I was looking for a used Mini Cooper. Before coming to Northwest Euro, my husband and I went to four used car dealerships. We test-drove four Minis, but most had issues and when we inquired about them most dealership attendants either did not know or were not interested in helping us. The visits to the other dealers made it quite clear that we needed to see a dealer that specialized in Minis. We finally went to Northwest Euro because we noticed they specialized in Minis. The day we arrived, both Jason and Devin were busy helping other clients, however, Jason was very welcoming. He gave us a few minutes and let us see cars while he and Devin finished with his client. Once they were done with their prior clients, Devin was the person who helped us with the purchase of our Mini. Devin was extremely pleasurable to work with. He was very personable, and we never felt pressured. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are in the market for a Mini, I would say Northwest Euro should be your first stop. Don’t waste your time as we did. We love the car we purchased. If I’m ever interested in purchasing another Mini, I will definitely come here first.

Great experience! I contacted Devin at Northwest Euro about purchasing one of their Minis. Devin answered all my questions and kept in contact with me. I found 3 Mini Coopers that I was interested in and flew up to take a look. When I arrived at Northwest Euro, all 3 Minis were lined up for me to view. I selected a 2005 British Green Mini Cooper S with only 65,000 miles. I test drove it and purchased the vehicle. The main reason I went with Northwest Euro is that the company is owned by a former BMW mechanic who makes sure each car is inspected and brought up to the highest standards. Ive had my Mini for 2 months and have had zero problems with it. I definitely will be purchasing any future Minis from Northwest Euro.

There is a reason this company has a perfect score of 5 whole stars. Their service is outstanding. They care about you the customer and they wont make you feel pressured or uneasy at all. The whole process was night and day from any other car buying experience Ive ever done.I first looked into purchasing from them a year ago. I sat down and talked with a guy named Jason. Not knowing anything about the mini Cooper world myself.I remember thinking, geez these guys wouldnt dare let a car out that door without it being in the best condition possible.Their goal it seems is to prepare and ready and repair each mini as close to new as possible.And it shows.There isnt a spec or detail about each one of those cars that Jason doesnt know. He explained how he started working on minis years ago at a job. And eventually, he came up to Seattle and started the business Northwest Euro. I was surprised to see I was talking to the owner. He is involved and thorough in all knowledge of minis. He was extremely professional and I left there knowing that my days of car shopping were behind me. Because Im going to get a mini and it will be from this place. Thus I saved and battled with COVID a couple of times and then I started the buying process via text actually with Jake, Who was helpful beyond belief. These guys were communicating with me after hours in their own time and answered any questions I had.Eventually, I talked with Jason again and I had such a good feeling about the whole process that I had Jason pick a car out for me within my budget and he worked on getting my credit approved diligently. And I mean hard. He got the bank to approve me with a rate that was a whole 15% lower than the first time I applied.Today I know that if I should ever have any problem with my mini I could take it back to Jason and it would be in the best hands.These guys care. They are super friendly, and helpful and their goal isnt money. Not one bit. Its about quality sales and customer service and putting his name on a product that represents the quality of service he provides. I purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman on 9/9/22. I thought I would never purchased a used car with 158.9K miles. After meeting with Northwest Euro team going over all the Minis they had to offer and learning all what they had serviced on the car I picked out (Timing Chain, Rear Main Seal, Breaks, Turbo and all the fluids), it drove like a new car with no rattle noises. I was very impressed. The pricing was very competitive and in fact below market value. I closed the deal and drove off the lot with a nice Mini. The next morning I went to start the car and the battery acted like it was low so I drove it back to Northwest Euro and the did not hesitate to change the battery out with a brand new one with warranty at NO CHARGE to me. Just bought a car I really LOVE from these folks and the whole experience was GREAT!!!! First of all, they specialize in Mini Coopers. Second, they do a thorough job of doing any work needed on the car and they list the work they did clearly in the posting for each car. Most of all there was no hard sell or shadiness —— just a very friendly, supportive, and positive way of interacting with their customers! Thanks for a great experience and a great car!

So after a ton of research I kept reading good things about northwest euro, and they had a mini I wanted to test drive, we drove to Seattle and were a little worried where the GPS was sending us. After pulling up to this sketchy little building with a bunch of minis out front we decided to give it a go anyhow. In my mind I was a little worried this was another one of those "used car dealerships" you know the ones that hide every imperfection and tell you they are absoluetly great vehicles and within 3 months you are on a first name basis with a mechanic. So in we went hopeful, but not extremely so. You guys I cant tell you enough dont judge that little sketchy building, those men in there know what they are talking about, I learned so much more in that afternoon about minis than I had in the 6 months of research I had done. The car I wanted to test drive us the one I bought. She is a manual, took her on a cross country drive the week after we bought her. The entire car is sound, the engine has had no problems or leaks. I would 10 out of 10 recommend buying your mini from them you wont be disappointed!

