Great tongue burritos!

I was in the process of negotiating on a house that Cyndy Higgerson was representing. She did not even give me 24 hours to accept or decline the counter offer that was provided to me on a house that I put an offer on first, she then accepted an OUTSIDE offer before even giving me a chance to accept or decline the counter offer. On top of that Cyndy Higgerson was VERY rude and unprofessional when I called to discuss what happened with the offer. I would not recommend doing business with her or her company.
