Rude staff and overpriced garbage thats stale usually because they dont go through it fast enough.once I was nauseas and 1 of the cashiers just stared at me for 5 min straight and when I didnt put the ginger shot back on the right shelf she yelled at me and said " no thats not where it goes!" Unbelievable attitude. God forbid you do your job

The store was clean and orderly. The nutritionist (Renewas knowledgeable and listened to my wifes questions and concerns.

If you want something fresh and wholesome, this is the place. Dont let the small size fool you. Inside is big value and goodness!

Your cashier Zoe is SO rude. Major attitude problems.I can tell she is very young, and the way she speaks to people when they are asking her questions, or for goodness sakes, asking her to simply do her job, she immediately becomes snarky and her attitude is honestly disgusting.I understand you are short staffed, but she makes the experience of being in your store unpleasant.I will say though,I love natural grocers as a store and come here because NG has some things I cannot buy elsewhere.. Zoe just throws off the vibe of the store.

Its definitely been changing. Their register has improved making it easier to see what the items cost. Lots of natural foods and vitamins. The cost of everything has gone up with this inflation.

After spending two days to try to find a vitamin C product to all through town eventually called your store and add one bottle left and they were so nice they put it behind the counter until I get down and get it so thank you very much the lady that need the lady that needed is really sick due to this covid shot so it was helping your very much thank you

Cool store with a nice selection of food you cant get at most of your main grocery stores. Organic isnt cheap however.

I do love the option of shopping in a store that has all organically grown produce. The produce department has bags that are recyclable. The next thing I check when shopping at Natural Grocers is their bakery cookies that are now in the refrigerator section in the middle of the store. Lately, they have been out of these cookies even though I am told they have been ordered. They also have a whole aisle of fresh spices that I love to check. I often check their book section, but be sure before you buy that the book is the latest edition. In the back refrigerator section on the right they have all sorts of great nuts in various styles (whole, chopped, etc. and seasonings. They have an excellent selection of remedies and cosmetic products. They have deodorants without aluminum in them.

Great inventory and amazing staff! Dont get regular groceries when you can go organic! Love Will as a great addition to the staff, hes amazing!

Not a fan of this location. Many of the shelves are empty. It’s already a small store as is. They never seem to order enough bread - seems like an important thing to have stocked.Also, we are in the middle of a COVID peak and not one employee was wearing a mask. Out of 20-25 people in that store (including customers), I was the only one wearing one. Someone in the store was coughing up a storm, so that was awesome.I’ve been shopping at Natural Grocers for years - long time customer and have spent a lot of money there. Unfortunately I will not be back because 1it’s gotten overpriced 2I can’t rely that they are going to keep stock up and 3they clearly don’t care about my health and safety.By the way, after this last visit, I went into Sprouts and they were fully stocked and were wearing masks.

Main place we go shopping. Love that they’re all organic and try to be as local as possible employees are always nice and helpful!

We have been doing almost all our food/household shopping at the Prescott Natural Grocers since we moved to AZ in 2019. Great, fresh organic foods, alternative household supplies, great stock of vitamins & supplements and well trained staff to assist. Store is always clean and well stocked. Last but certainly NOT least, staff provides some of the VERY BEST customer service weve found! The days leading up to Thanksgiving were a good example ~ shelves, freezer section, and produce well stocked and re-stocked. Incredible customer service with a smile. One of Prescotts best!!

Appreciate Renee, who provides loads of information on vitamins and supplements,and more. Today Madison was my cashier. She was fast, engaged, friendly, and professional.

They did not honor the 2 dollar sign up bonus. They told me to call customer service. That wsd was the manager saying that. I am debating on going back. CERO STARS TODAY.

Great quality and selection of food and supplements, for all sorts of diets. Store staff very helpful. Sometimes items are a little pricey, but sale items are usually priced the same as other stores, and occasionally Ill find a fantastic deal. I can often get hard-to-find items here.

Just another natural grocers store to buy all your organic produce, meats, dairy, frozen, bulk, etc. Small store compared to the one in used to though. Cashier was really friendly but the staff on duty could of ask the customers for help as I didnt see this happening. But over all good store.

