NINEWEST in Ku-ring-gai

Bought a pair of shoes online. They refused to change the size because I paid using Afterpay. All I wanted was a size change.I use Afterpay on other businesses who dont have a problem with exchanges.I shopped at 9 West after a long time. Never again.

I wandering write to I came around 3 months ago I got good service from a girl ( rose she was lovely friendly and had a lot smile she was manager this store .

The staff were so friendly! I’ve never experienced such out going , helpful young girls! Also very good advice and tips with matching shoes to outfits ! Loved it

I have bought numerous pairs of shoes, as well as returned, exchanged and refunded shoes at this store. The staff are excellent to deal with, very helpful and friendly. This store often has stock and sizes that may be more difficult to find in the Sydney CBD stores.

Lovely shoes. Nine West makes good all round basic classical styles and colours that compliment any wardrobe. I love shoes and have had nothing but positive experiences purchasing both instore and online with Nine West. They also sell handbag and clutches to match their shoes range. Their shoes and bags are quite reasonably priced and Nine West also have great sales, so you can pick up a bargain every now and then.

Had a great experience at the store! The shoes that I wanted were sold out in the size and colour I was looking for, so the lady had me try on my size in another colour. It was a perfect fit, so she got the shoes in my size and colour transferred from another store and shipped straight to my doorstep. The shoes arrived 2 days after I ordered them, free of charge!

Very very very rude. No customer experience at all!

I wanted to give 0 But no option. Went to the shop on Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm. The girl was so rude and was not even interested in showing the shoes. when I told her that I would like to buy the shoes and she said rudely" I cant sell it without the box" . i didnt realise that I had to carry the box around with me. This never happened before. I know many places where girls are always smiling and ready to help. I wanted that shoes badly, otherwise would have left it right there.
