Northeastern Eye Institute in Susquehanna County

I was there for 2 hours for a 10 minute eye exam. Never go there again after making me wait so very long.

After an eye exam and receiving my new glasses, I went back three times telling the doctor I could not see properly. The lenses were supposedly replaced once, with no improvement. The doctor tried fitting them himself and ended up telling me it was my brain not working right.After a few months of not seeing properly and no resolution, I went to my former eye doctor for an exam and asked him to check my lenses. The wrong prescription was in the glasses from Northeast.I got a new pair of glasses with the correct prescription, and I now love the way I see.That was a very expensive lesson learned. I will not be going back here.

Great office, wonderful doctor and fabulously efficient care. The only thing I dont like is how long it takes to get in when you have to reschedule. I had to cancel my sons appointment in December and he wasnt able to be rescheduled until May. In fairness, it is one of the only offices in the area and the doctors are amazing so its not rocket science to figure out why it takes so long.

I booked an appointment with the Institute. After receiving a date, I got approval for a day of vacation. One business day before the appointment I was informed that I would have to be rescheduled. This was not possible because I work with a team of people and changing my vacation to that date was not possible.Explaining this did me no good so now I have burned up a precious day of vacation and I still need glasses.
