All the staff were very nice and friendly. They ensured I knew what to expect and made me feel very comfortable. The office is very nice, modern, and comfortable. Highly recommend their services if you are in need of dental care.

I must admit I was a little anxious when Dr Smith decided to retire. He was my dentist from the first day he started practicing in Caribou. Unlike a previous dentist I had, he was very honest, kind & professional. What a great service he did for the community in selling his practice to Northern Maine Dental. We are SO fortunate to have local citizens take over his practice. Since the takeover, I have had Dr Meagan Thompson perform extensive work on my teeth. She is a very skilled, proficient, honest and caring dentist. In one case I had a dire emergency and she was right there to help me on her day off along with Cheryl. It was a challenging situation but she handled it in a most professional and caring way. I was so thankful. Her assistant Sarah, the Northern Maine Dental hygienist and all office staff are truly remarkable.

Useless not taking new Patients should not advertise or why have a web site if you dont want new businrss

Entering in the frort door of the Northern Maine Denta Officel you are greeted by a beautiful modern office with comfortable chairs and couch in a calming and inviting waiting room.The front office staff are welcoming and helpful .Dr. Thompson is friendly and professional and explains procedures thoroughly to her patients.I had the pleasure of visiting Haley one of the dental hygienists on staff today. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and at ease .Wonderful Staff who I highly reccomend.

I had a cleaning done today at Northern Maine Dental clinic with the dental hygienist Sue. It was such a relaxing and a wonderful experience. Sue is so knowledgeable and she was very patient at answering all my many questions! All the staff that I was in contact with were really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is so relaxing, a very welcoming place. I heard that Dr. Meagan contributed at the interior decorating of this lovely place. How blessed we are to have Dentist Thompson and her team be a part of our region! I greatly and highly recommend Northern Maine Dental! Many thanks for your service!

I’ll start by saying that I’m not the easiest patient. I have a bleeding condition that can make dental care challenging at times. I also clench/grind my teeth a lot which is altering the bone in my jaw greatly. Dr Thompson and all her staff members are wonderful. They are very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. My cleanings and exams have been thorough and very comfortable. They do a great job explaining all information and teaching what I can do on my end. The office is beautiful and very organized. It’s incredibly clean and bright. It’s also very spacious and comfortable to move through. They have taken great care of me and truly listen to help find the best solutions for my dental care needs.

Very nice new office. New office is much quieter and affords greater privacy and comfort for the patients. Staff at all levels are very courteous and professional. My hygienist, Lori, is excellent at what she does and keeps me well informed about anything she sees and makes practical helpful suggestions.

The staff is friendly and super accommodating. My 5 and 3 year old love going to the dentist!

I had a wonderful experience at bmy new dentist Dr. Megan Thompson. My hygienist, Cheryl, was fantastic. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and on top of that I had a periodontal exam. My visit was fantastic!! I’m sending my husband there as well.

Cleaning was excellent. The office well maintain. Its like having Dr Smith again but better looking. I recommend it for anyone thats wants a excellent dentist.

Nothing special, aside from some new dental scanners. I think the masking to enter policy is a joke.Im not a huge fan of dentists, doctors offices, and other similar places because I have never been to an appointment that didnt have some sort of bad news.

I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for 20 years. They are ALWAYS friendly, cheerful and very professional. For them the patient comes first, and it shows. I feel as if I’m visiting old friends. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but I have never minded my visits here.

Best family dental clinic Caribou has to offer. They are friendly as soon as you walk thru the door to the minute you leave. Clinical staff make you feel at ease and they explained everything to as they were going to do it. Super happy with me care.

My 1st experience with Northern Maine Dental was exceptional. I had an issue with a filing, when I called they were very pleasant and able to get me in that day. Dr. Smith and his wife was beyond accommodating. The reason for changing dentist is that I went to Dr. Terrance Shaw in Perth-Andover, CA and due to the CORVID -19 the borders are closed.

First time with NMD and they made are very knowledgeable, welcoming, and made us comfortable. I was nervous starting with a new practice since I was with my original for over 40 yrs but I was very satisfied. I loved Lori my hygienist and my husband was very satisfied with his. Definitely made the right decision by choosing this practice. See you in 6 months.

Great office personnel, awesome hygienist and the best dentists there are in the county. One thing, need to update BP equipment. Had my BP taken with a wrist cuff meter....the result had me running to my doctor’s office due to the high numbers. The result with an arm cuff was 122/64! Other than that I would’ve given them a five star rating.

Dr. Thompson is a gift to the County. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Theyre always teaching, giving options for care and are honest about whether work is urgent or can wait. New technology makes care less painful and faster.

This is by far the best dentist in northern Maine. Not only because of their knowledge. They use state-of-the-art equipment and thats what you want inside your mouth... They are very accommodating, they work around my schedule the best they can and my family appreciates that. Bridget is a scheduling genius. They can fit me in at the drop of a hat when I need work done. Meagan brought a lot to the table thats for sure. Her knowledge far exceeded my expectations thats for sure. After my family and I moved back from Texas we had high expectations and this dentist office blew me away. I recommend Northern Maine Dental to anyone seeking high quality dentistry at fair prices.

Office extremely well run and service is great. Dr. Bossie is a fantastic dentist already and should only get better with time and experience. Front office is friendly, accommodating, and focused. Hygienists are clearly very experienced, professional, and thorough.
