Have had several tattoos done here, the staff is friendly, the place is clean and professional, they definitely take time to make sure you are happy with your tattoo design and that you understand how to care for your new tattoo or piercing. I had Kyle as my artist who exceeded my expectations. Went again to have my daughters nose pierced Kim was above and beyond helpful, patient and really friendly, another great experience.

Needle Therapy is amazing! Kim is a true professional and knows her business. She makes you comfortable and takes great care of you from start to finish, including healing care. My son and I have been twice for various ear and eyebrow piercings and have been very happy with the experience and results. They are popular and can be busy, so be prepared to wait sometimes. Understand that you will get the time you need when it is your turn. Be patient. Also, bring cash! No cards! And very important, dont forget ID, even for those underage! Birth certificates work. I highly recommend Needle Therapy to anyone looking for a great place for piercings.

This is the best piercing and tattoo shop around! Kim is my regular piercer (I’ve gotten nostril, Medusa, and snakebites from herand she is always so professional and kind. She always is wonderful at making clients feel comfortable and safe. As an autistic person with very bad social anxiety, I feel like I can relax around them. All of the artists in shop are so friendly! I asked Phil some questions about apprenticing and he took his own time to chat with me for hours and gave me extremely useful advice. I always feel welcomed and accepted when I go to needle therapy and won’t go anywhere else. I can tell that they actively try to make their space safe for everyone. Their shop is so different compared to the traditional vision of a tattoo shop. I recommend anyone wanting piercings, a tattoo, or a coverup to please go here! :))

I took my daughter to do a bridge and septum and Kim was nice and very professional like always. She did it fast and my daughter didnt even cry that Kim explained that it happens sometimes. But everything went well. My daughter is happy. She has no pain. Just a little migraine.

Staff is incredibly friendly. Very clean shop. Great selection of jewelry for piercings. I was even able to purchase pregnancy jewelry for my belly button which I didnt even know pregnancy jewelry existed. Definitely recommend this shop if anyone is looking to get a new tattoo or piercing.

I went there as a sort of emergency when my 1 week old nose piercing was accidentally ripped out by my dog. Just had to have another one put in.Both Phil and Kim were extremely nice and very professional. They both make you comfortable in their place and just super friendly over all. I didnt get the piercing or a tattoo here but I definitely will be coming here for my next one, I cant wait !Stood outside for 5 minutes talking about dogs and petting mine at the end of the day. 10/10 recommend and if youre not there for long bring your pup (just leave it in the carand they may say hi.

Phil, Luke and Kyle are some of the best guys in the area to get ink done! From the moment I stepped in to the shop I felt very comfortable and treated professionally. They take you in for your consultation and talk about your idea, measure where you want it and design it for you! My artist was Phil the owner. His portfolio is massive and everything in it is top notch work. I had an absolute blast with him and the process. I had 2.5 sessions with him to bring my vision/dream to life. Phil went above and beyond to make me feel at home. He even brought in the movie trilogy which my tattoo was about and I watched them while getting inked! The aftercare that they offer is phenomenal. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I could give it more stars.
