Jennifer Villarreal was an absolute dream to work with - spent lots of time in the hot sun while we searched and found exactly what we were looking for. Marco in finance and especially Ed (Sales Mgr?were super! We had dealt with a Lexus dealer in NE KS a few years back, and this Lexus team put them to shame!! Go see ALEX CORTEZ! Ive purchased a lot of cars in my time, but have never had a smoother transaction than what I experienced at North Park Lexus Rio Grande Valley. I live out of state, and was keen on working with a dealership with limited fees, and the ability to consummate the transaction online/phone. North Park Lexus checked both boxes, but with a very high level of customer service. Alex was extremely responsive, provided immediate email/text confirmations on my window sticker/Carfax requests, additional photo/videos, and even picked me up from my hotel. As I was planning for a very long road trip home, Alex set me up for a very early docs signing with Marco. Marco was also an extreme pleasure to work with, and was able to get my paperwork completed within 15 mins! All told, I was in & out within 45 mins, and on my way home with my beautiful new Audi RS5. This is a top shelf organization, and I simply had the best car buying experience ever!

I just took delivery of the 2022 Lexus IS 350 F Sport in atomic silver with white interior. The car is amazingly beautiful and drives awesome. The whole buying experience was exceptional. Ruben in sales worked really hard to get me this car. His dynamic personality made the buying so easy. Jennifer in finance was great to work with and she thoroughly went over all financing in a professional and friendly manner. Valerias great communication skills and nice personality enabled me to fully understand all the technology in the car. This is the best experience buying a car that I have ever had! First let me say that I do not live in Texas. I have been looking at a vehicle for quite some time.I couldnt find what I wanted in my state but North Park Lexus Rio Grande had what I was looking for.Deniss sent me information about the vehicle along with some pictures and a video. I decided to fly down, purchase the vehicle and drive it back. I was promptly met at the airport by Kevin who drove me back to the dealership.Upon arrival I was met by Deniss and she got all the paperwork in order. I then wired over the funds. Unfortunately they did not get there by the time their bank closed. Edward then proceeded to book me a hotel and have Kevin drop me off. The next day they handed me the keys and I was on my way.Their level of customer care is second to none. The positive attitude shown by all the employees was extremely refreshing! I had great customer service experience that these days are hard to find. I had met sales lady Carolina V on a visit to check out inventory and at that point I didn’t find what I needed. Later I contacted Caro about ordering a new RX450HL with Premium luxury Pkg. She kept me informed every step of the way and asked me not too loose confidence in her because she was determined to deliver me my new vehicle. She called me just a few days before letting me know that my vehicle was showing to be in transit then couple days later sent me pics as it was arriving coming off the truck. To me Caro went above and beyond to assure I was informed. I had also explained to Caro what I wanted as far as financing and warranties and yes she offered me the warranties once again but with no pressure which was a huge selling point for me. The way I see it I’m the customer and if I have decided I don’t want any extra pkgs or extra warranties that should be understood and respected by your sales person and finance person which they did.This was by far my best vehicle buying experience ever with the least amount of pressure. Caro is a 5 Star sales lady with an amazing personality when dealing with her customers. I will definitely look at buying my next vehicle there.

Lexus has a reputable name with cars. My appreciation with them is their service department. They are effective, prompt and reliable.Ana Gutierrez, my service dealer was on top of my car situation from the moment I drove up to the service department.Everything was in order when I picked up my clean and vacuumed car!The next day I had issues with my car battery. My car stalled at my place of work. I have roadside assistance. However the person I called was Ana. She immediately sent the technician to my location where he replaced my battery on the spot. Because it was still under warranty, my battery price was prorated and I drove off to my next appointment.Caring service like this doesn’t happen at every dealership. I love my Lexus, the Lexus brand and the Lexus Service Department. Congratulations to Mr. Marco Torrez on the excellent training and customer care he instills in his employees which trickles down to their customers.

Our experience was great at North Park Lexus RGV! Although busy, Jacob ensured I had updates while waiting. We were comfortable waiting and well taken care of. Cafe service was nice! Overall building was extremely beautiful and fun to lounge in. You can tell they all run a tight ship. Jacob delivered immediately, we asked for options within our budget and within minutes we were test driving and looking at vehicles. He did not pressure us at all, was extremely kind, professional, and to the point! We got a nice SUV with his help today. Finance (David Gwas also super efficient and professional. She did a wonderful job to accomodate my request and process everything in a timely manner. I appreciate this dealership. Even though I was there to only buy a used vehicle at a price that was a small fraction of the vehicles sold there, I never felt neglected or bothered by any of the staff. Ive found customer service in the valley to be very poor, so Im happy to have had the opportunity to work with North Park Lexus and Carolina. I advise you ask for her when you go buy any new or used car there! Everyone is friendly and attentive AND they have a little Starbucks in there for snacks and drinks. :-)

Purchasing a vehicle here is Purchasing peace of mind. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Ruben Ibarra and will continue to do so because of the quality in his service and vehicle. Amazing experience! As a Service Director at a Toyota dealership, I knew what to expect. I was met by Wendy who checked us in for service on our CT200. She was friendly and knowledgeable and shuttled us off for lunch. She quickly noticed we had an open recall to perform, and arranged a shuttle back home (almost 30 minutes away). She kept in contact with us throughout the repair and we were picked up when it was completed. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and accommodating. Excellent job team! 10 out of 10 great communication and outstanding service. They provide a beautiful lounge area with free Starbucks and delicious snacks while you wait. I took my Lexus ES 350 2022 for first service. At this dealership. I have just moved from California to mission. I found them to be very caring and professional. They provide you with a comfortable relaxing environment with Starbucks coffee and snack bar with barista while they take care of your car. Scheduled my RX350 for an alignment adjustment through the Lexus App, which allowed me to call directly to my home base dealership for an easy no hassle maintenance request for an appointment. Once I dropped off the vehicle, it was completed within 2 hours. Very quick and hassle free experience.

I am leaving another 5 star review for this dealership and it’s employees. I am now a repeat customer. Took my RX 350 in for scheduled maintenance and ended up buying my 2nd Lexus from this dealership. My daughter loves her new UX 200 Sport. Jennifer Villarreal was our salesperson and she was so nice and knowledgeable as she walked my daughter through all the bells and whistles of the car. Adrian Garcia in finance was also very nice as well. The 2 employees working at the concierge desk were so nice as well. I did not get their names but it was a nice young man and woman on Monday of this week. Alex did the maintenance on my RX in a timely manner. I came to get an oil change and my brakes replaced, Robert took his time to explain everything in great detail. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I have had a Maserati, BMWs, Mercedes, Toyota’s a TSLA & Lexus, so I have been to plenty of car dealers and none match to the service and beautiful deal like the Lexus Dealer. Alex, my service tech knows me by my name and always welcomes me very courteously. Yesterday, Robert took care of my SUV and he was also very professional. He communicated with me throughout the service via text. I told him I had an appointment two hours from the time I brought the car in, and he reassured me he would have my car ready before that time, and he did. While waiting for my car, I could sit outside in there peaceful garden or inside at a table or comfortable couch. The dealer has a coffee shop with all sorts of hot/cold coffee hot/col and teas. They also offer cookies, granola bars and pop corn… There is no other dealer like the Lexus dealer. They also wash my truck at no charge. By the way, I love my GX 460!
