They had what I needed, but are very rude there. No one else was in the store, I walked up to the counter and rude man #1 was looking off to the side so thinking he was busy, I just waited, then he turned and looked at me, but said nothing. I finally just said what I needed and he looked it up..."we have one for $11.99." That was the extent of all he said to me the entire time in the store. Rude man #2 went and got the item for me. When he brought it out, I said "thank you Sir"...nothing. He just walked away. Another "thank you" to both of them after purchasing the item was completely ignored. Excuse me, I just bought stuff to pay your wages...wont happen again.

The employees are always willing to help even if you dont know what youre looking for and great people clean store all kinds of stuff that you need and dont need but want so definitely good place to go but Im also talking about the one on main Street not the one on River Street the one on River Street is disgusting.

A few months back my car wouldn’t start and I happened to be outside of NAPA. Unfortunately, it was about 15 min before they closed. I explained to them that I needed a jump and I wasn’t sure if it was my battery or my alternator. They told me they did not have the time to help because I had turned my car off and they would need to charge the battery. I waited for a friend to come and jump my car while ALL of the employees walked to their cars to leave without even offering to help jump my car. I went to a competitor and they had my issue figured out in about 10 minutes. The fact that they let me drive off without even warning me how dangerous it could be if my car stalled is appalling. And that no one asked me if I needed help speaks volumes about the employees.

Great service! What is awesome about this location is they have a custom paint aerosol mixer for paint jobs you need to match.
