Worst management, today my family stuck in your elevator for more than 15mins no alarm button working inside, no emergency no. In elevator and the management is waiting for mechanic untill he comes to open. Mind it again if there is anything happen to family. You have to face very serious consequences

Worst experience faced in any of the shopping malls I ever went, the staff in the mall is not supportive at all and we already bought 5 shirts there now looking for pants for matching but the shirts bag is tagged by the staff, now he asked another staff to untag but he refused, wasted 10 minutes of time there now the employees are not responding to the issue and finally asked my brother in law to go ground floor and untag the shirts bag, but we doesnt know where it has to be untagged.. Because we are new to the place, Complained the same in the ground floor billing cabin they too answered the same, so decided not to buy any clothes there...

An eloquent place when compared to other class !In short sublime ..Yet ,A bit negligent in case of customer requirementI have ordered pencil cut model 8 months prior !However, stock seems to be unavailableIndeed these ppl r suggesting me to buy straight cut model ! Applying push strategy of marketing instead of pull !!Cant understand whether it is following oligopoly ~ monopoly or perfect competition !

The staff in the mall doesnt respect the customers at all. There is person at the ikkat pattu saree section and he didnt want to show the collection present at his section and spoke to us very rudely. When we asked to show sarees available in different price ranges he said only costly sarees will suit you. Im never going to visit the shop again and doesnt recommend others to visit where staff show this kind of attitude.Other shops like dress circle are 100 times better than this shop where we get respect.

Worst mall in Andhra pradesh and the staff and manager all r very rude and non supportive. Better i suggest not to visit and the quality is very poor.

Shopping Mall experience is, Normal clothes are selling like high prices, And Treating customers not good, even no chairs for customers to do Shopping Peacefully, If You Do Shop for more then 20k they provides 15 rupees bags, My humble Request is Arange chairs for customers, for they comfort if senior citizens came to Shopping what they feel?????....

Ethnic Section in Mens Wear 3rd Floor is the worst ever I have visited. They don’t even have interest in showing the kurtas. They just want to keep packing. They directly say that our sizes aren’t available even before entering that section. Worst ever sales man ever seen. They see the customers as if we cant buy their clothes. They say above 44 aren’t available but show 46 size to others. Never visit Dress Circle mens ethnic section

Very poor service and there rules.there is no changing room in mall.and they also exchanging the clothes for only one time. This is my worst experience with this shopping staff.the rules are made for the customrs satisfaction.but here the rules made for the them .iam totall disappointed.

Had very bad experience ......i purchased few dresses ...sizes of dresses are not correctly mentioned on dresses though i bought correct size ....few dresses are tooo tight and few were tooo loose ...we can adjut if they were loose but what should i do with tight ones ....No Trail room....No Exchange ....No Returns ......and some costly dresses also not stiched properly ...very disappointed with their services ...... 😡😡

No waiting for Families. No sitting facilities. Staff is very rude. No offers no social distance. Atleast they can provide a room seperately for breastfeeding.

I have purchased 2 jeans pants 👖 yesterday but the fitting of the both pants are incorrect. I suggest people that this mall is not trust worthy for gents wear.

Nice place to visit for KADAPA people.It is best place to go in Evng time.It is flexible for all generation people .We Wented for launch with friends in this mall having brundhavan resturant which is also called train restaurant. The train toys will serve the food for table its look so nice.When we come to furniture and seating it is more flexible to seat and we can eat comfortably.You can go with your family members and make launch and dinner.It is also good for couple also and service was so niceBut food was less spicy as compared to other.Items also more expensive when we compared to other resturants

Newly opened mall in Kadapa city. Food court with a variety of paste cakes and snacks are available here. Exclusively candy shop there in this Mall. Bangle stores and super 99 stores had good shopping at this place. Cost was reasonable.

First Mall in Kadapa. Still in the beginning stages.some of the shops are occupied but felt a little too conjusted.But a very good beginning.Lets see how it turns out.