I am glad Natural Grocers has still remained in business after heavy competition from other health food stores. I frequent this Prescott location very intermittently, but Ive always loved the customer service. I believe this is part of the reason they remain in business in such a small town.On this particular trip I only needed a few things. I grabbed my things and was in line within a few minutes.***This is where my 5 star review comes from.***I spent a solid 10 minutes in line before the cashier, Allyson, was able to ring me up. As a cashier or any employee providing customer care to a service that requires people to wait in line, I understand the panic and anxiety that can come from lines getting longer.The two lines grew longer and each new customer being checked out seemed to either be paying by hang written checks or had detailed returns. It didnt matter to Allyson though! By the time my items and I made it to the sweet-sweet conveyor belt, Allyson was patient, calm, and still very welcoming to me! Although the wait was long, I left feeling very happy and hopeful that Natural Grocers can remain in business with customer service like Allysons!In conclusion, long lines are apart of life. Long lines can be frustrating for those in line and the ones servicing the long line. How we process the waiting is what is important in my opinion. And in my opinion, the cashiers and floor employees of Natural Grocers in Prescott are handling everything great! I hope management realizes this : )

Never thought i would love a supermarket so much but I do!. The staff is so knowledgable and friendly and the product I know is alway top notch. Even if the wife sends me to shop I know no matter what i get is going to be healthier choice then it would of been if i went to a different big box store.

We really like this store! It has so much variety and is a fun shopping experience. Also they carry Aldens coffee chip flavor ice cream which is the best.

The employees were really nice. They asked if I needed anything and told me how to sign up. I got $2.00 coupon and a free shopping bag. The have books, beauty products, household items and more. I like that they offer plastic bags that are biodegradable! The store was clean and smelled good, it’s cold in there though so wear a sweater. Anyways I like this store, they have a lot of good, healthy food. Glad we stopped by

Natural Health and Grocery Store.Small but lots of great selections- produce, frozen, dry goods, etc. Some friendly team members (a couple not so much). They have a large supplement section as well as a good size natural face and body care section.UPDATE: 5/2021, lately theyve been out of many items that Ive specifically gone there to buy. The team members havent been very friendly or helpful and they make returns a HUGE Hassle, making me hesitate to purchase most items at this store!So I go there just to see if theres anything I want/need thats on sale!Small parking lot.

Small location and limited selection compared to other Natural Grocers in larger markets. Anyway, came in for three items a Natural Grocers should carry like the rest of their other locations I shopped, but seemed the Prescott location has a picky clientele when it comes to catering to the locals. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this place if you do not live town. Shop at your local Natural Grocers.

The best natural food store in town. They are somewhat pricey but the products are worth it. One downside is that they allow a woman to solicit for money on the edge of their parking lot. I believe this is against city policy.

I was looking for rice cakes and asked a gentleman stocking lunch meat if he could direct me. He walked me to where they were located and even explained what they had in stock, and what they were out of. I thanked him and he said if I needed anything else I would find him back where I first saw him. To me this level of customer service is above and beyond my expectations and experience at other stores. Ive never had anything but a great experience at Natural Grocers on Gail Gardner. Thanks!

This was my first time here but I loved it! It was great to have a nice young lady (Layla), who greeted customers and sanitized the carts. She was very friendly! It gave you the feeling the store cared about health and safety. Nice selection of healthy food items for the small size of the store.

This place has got a lot of great quality organic food. This is the only place in town where I can get the organic bacon, among other delicious Dankness.I feel much safer in this store since they started enforcing a mask policy for the protection of their customers and employees. I know a few customers had thrown temper tantrums about having to wear masks, but it was the right decision.Sorry about the people in this town who do not understand simple science!

Natty Gs is .. well, magical.How to describe such a place? Its easy for me to forget the luxury of having such fresh, living, energetic food.. I come here just about every day. There are many places to live without this kind of access to real food.Their produce is all organic, which is really cool. Also a lot of options for super healthy vegan snack food, and the best chocolate Ive ever had (Honey Mamas). Its incredible.. theres good supplements, all kinds of oils and lotions, frozen foods, medicines, whatever you may need.Its easy to run into friends. The people who work here are beautiful souls. Im blessed to be able to shop here.🍁

All the produce is organic, and some of the prices are fantastic. The got a whole isle of fresh hard to find herbs . This is the only place that has that. Their only real weakness is pastry

It’s great to have the store in Prescott, they carry items you won’t find anywhere else in town. The people in their health and wellness departments are extremely knowledgeable and always take a great deal of time with the customer.The one major drawback is that their prices tend to be be on the high side (although when they offer something on special it’s usually a smokin’ deal.Even for the items that they have in common with other stores in town they are always higher priced.

I really wanted to love this store. There was an amazing one in Laguna Niguel, in the 90s. Yep, Im aging myself. They had a great vitamin section and an amazing deli. If you were vegan or vegetation, you had it made, even then.I was expecting the same here, but disappointed. I think the owners would have to spend some $$ in this store to make it what it should be and I know it can be.Still hoping.

Grocery store that is definitely a go to place if youre looking for better than average quality on produce and products. They have quite an extensive array of natural vitamins and Healthcare products. Even theres snack food is good for you.

