BEST BUS SERVICE BETWEEN BIKANER TO SURAT

Very Ridiculous and third quality service no proper channel and sence to talk.Poorest service at all, my suggestion is avoid to travel by this travels.

Good service jaipur to bikaner

Coz it takes lot of parcels in passesengers bus and the passesengers have difficulty to up and seat

Bus is good but Bus driver insert more more passengers...Service is not good...

Its a great and clean bus and all staff is good fare is cheap in all bikaner time reach to destination good bus and enjoyable traveling

Well, to be honest the biggest key feature in this bus is toilet facility. Ppl feels uncomfortable while travelling with bus. But if uve got toilet facility, ur journey become easier. Apart from that it was clean and safe journey towards udaipur and back to bikaner. Wifi was not available though but I guess it wasnt needed ☺

Worst experience, they dont attempt cleaning in bus, dirty smell come out and not giving comble and pillow,

Sleeper is comfortable but could be more large so tall people will be more easy to travel long route.

Bus is very good and the superior thing is that there is washroom also

Im not able to give less rating then this but the service providers deserve more. I was traveling from bikaner to nadiad(gujrat).I have booked online ticket 10 days earlier selected my best seats one day i received a call from service providers that they had changed my seats i was surprised by their behavior. Then they give me last seat and very bad service i have ever had ....... Think twice before you book a seat there

Very bad services... Seat changed,, ive booked 3 seats to surat L4,L5,L6 but they gave me last seat. Local passengers sitting in the gallery. Wrost bus. No charging point, under seat luggage area already blocked, passengers started argument for luggage area. I want to give a (-rating

Very good bus service for surat. A/C Coach, Dark shaded curtains to avoid sunshine. Very fast driver. Only bus service which reaches sharp at 9 am at surat from bikaner. Better than Sharma Travels.

Cheating travel company. it do not refund single rupee on cancellation. On website it has written "0" refund if cancellation is done at more than 6 hours from schedule journey time. I booked ticket, schedule journey time was 7.00PM, I cancelled ticket at 9.30 AM. ticket was cancelled 10.30 hour before journey time. Travel company engulfed whole ticket amount i.e. Rs. 550/- denied refund and said we have no provision of refund irrespective of time of cancellation. when they denied refund, I requested to revalidate my booking, they denied to allow revalidation. Neither refund nor allowed to travel after cancellation

Little bit coastly then others but service is too good.

Facing to many issues during the trip,AC has been turned off at every 30 mins halt points, luggage cabin used only for commercial purposes and not for the passengers, too many people boarding the bus than the required number of seats, making it extremely crowded. Truly unsatisfactory journey. Disappointed by all ways.

Yah i would like to give 10 out of ten points for its better safe money vasool attach bathroom and each sleeper lcd and ac buses for most route. Thanx nandu owner whoever.
