National Insurance in Doña Ana County

My insurance ends the 28th of each month and at the beginning it was getting the payment out of my bank because they tell you have to be 6 months in automated pay but no its been more than 4 years and each time I say I want to stop the auto payment they say I cant because Im going to lose the discount I have and they used to gwt the payment the day that the issue would expire now you have to pay A week before your due date abd just call a few minutes ago and the girl that answered Norma was rude . Corina and Francis they are great dont get me wrong

Very unprofessional and uncaring. Wouldnt send me my policy for three months but sure as hell called me every time my policy was due.

I should have looked at how many one star ratings you had before getting insurance with you guys. How is it when the insurance bill is due you want the money right now. And when I needed an estimate you tell me it will take 24 to 48 hours and it’s been a week longer than that. You guys don’t keep in touch with what the hell you guys are doing to help our situation. Your company is unprofessional! You don’t care about your customers or even pretend to act like it. I wish I never supported your lousy business.

The worst company ever to deal with! All around worst experience ever! They are not helpful and very rude. If you are not paying them money they do not care about you or your situation. They make it to where you have to pay out of your pocket. The worst to deal with when it comes to claims. If you ever get in an accident pray this is not the insurance company you have to deal with.

Great insurance for a great price, my wife loves her insurance company, Fred loya!!

I have had Fred Loya Insurance off & on again & I am currently with them. I can’t even begin to describe the hate & anger I am feeling for them. My car just got broken into over the weekend & there is over $3,000 worth of damages done to my car. I did everything they told me to do for my claim. In the end the insurance adjusters stated that they don’t cover automobile vandalism & stolen property. So now I am stuck with a $3,000 even though it’s not my fault. Believe me I have filed with the Attorney General’s office, the Better Business Bureau, & Consumers Affaires. This company is a huge scam & they will be happy to take all of your money! What ever you do, do not come here, they will screw You with your pants on & then 💩 on You will smiles on there faces. Plus the money you pay them goes right into there pockets!!!

I had this insurance before. I just went back to them. We have no accidents or tickets and the same people on the insurance. My rate almost doubled and we have one less car.

I would rate them a 0 if I could. They are now sending claims to people in India to "investigate". This company is a joke and Mr. Loya should be embarrassed. He built a company based on lies. He lines his pockets while hurting other.

Have full coverage insurance with this company, recently was in an accident, filed a claim, contacted by Christine Irrturalde in regards to claim. SHE WAS RIDICULOUSLY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THESE PAST COUPLE TIMES IVE SPOKE WITH HER. Was informed about refusing uninsured motorist at the time but not of towing and car rental. Spoke with supervisor at this place, Sharon, who was rude and disregarded everything that was being said and hung up on me. Has been over a week already left multiple messages with Christine Irrutalde and still have not heard from!! Never again will I use this company!! Rude and unprofessional!!

Had a situation with a ticket I received for no proof of insurance and when I went to fred loyal to get a new copy of my previous Id card they could not provided then ask for a letter of experience as the court house requires and fred loyal said they need a letter from the court house stating I needed it ... such a simple request for fred loyal to provide me with information on insurance I been paying for for several years and they are just giving me a hard time about a printed paper its ridiculous the court house said no insurance companies as ever required them to provide a letter to get proof of insurance coverage