My review is about this particular Natural Grocers. Ive been in a lot of different sister stores in different states including AZ. I love this chain, but this store in Prescott is a weak link.As noted by others some of the checkers wont be bringing a smile to your face. Ive noticed that across the board that retention and reward reflect attitude vains that vary widely... Some are a true pleasure to visit, and others make you wonder how it got so bad.Employees kicking product even fresh produce on the floor and then put it right up on the shelf or stack.The water filter machine had not been serviced I over 6 weeks when I checked it, as I always do. This could be a potential health Hazzard. I would caution against using this water machine here, and this store should be fined for neglect. I did talk with a person in charge about this, and got a brush off.The whole store here displays that attitude, and I can only guess its a sour stream flowing downhill. Its not at all like other Natural Grocers.You will find products you love and travel especially for, to be out of stock. We had to return moldy yogurt,.....Look, this place needs a review on food handling, a freshen up of stale management, and a clean reboot on traditional Natural Grocers values and commitments to community.Sorry to have to be hard on this one, but someone needs to know a crash happened here.

I really like this store there is a lot of vitamins and supplements and just organic and natiral health supplies as well as hygiene products to choose from. As far as price goes? Well understandably the prices are another subject. Some things are not so affordable so I havent tried many of them, because some things can be found online at a more affordable price but the return policy for the store I cannot comment on as far as the hygiene products go. However I can say the vitamins or supplements are refundable as long as you have a receipt and half or more than half of the product still is inside. But I can say that this place has the most affordable pasture and open range grass fed chicken eggs that I have ever encountered and all you have to do to receive this benefit is to become a member. Very simple process. I always come for my eggs here. And they are always big brown and delicious.

The best of everything all in one store. The smell is amazing. Its true, you get what you pay for, so work hard and spend it! Theres a reason everyone who shops there looks good. And the employees look good too. Remember, you are what you eat.

We have spent a lot of money in this store. They had marked down some packages of meat and we grabbed them up and headed to the register with the rest of our items. As soon as the cashier saw what they were marked at, she scooped them up and said she would not sell them to us. She said the price was a mistake. I asked to talk to a manager to figure something out and she picked up the phone, talked to someone for 15 seconds and hung up. No, we wont sell them to you. Really? Manager wouldnt even come talk to me? Fine. You want to loose a customer over a few bucks? Done.

This place is a dream come true for the health conscience shopper! 100% Organic produce, organic grass-fed beef and organic pasture-raised chicken! I am a savvy shopper and tend to save a lot of money by shopping online but I have found Natural Grocers to be CHEAPER than my online retailers and they beat the heck out of Sprouts!!! The employees appear to be very happy and after seeing them closed on Easter Sunday (hooray!I can see why. The stores mission statement to provide affordable and nutritious foods clearly puts their fellow man ahead of profits. Imagine that, humanity over capitalism and they still make money! Bravo, Natural Grocers or "Nat-Gro" as we call them in our house! You have earned our loyalty!

Love this store! Best produce in town that is literally ALL organic- they are not allowed to sell nonorganic stuff. Reasonable prices too, not like sprouts where all organic = $3 more for an avacado lol. The only thing I feel they are missing is having more “deli” made fresh food to purchase. They have a great kitchen and tables in back, would be great if they had more lunch ready stuff or salad bar that patrons could visit. Also would love to see you carry more Beyond Meat products!

It is really nice to be able to walk into the store and know that all the fresh food you buy is going to be organic. You dont have to double check everything. The prices are okay - not great not terrible. They do sell some bulk foods, but theyre all pre-packaged, so you cant choose the amount you purchase. The only time thats really a problem is for spices because you end up buying more than you need to fill your spice jar. All the staff are cheerful and helpful.

Better prices than the nearby Whole Foods, however a much smaller selection overall. They didnt have lemons the other day when I was there. The quality of goods sold is great though.

Yay, we actually fell in love with a grocery store! Ok, maybe didnt fall in love with, but we love it that this place exists! We used to belong to an organic co-op, and its only downfall is that it was vegetarian, and we are definitely not. We often said we needed a store like it that also sells good quality meats, and we found it!Were pretty picky about the food that we buy, and were impressed with the completely organic produce section, the broad selection of meats, and just the variety of items in the store. Weve not utilized it, but I like that they have workshops and classes, etc. too.Were traveling right now, and are always stoked when the town were in has a Natural Grocers.

I LOVE Natural Grocers! Just being in the store gives me a wonderful feeling. Amazing selection of organic products in every department...being the only store in the area that carries certain food and health products...one item that cant be found anywhere, not even on Amazon. Amazing prices and fresh, organic produce all the time. This is my home away from home!
