Nice place to bowl and to bring family and friends! Service for food was a bit slow and attitude could have been a little more polite. But was a good time!

Good family fun the only complaint I have is our pizza was burned on the bottom

Attended a birthday party there. Staff was very pleasant with good service. Bowling alleys have changed a good bit since the last time I went to one. Seemed a very nice place.

This place is awesome. Customer service is excellent. They have a different deal everyday of the week. I love to go on Wednesday, $0.50 cent per person/ per game and a $5.00 cover charge person. I think thats the best deal. If you want to check out the other deals you can call or go to their website. Its a spacious place with alot of lanes. They have lockers to put your personal items. I dont have the need to use them. Its a nice and safe place from what I have experienced. They have a small lil arcade area that isnt great. Most of the games dont work. I dont play them, I gofor the bowling. They also have a concession stand for food and drinks. They also do have a bar thats closed off,Like a separate room, its like your in a different building but youre not. So the adults can chill and closely keep an eye on the kiddos. Youll have a good time with the family Im sure. ❤

Way too expensive..... even the bar is overpriced

It was more fun than I expected just reserve a lane early on Saturdays.

My kids had a great time, and everyone was very nice. John was very helpful with any questions asked!

Went for birthday party at 10 pm cosmic bowling closed snack stand at 1015 went to bar couldnt buy one beer had to buy bucket five beers 20.00 buck then bar closed at 1130 no place to celebrate birthday

Friendly staff, very hospitable, great atmosphere, not super packed, cheap food and drinks. Payment for the all night bowl is great. Game isnt up within the hour and you can get a few games in with great people.

I think this bowling alley is a nice size and it was very clean. It has a bar inside it also.

Large space and plenty of lanes for busy hours. However, the front desk staff are often very rude and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate that they are the first point of contact.

It was a good experience ! I want to order hot dogs and the little line for food never seem to die down. Buying drinks was fast and convenient. And they were real good with cleaning down the stations before another group started bowling. The orders on food I seen was left to pick up. I was uncomfortable with that ! It would be cooler if some one could bring them to yr station after you paid for yr food to slow down the wait in line by your name like how they sign you in to play bowling ?Just food for thought! But other that a thumbs 👍

You have to buy food in order to buy a drink which wouldnt have annoyed me if the food was actually good! Plus for a Saturday night of bowling and drinking I have never in my life heard such awful music!! It was like listening to someones "slice my wrists in the tub" playlist! It really put a damper on everybodys mood. We wont be coming back here.

Very disappointed. After taking my $25 deposit for my daughters birthday the day before.. When we get there they "couldnt find our names" then finally did. Lanes were not party ready yet. As the girls started playing i decided to join. Told them 4 times to please add my name to our lane. 15 mins b4 our party was over they still hadnt added my name so i turned my shoes back in and asked them 2 please not charge myself since i never got the chance to bowl! Pizza was totally dry and disgusting. One cup of a drink per kid.

Was there for a birthday party for my nephew and the service was horable, didnt bring forks or check on anyone for drinks, rushed us out because of other partys coming in, laty behind the counter should not work with the public! Very rude!!! Wont be coming back!!!

Great family atmosphere, plenty of lanes, and their concessions were delicious. We had a great time!

We went to bowl with family around the holidays. Sunday afternoon, and they were very accommodating. The attendant (I believe his name was Billwas very nice and was able to get us set up quickly. Nice atmosphere, place seemed clean and well kept. Lanes worked well. Cant think of a complaint. Enjoyable time spent with family.

Enjoyed family bowling. They have Groupons which really helps in keeping costs down while allowing for a group bowling session. Cosmic bowling is really fun, and they have bumpers for the Kids.

Old smell. Needs updated nobody around for if you can call it a snack bar. But im sure the bar aka alcohol was all ready to serve. Wont be back for many reasons

Very friendly staff, not elbow to elbow ppl. Different specials everday. We went on a tuesday for $2 a game night. And found out they have $5 cover with 50 cent a game on Wednesdays. So basically $10 bucks for 10 games, sweet!we will definitely be back

All the lanes r broken the pools sticks r old the pool table scams u out of ur money by the bowling alleys. And at the register on Saturday nights are the 2 most disrespectful i dont care leave attitude having employees i have ever came across i didnt know lanes were open or closed and i couldnt ask them it just seemed they all were closed but if you want beer or a drink i betcha the bar is fix

Beers were fairly priced but the pizza was bad. Also the lenes are messed up, sometimes the ball from the lane next to yours will eject into your lane and roll towards you and will use up a throw. Mega weird and dangerous

Went to a birthday party there. The hostess was nice but there wasnt enough seats or a garbage can when they asked for these items they told them that they would get to them when the other party was done. Im pretty sure they paid for the same kind of courtesy as the other party but didnt receive it.

