up and vacuumed. Very pleased.

Not sure how to rate them. I bought carpet from home depot it was supposed to be a week it ended up being like 5-6 they both blamed each other (knowing HD it probably was there fault). Once they confirmed they had the carpet from HD all went smooth, installer did a great job .

Romanoff was the install company used by HOme Depot when I ordered carpet. Unfortunately they were booked out over a month, but they called to say they had a last minute cancellation and were able to do my carpet the next day. It created a bit of a scramble on my part to get the house ready, but I was glad to get the install done a month sooner than originally scheduled.Rafael and his crew showed up on time and did great work. Rafael showed me a few things before and during the install to make sure I understood how the stairs would look and the shims that were used to match the floor height of the tile. He also offered to fix a couple squeaky floorboards he found, which was awesome and unexpected. They cleaned everything up at the end of the day and everything turned out great. Cant see any seams at all.

I was very impressed with my installer. On time, professional and friendly. He was extremely capable all the while paying attention to detail. I highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. We contracted through Home Depot to install our backsplash with Romanoff and have had nothing but miscommunication, delays and no follow-up. We were scheduled for install (6 weeks out from the second measurement because the first attempt was inaccurateand the week of the install were notified (via voicemailthat we were being pushed out another 6 weeks. Weve made several attempts to contact both Romanoff and Home Depot and have not received any follow-up call even after escalating to a "department manager" and leaving multiple messages. Ive never written a review but feel the need to do so based on the unprofessional behavior of this company.

Waited over a month for them to come install laminate flooring in bathrooms. They were originally supposed to come Sept. 22nd. They rescheduled for the next day (Sept. 23rd), and when the contractor finally came out, he said he was not able to complete the job because he doesnt know how to install a carpet to laminate moulding. To top this off, the company will never answer their phones and takes forever to call back. I have taken 2 (unpaiddays off of work for this to be completed, so this is just extremely frustrating. Now, who knows how much longer Ill be without flooring in my bathroom. Avoid this company!Update: They rescheduled for Monday Sept. 28th. I received a call this morning stating that our installer called in. They are currently trying to find another installer that can come today, but if not, they have rescheduled us for tomorrow the 29th. THIS IS NOW THE 3RD TIME THEY HAVE RESCHEDULED US!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!Once they complete the flooring and make this right, then I will update my review.Final update: They managed to get an installer to come out on the 28th. Our installer, Chun Lee, was very nice and very professional, and did a quick and excellent job. This low rating review does not reflect his work, it reflects the professionalism of the company. Having a customer wait over a month for installation and then reschedule us multiple times is unprofessional.Romanoff Renovations needs to realize that people take off of work and move their schedules around to accommodate installation. Last minute changes are a pain and sometimes can cause the customer to take unpaid days off of work for no reason. I would not use this company again for this reason. If Home Depot tries to assign this company to you, request a new company!

This was my second time being entrusted to Romanoff Renovations when i paid for flooring installation through Home Depot. I wouldn’t have chosen to use them again but that’s who Hone Depot contracts with in my area. Last time they allowed adhesive from the vinyl flooring they installed in my bathroom to soak into the carpet in the hallway and leave a large dark area at the doorway.This time, AFTER I paid for both materials and labor they made me wait a full 30 days and take a day off work because they made no accommodation for my schedule. Then on the Friday before the scheduled Monday installation they canceled and asked me to reschedule. After waiting 30 days!Home Depot ended up scheduling it with someone else thank God.

We scheduled for new carpets to be installed in our home. Due to COVID the appointment was out for two weeks. I decided to call back the same week we moved in and let the company know that we are open to any cancellations. Within hours someone cancelled and we have our carpets in within three days of moving in. We were so grateful! Now we can go from sleeping in the living room to setting up our rooms and having a good nights rest. Thank you to the company but most of all thank you to Jesus for doing such an amazing job!

I have a couple special requests and they accommodated all of them.

Carpet install looks good. However, they destroyed on of my doors. They did not put them back in the correct room. One of them is ruined, not sure how they did that. And they stuffed carpet pad into the door jam plate. Not sure why they did that. Been trying to contact them for two weeks. No effort to make it good. Will never use HOME DEPOT carpet for any of my rental homes.

Rafael and his team did a fantastic job installing our new carpet. They moved things professionally and cleaned everything up when done. They were professional and vety polite. I highly recommend Romanoff Renovations and would most definitely use them again.

Did not get my wife pick up i was at work it should that the driver was on his way but it kept saying confirm I kept him confirm then the prices start changing and kept going up and up then it said my car something was wrong with it then it took money off my card then put it back on my car so I dont understand whats going on with you guys as service is my first time

They showed up on time and did a great job. Home Depot doesnt get the Kudos, they steered me wrong. But the young men that did the installation were great. Happy with the carpet.

When installers arrived they told me the Appraisal from The Home Deport was not accurate & it would be $280 more and I had to pay them Cash. We had been waiting for over a month, so I told them I would pay them the extra Cash. After the floor was finished, I called the shop the next day to explain there were several scuff marks I was concerned about. They said they would send someone to correct the scuffs & have not heard from them since. We paid a lot of money for the new floor & did not feel like we were well taken care of. I would not recommend this Company.

Very good job. We purchased ceramic tile through Home Depot and Romanoff Renovations did the install. They even finished a day early! Everything was perfect. Very courteous and professional.

Romanoffs is a very well company. I was amazed by the frequent contact, follow-up, timeliness, and professional work. They installed both carpeting and luxury vinyl plank flooring in our rental.

The installers were; prompt, courteous and polite. They explained the installation process, they were very clean and cleaned up what little debris there was.

Installers were on time, friendly, polite and professional. They even surprised us by covering a coat closet that we had forgotten to include in the original work order! Very happy with the beautiful install and with this team!
