Terrible fit and finish on a switch n go installation. Horrible communication from Aj and Ben. Nelson Truck Equipment acknowledged the install looked terrible. Made an appointment to fix it. Held the truck 3 days then wanted us to pay to fix it. All their positive reviews are fake.

We honestly had extremely poor communication with this company. We saw the good reviews and were going to use this company but it was just horrible working with their sales team. We wanted two boxes for our Flat Bed truck. After calling and speaking to AJ and requesting a price we never heard back for a whole Two Weeks. So I called them back up on December the 30th to figure out what happened. AJ apparently forgot about us and after about two minutes finally got us a price that took two weeks. So after getting the OK from the Boss I called him back up and asked him to put us on his books. He said he had already left the office and would call me back on Monday to get me put on a list. Well its been two weeks and we called them up, AJ had apparently left the building so I spoke to the person on the phone and asked them if we were on their books for some boxes to be installed. She said she had never heard of us and that they didnt have us on their books. We wanted to share what happened to us and that we arent going to use Nelsons for further work.

Just purchased a new truck(new to me)1999 Dodge 4x4 24valve diesel.It came with a jurry rigged 10x7 flatbed.Price was right for the truck,so I knew the flatbed needed attention! Braught it to Nelsons and was treated like a lost relative!!! Their service is incredible!!! They basically removed the flatbed and after removing the previous disaster of instalation, re-did all of it !! Strong enough to move a house!! Very impressed!! Very happy with there service!

Had a flat bed done by them. My husband made the appointment and there was a lot of miscommunication in getting it done and the time line which it was supposed to be completed by but by the end when the truck was finally finished the Manger ended up making up for the mistakes. All in all it is a good place just had some trouble with the time lines. They said it was due to being understaffed at the time. Will return to get the other truck flat-bedded here as well hopefully they will have more staff on hand at the time