This place needs renovated badly. Staff at snack bar not friendly and 1 lady in particular QUITE rude. None of the fountain drinks were working. Bottled water empty in vending machines. Lanes chewed up our balls. Would NOT recommend this place. Also, lights went out and no emergency lighting came on, not even the exit signs. Pretty sure that is a fire code violation. Drive across Route 30 to New Great Valley as its much nicer and staff friendlier.

Little pricey for bowling even with the Sunday deal. Also took a very long time to check in. They do set the lanes and names for you so that was nice and the reason I gave the 2 stars.Also bar didnt open till 230 and a machine took my kids quarter and the gentleman working told him there was nothing he could do to help.

Had a fun time even though the bar and snack bar were closed, the operator allowed us to orders pizza delivered to the bowling alley. Nice, clean. Cosmic bowling option.

This place does not even deserve one star. We came here for my friends surprise party. We went to the bar to get drinks we waited 15 to 20 minutes at the bar while the bartender ignored me and my friends. I dont know if it was a black thing or a gay thing all I know is the bartender had no problem waiting on the other white people at the bar. This place discriminated against us and the workers did not care when we went to complain about it. This place is racist and that is ok with me and my friends because we will never be back and we will make sure the world know how they feel about black gay people .

About 30 decent lanes. Food was not good and they forgot about half our order. One guy was trying to do everything while some junkie looking woman walked around doing nothing most of the time. Place needs a manager who will put some love into the place. It could be a great spot.

The staff is very helpful. A little courtesy guess a long way! We went with my kids and they were so very accommodating. Definitely try them out!

The man on the register calculated our fee on a piece of paper and charged us $10 more than what we owed (luckily someone in our group noticed bedore we paid). Had to switch lanes 3 times because they couldnt get them to work. And they ran out of metal bowling guides for the children.

Waited 30 min in this line then gave up. 1/2 of the lanes are open but they just have one person at the desk and not getting people to lanes. Really disappointed that we couldn’t bowl b/c of their inefficiency. Feel bad for all the folks still waiting! Won’t come back.

Took me and family for my birthday had fun with the kids and grandkids. Staff was friendly and helpful. I only gave the rateing i did cause of the price and i think its compairable to others though.would like to make it more often but i cant afford 46.00 for three adults and three kids.

Love the staff here but the money they put into the new carpet, tables and chairs, it shouldve been spent on the lanes 1st. They are always getting stuck! and they need to buff the floors leading up to the lanes, they are very sticky.

Had some family fun on a Friday afternoon. Fun little place, but the old equipment robbed me of two spares. Called em 9s. This bowling alley does have an awesome "Rolling Stones" themed pinball machine.

a nice big bowling alley, they have multiple rooms for rent for parties. you dont have to have a bowling party either, there was a baby shower there and a 40th birthday, we hosted a kids party for 20 kids & a few adults. there are games a pool table a large snack bar with many options and also a bar for those over 21.

Terrible experience went there for a night of fun got to out lane and the lane started missing pins then it wouldnt reset after a bowl so we had it fixed 4 times then after that it messed up again at this time I was just ready to go asked for a refund and they told me no then after debate only refunded the game we played poor service poor experience please do not go here staff is very rude

Bowling alley was okay, the balls were a little "worn", shoes equally as worn. Bar had no draft beers the night we were there, snack bar took 20 minutes or more to get a pretzel, front desk service was rude.I wouldnt go back here.

Spacious, reasonably priced, and had a bar. The only reason why I didnt give five stars is because some of the staff was abrupt almost to the point of being rude.

Had a Great time!! Very friendly and helpful. My wife, Daughter and Grandson and my Mom went to bowl for my Moms birthday. So I asked if I could bring in a homemade cake and without hesitation the lady said yes. The staff at the snack bar were nice and the food was perfect. Definitely going back a lot more. Thanks again. My wife and I bowled at NVBC for the past 2 weeks or so. We were mildly impressed how they maintained the whole center (including the lanes). The maintenance man not only vacuumed the floor but he dusted the gutters as well. The receptionist was very nice and when there was something in the seating area she immediately moved us a few lanes down to make sure we had a good experience. Maybe in the future we will join a league there, schedule permitting.
