Had a great experience with a new title and tag from out of state. Able to settle everything the same day and everyone inside was professional and courteous. Delilah was great!

Lady with red hair behind the counter was very helpful and very polite. I had several different titles and registrations to take care of and she was able to get it all done within a reasonable amount of time.

Didn’t catch a name but the thin brunette with freckles and a nose ring: you’re extremely rude. Don’t treat me like it’s my fault that no one can seem to inform me of ALL the paperwork needed to register my vehicle in one trip; every time I bring all requested paperwork with me I’m told I actually need something else. Been trying to take care of this for nearly a year.The blond haired blue eyed girl (i believe her name is Brookeis the most helpful one.

Great service but $91 "processing fee"? $26 dollar boat registration cost me $130! Too expensive to go there anymore.

It took me three trips to get it right, Aneesa highlighted what the mechanic did not fill out the first time, so I went back to the mechanic, he filled out the part that was highlighted then I returned to the title company. However Aneesa had failed to highlight other areas so I was told I had to go back to the mechanic yet again. This is after I initially made two phone calls to ensure I had all the correct paper work filled out correctly. The THIRD person who helped me did not seem to have problems and we finally registered my truck.

Nothing but a quick, pleasant experience. Extremely helpful in fixing a major screw up from a dealership. Cathy was absolutely wonderful! Thanks for all the help.

The staff can be a little chilly, but they dont have bad intentions. Ive interacted with them enough to know theyre just a little overwhelmed. Good experiences, overall.

Went there today at 1339 and I hope you watch the camera... As I entered a girl training with Lisa g . Told me to go outside only 5 allowed.. no probs..... Then a guy leaves I come in there are 5. Then another guy Spanish with daughter came in 6 .5 lol nothing said hmm. Then two more nothing said . Ok what the hell. Then waiting about 29 minutes they have no plates. They should have a sign or something never going there again. Had to go to Tunkhannock.

I needed mortgage papers notarized. The wait was minimal, the person that took care of me was friendly and I was out of there quickly. AND…. They have FedEx, so the papers got sent out immediately!

I got my vehicle transferred here and it was great. Super friendly and fast service from Dawn with no need to wait for anything.

Kim really helped me out with 6 vehicle registrations. She was friendly, fast and thorough! If you need title or tag work, this is the place to come.

About average for title and tag places. Id say one of the slower ones, but a relatively convenient location. I definitely prefer the carbondale one as theyre usually very quick.
