Recently, our family wanted to review our insurance coverages. Leesa Eshelman is my Eggleston insurance rep. I switch both my home and auto to them. When I handed it over I immediately saved hundreds! She made it work so amazingly that I switch all of my business insurance as welll. She does her research let me tell you! There isn’t a policy she can’t write. She is the only insurance rep I have had in 30Years of business to consistently find me lower rates on every single policy. The Eggleston group is fantastic to work with. There is always someone who can answer my questions, help make policy changes and offer personal assistance. Insurance and financial planning are certainly not my forte. My experience with this insurance company was HORRIBLE. The group lacks knowledge about insurance matters and even TERMINOLOGY! They are very anxious to collect money but very slow to respond to client needs! It took over six months to resolve a very simple matter! I would highly discourage all from buying their insurance from this agency! Please note I am not anonymously submitting my review; I am willing to put my name behind it!
