Working with Brett has been an outstanding experience! I saw a car that I liked on Facebook marketplace and decided to come to the dealership to test drive. While there, I noticed other eye candy and asked to test out an additional 2 cars. Brett was very personable, attentive and helpful. He grabbed the keys quickly and answered all questions relating to the specs, under the hood, etc. Brett was very patient while I took my time with my options. I fell in love with two different cars so to narrow it down we went inside and compared the prices. Little did I know I would be walking out with an amazing car! I was in awe! In complete shock that I got approved with a low interest rate and monthly payment. I couldn’t have done this without Brett and I just want to thank him for Hershey, my new luxury car!

Would not recommend. Drove 4.5 hours and he was dishonest about the vehicle. Very disappointed to spend the whole day on the road. And come home with nothing.

I would give zero stars, if I could. This is the most shady dealership I have ever encountered. Right after purchasing the car, the check engine light came on. They had somehow disabled it for the test drive, because it should have been on due to being disconnected from the entire system. They left the tires with low air, during the test drive, to hide an issue with the rear shocks. They took advantage of my disability in hiding $250 in random fees in the final bill, which I was verbally told was part of the tax and title fees.They know all the tricks. I asked them to do the right thing, but I have received no response. Do not go here, unless you want to be robbed.

Let’s start off by saying the experience was a little scetch when I was sitting in the waiting room I hear the owner take a call an lied about his identity an when we got in our vehicle to take it home it was completely on E! after I got my vehicle home it rained the next day an found the the windshield leaked an was rusting out also the check engine light came on due to the gas cap being completely broke an wouldn’t tighten 👌

Drove two hours to look at a car. Caught him in several lies dude is Shady only in it for the money. Will tell you anything to make sale. Do not do business with this guy. Wasted my time. Car was miss represented greatly. Pulled the dipstick there was no oil on it. Two quarts low. His google rating Doesn’t lie. For future reference you might want to be more honest because you google rating sucks and there’s a reason why.

We just bought our 2nd vechile from Brent today. Our first time dealing with them was 2 years ago when we bought the honda civic. Tonight we went back and bought a ford f250 both times have been beyond amazing. This is the only dealership we have gone back to. Brent is always very honest and helpful and works his magic when it comes to car loans. He got us approved by several different places told us the ins and outs of each one then let us choose our best fit. Not picked it for us. When we got there he had all the paper work ready so all we had to do was sign and leave. We already did our test drive saturday and drove away with the truck today. We will forever be customers of Nice Auto. They definitely live up to their name!!

Car had no fuel in it they only put about a gallon and a half in it for us to test drive. When we agreed to buy they wouldnt even fuel it up then and we requested a spare key and they told us we could get another one for $50 from Straders. Only an access key not a spare.

This is an honest business run by nice hard working folks. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Nice Auto Group. Thank you Brent for hooking me up with my Rav4, it was nice doing business with you.

The salesman was friendly but the vehicles were dirty and full of spiders and cobwebs. The gas tank was empty on the truck we test drove and he only put a gallon in it from his gas can. As i walked around looking, i noticed a lot of vehicles had flat tires.

I purchased a 2009 Honda Civic for $7000 on 4/1/17. Mechanically everything is good. But... Brent had told me that I was getting a shake due to surface rust and the tires sitting and needed worked out. He told me they took it up to 80mph and it was fine. He lied. I took it to the shop and all 4 rims are bent and 3/4 of the tires were unserviceable. So I need 4 new tires and 4 new 18" rims that will cost me well over $1000. So I spent $7000 on a car that shakes because his "Honda mechanic" had no clue what he was inspecting when the car came in. Tread lightly with these guys. They are in it for the money, not the customer.

You can get a nice looking vehicle from these people. However. For the price you pay watch out. We got our truck back to Wv. Had to instantly replace all ball joints, wheel berrings, rotors and brakes. Our mechanic estimated this at 1400 dollars. He also stated we were lucky we got home in one piece. We paid over nada value and were told the truck was sound. These guys will take you for a ride for sure.

Great Dealer! I bought a vehicle from them sight unseen. The salesman went out of his way to take additional pictures for me and meet each of my requests. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. I would buy from them again.
