I needed an oar transport bag to transport the oar my Dad won in a boat race in the 1940s. Neaves Rowing appeared to have just the item, and at a very reasonable price. Having bought one, I found that it was 60cm too short for the vintage item. So I phoned Neaves, and the lady was very helpful: she sent me an imperfect bag to fit over the exposed end, at no extra cost. The result was just what I required. I cant speak to highly of the helpful personal service Neaves have given me. Highly recommended. Delighted!
