Nisa Local in Wrexham

I called the store to ask about something and the customer service guy who picked up was very rude. He didnt listen to what I was asking and just cut the call without answering my question. Very rude behaviour.

Since my move to isle of dogs, this has been my go to store. Theres a particular Canadian London based cashier thats so free spirited. She treats every human equally irrespective of your color or religion. Overall, this store is above 5 stars. Check them out :).

There are a couple people that work there. The man with the beard and with some hair is so rude. He is dressed like a teenager but is 50 something years old.I always avoid him. The rest of them are ok though.

Rude managerNo respect for customers

Since the start of the Pandemic, Nisa has shown such generosity in teaming Up with the local community Football Club ( DOCKLANDS F.C)In delivereing vital essentials food packs on a weekly basis to the vulnerable and elderly in all three wards.Utterly disappointed the other 4 big surpermarkets havent reach out to the community.Well done Nisa on Manchester Rd, hope once this is over ppl applaud you for your care and act of generosity...

Has a lot in stock but SO seriously overpriced. Needs investigating.

I had ordered using Deliveroo service from this store and they have charged me double for every item in the grocery listFurious that other stores are not charging so high as much as this store for just basic groceries like milk,pasta etc I ended up paying a whooping £99They are taking undue advantage of the current crises in the marketPlease do not shop here

Little Chinese lady behind counter has an attitude problem....tried charging £5 for a £2.40 coffee which offered “free shot” & even after was corrected by management she still behaved like a neglected chihuahua.....poor customer service, she should be put out of her misery & given a new kennel.
