Sadly, most stores are closed. If a few more stores were to open, this mall would be nicer.
Very good food and friendly atmosphere, has been in business for like 50 years. Great place to eat.
Great place to shop. Especially the rural king.
Went for Bird feed at Rural Farms. Price is good. Good sweet cakes also.
This mall has nothing!!! Burlington is as good as it gets!! But is great just for indoor walking!!
The mall here is almost gone.... Most of every store in mall has plans to move...
This Mall used to be booming now its just sad .
Love this store. So manyWonderful things to choose from for myself and gifts
Friendly staff, some things reasonably priced others maybe a bit high priced. Generally well stocked, if not out on floor can find someone to grab from back. All staff friendly and helpful.
This is not a bad Mall I didnt cover a whole lot of ground but what I did see is very very nice
Amazing my mom has a business in there and they are so nice
Rural king, Burlington and sal and Jerrys is the only major draw
I did enjoy going to this mall there is a lot of stores for looking around and shopping even in a wheelchair
They have anything you need. Its like a Tractor Supply on steroids.
This place was awesome when I was a child. It is now a ghost town.
Alot of stores have left. There isnt really to eat there. It a great place to go walking when its raining. there is only a handful of stores left. Its a shame what it has become. It used to be booming and great place to shop. Now its almost dead. If owner would fix what is broke maybe new stores would come in.. it has too many things wrong and owner doesnt seem to want to fix it up.
We go there couple times a week, some great deals
This mall is not nice and there are buckets catching water from ceiling leaks. Its bad.
Theres like 2 stores left in the entire mall, ghost town ...
Place is a ghost town mall. I guess years of overcaffinated security guards finally took its toll. Kids dont even congregate in large groups anymore. This place is doomed.
The concept of the Mall has changed a lot, its not like before
hanover mall used to be a good mall but recent years has declined theres nothing there anymore ..should be knock down put like a boscovs there !!!
Very sad was a great mall 20 years ago they need to bring in some main stores or a something like a Dave and busters
Rural King is a great store to check out they have a little of everything. Never come out of the store empty-handed
I wish the store would be a bit more organized...it always seems to be a mess lately! Great prices though!
The mall has followed the slow demise suffered by so many malls across the country. Needs new ideas that actually attract folks.
Went straight to the gun area. Great prices! Bought a scope thats really nice and a caring case. Wish I took the time to look at more of the store, but I was on a mission. Next time
Rural King has all sorts of merchandise. I could spend hours browsing around the store.
Rural King is awesome, have been making a ride over there at least once a month. Love it! ♥️
Very cool store, tons of it items for home, work or farm
Not worth a visit. Too many stores have left and replaced with Vape stores. Dont bother going. This is a dead mall. Nearly abandoned after a roof fire over JCPENNEY most of the stores are gone or out of business. If you want some peace and quiet its a great place to sit. Dont visit if you fear zombies because of it happens and the dead rise this mall will be the first place to see them.
If it wasnt for Bam & Bath&Body works, I would never go to the mall. When you enter it from the side where pearl vision used to be. It looks awful with trash cans to catch water and stains everywhere on the carpet. Like the owners dont care about the appearance of the place.
The mall is suffering. Repurposing the anchor locations is a good plan. The days of an indoor mall are done. They should pave the floors for Hobart racing and turn the stores to the outside.
Love this place and at the same time I hate it cuz it burns a hole in my pocket. Has just bout everything you need from food and treats from dogs to horses and other animals to groceries to tools. I get myself in trouble if Im left alone here. I may or may not walk out with things that I do not need but want
They have over the shelf medication for Fram animals , cats, and dogs. I was so thankful and pleased to see this. The prices were very good for medication. I am a very satisfied customer and will be returning a lot. This store is so awesome. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
Nice, not much in the Mall, though. I shopped in Claires for my granddaughter. I love the book store! I miss Sears & J.C. Penny. Love Rural King - they are a great addition!
Was really looking forward to visiting this store. Had heard great things. But the store and shelves were trashed, and many spaces were empty. Maybe a sign of the times with supply chain issues and labor shortages. But can staff at least straighten out what you do have? And no, my name is not Karen! Great potential. Horrid performance. Will visit again in a few months to see if things have changed. I really WANT to like this place!
I love Burlington. It reminds me a little of the Kmart my parents used to visit when I was a kid. They are one of the few stores that carry a wide selection of different sizes in their clothing. They also have housewares, jewelry and pet supplies.
When I first went here, it was a fairly decent mall. Then fye left, and then I stopped going. Sometime after the pandemic was lowering I went in to the mall again, only to see it’s nothing like it was. Spencer’s is a great store, but this review isn’t for them; it’s for the mall and the mall is for sure a one star. Honestly, the Spencer’s is the one thing giving the mall a star. Otherwise I would have not even left a review giving it a 0 star. I have read about the staff being rude, I haven’t had a bad encounter but I have seen a no mall walking sign, and the fact they are that pressed about people mall walking is kind of a red flag.
Rural King is an awesome store! Weve been there a few times for materials for a few different projects here at our house and we love the place. Theyve got an insane amount of products. Friendly help, and good prices!
There is a new store here it is nice they carry a lot of items kinda like a tractor supply store. They carry fans, flowers, bird houses, pet treats, jeans, exct..
Wow.. I thought the Town Mall in Westminster MD was bad, this was surprisingly worse. Its a great mall as a structure, but there is nothing there at all. This mall is dead, virtually no stores, not to mention the obvious change in demographics from South to North Hanover PA.No thanks, I wont be returning.
Everything you need or want is there. I was ready to pull out a cot a mattress and sleeping bag stay overnight wake up in the morning grab some new Carhartt trousers shirts and Boots pick up some new hardware saws drills grab a snack have my free coffee and free popcorn and Im on my way its a celebration in a store everything you want or need or could imagine is there thanks for the fun
This was my 1st time in the store, variety of things, pretty good prices. They remind me of a TSC combined with a Sears. One thing I didnt care for was the HUGE carts they have and its a little tricky to manunver through the store. (2 carts cant fit side by side so if someone is coming towards you, you need to back it out or lift cart around other customer)
Visited on a saturdy night, and while a newly opened store woz exceptionally busy, the area seemed to be quiet. The dynamic of visitors to the mall itself waas wide, ranging from all walks of life which lent itself to a very comfortable atmosphere. Throats were well marked, the traffic signals seemed fairly space to get there, the stores were well lit and people coming and going from each of the retailers seemed to be pleased.
Malls. Its a real shame theyve lost their luster. Indoor air conditioning and sprawling convenience packing numerous stores of all vocations into the walking area of a free city blocks. But theyre being transformed from the indoors to the strip malls and bodegas of new. And that is really a shame. The North Hanover Mall, even though mostly barren, is one of the cleanliest malls still in existence. Just wish we could find more use for this landmark of convenience. They should really consider incubation programs for new and upcoming business models where they dont charge an arm and a leg for the spaces that are otherwise vacant now anyhow. But, I digress. Still a nice place.
This mall needs to be shut down and tore down. I remember when the mall was popping you could smoking them all it was so crowded you used to be able to get your haircut at 4:5 different places in there and its a definitely very different. It is a ghost town I dont even call it a mall I do not know how businesses are surviving in this location. Trust and believe that sooner or later that entire place is going to be torn down and rebuilt and lets pray that happens
Hardly any stores remain open. This mall is not doing well at all with everything going on. They do great at keeping it clean, but I have to say thats easier when your mall is al but deserted. I really do hope you rebound and make a come back, I used to love to be here.
Though the whole mall doesnt have alot of stores anymore its still nice to go to especially Burlington! The store is always clean inside and out,and the bathrooms are always clean as well. I can judge a store based off of how they operate by how clean they keep it and the custodian there is awesome and courteous to everyone. If you need clothes or miscellaneous things for the house stop on by Burlington for their great selection!!
I wouldnt say I hated this place only that it was empty. 80% of the shops here were closed down.