Northwest Euro is a fantastic MINI Dealership and maintenance place for my MINIs. Every time I have gone into NWEURO, Jason, Jake, Devin, Todd and Ashley are incredibly kind, MINI knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel valued and appreciated. Okay, not only do I absolutely love my new car but I have to rave about the customer service. I followed Devin from another establishment, but then add to it Jake and Jason and you have hit the trifecta. Long story short, they went to the ends of the earth for me -- well only Florida - to secure a car that I love! Wonderful shopping experience for a car. Staff was easy to work with. Devin provided a stress free experience and Matthew was super helpful with our technical questions. They both listened to what our needs & wants were then showed us what was available based on our parameters. Showed us at least 8 cars until we narrowed it down to two and they helped with final decision. Was a wonderful no pressure experience. Called back a month later with an issue and Jason was amazing to help us troubleshoot the issue and how to fix it.Unparralleled customer service - they even identified some minor “repairs” (missing clipsand came in on day off while shop was closed for us to pick up car. Id like to thank the entire team at Northwest Euro for helping me find this awesome Mini Countryman. I had searched inventory all over the US and I could not find anything that I liked. I stumbled upon this dealer based in Seattle and I began calling and asking about this car. I spoke to Devin, Jake, Jason and Ashley throughout this process. I live in California and I wanted to have the vehicle transported to me, they had some options, but timeliness was a must for me, so I arranged for my own transport. From the walkthrough video with Jake, to Devin answering my non stop questions, Jason then stepping in to help with some technical questions and Ashley putting the bow on the whole paperwork process, I got the car I wanted and I could not be happier. Bought my new to me Mini today. It was so simple and easy. I got great rates and they took my trade in no problem! I was so glad to find out I could get service for my car with a service contract...one stop shopping! Its easy to find, and they made sure I had a full tank of gas before I left. I really feel great about the whole experience. They only work with Mini Cooper, so they really know their product. I heartily recommend!!

It was so nice as a woman to be able to walk in and not have my husband check the car and OK it. Jason and Jake are great. I worked mostly with Jason as it was Jake’s day off. They told me that they would put in a new windshield and I could pick it up the next day. I couldn’t see anything wrong with the other windshield but hey I’ll take a new one!My 2011 countryman ALL4 S was in a total loss accident. I thought it was the most amazing car, right up until I drove my new 2012 countryman ALL4 S!!! What a spectacular car, and to know that it has been checked out from head to toe and is in perfect condition is so comforting and reassuring. Just a perfect car. These guys are great. They have clean Minis and they do all of the necessary work to keep older cars running right for their next owners. I bought a 2009 Cooper S from them not long ago and immediately felt at ease while talking to Jason. I have had the car in for an oil change once and even going into the shop to pick up my plates was a great experience. These guys love Minis and it shows. Older cars will not be without their problems, but Northwest Euro does everything they possibly can to make sure that their cars leave the lot in good working order and their customer service is top notch if you ever have any questions. I highly recommend that you stop here first if you are looking for a used Mini.

We originally were looking at private party purchases to save on purchase price, when we came across Northwesteuro’s inventory. It was apparent that the owner Jason makes sure that each car is mechanically sound for piece of mind. Im a bit behind the curve but here we go finally! ... I bought a 2007 convertible from Northwest Euro amidst all of the pandemic closures during July 2020. Jason worked with me to do all the paperwork online & through the mail and then personally delivered the car to my driveway in Whatcom county for a reasonable delivery fee. This car got me through the COVID insanity last year and continues to bring me joy.

We recently purchased a 2011 Countryman from Northwest Euro for our 17 year old son. Jason was great to work with. Did most of our "dealings" via text before driving the hour to the dealership for a test drive. Once the car received our sons approval, the paperwork was quick and easy. There were some minor repairs that Jason wanted to do for us. So we left the car and Jake delivered it to our home in Tacoma 2 days later. Excellent service and a great selection of MINI. Jason knows his stuff! We would definitely buy from him again if/when we decide to buy our third MINI.

02.14.2020 -- 20 years ago on Valentines Day, my husband surprised me with a beautiful new 2000 Hyundai Sonata GLS V6. I have loved it ever since. What a great experience buying my Mimi Cooper! Jason was so good with answering my questions and showing me the details of the car. Well, we were in the market for an inexpensive small car for my wife. She was partial to the Mini line of cars, but our budget was far from the 22k+ for the price of a new base Mini. Enter Jason at Northwest Euro. He helped my wife and I find the perfect Mini. We purchased a 2009 Chili Red Mini Cooper Clubman S. We’ve owned the car for a little while now and it has been trouble-free and honestly a blast to drive! Now just know one thing about these cars, they aren’t new, but Jason is transparent about all the info on each of the vehicles so you get the whole story including the carfax history. That way you aren’t stuck with surprises. Our little Mini had over 105k for mileage, but purrs very nicely. Jason helped ensure we knew how to care for our Mini as well. His pre-sale, sale, and post sale support is awesome including technical questions or issues! If you need help or have questions about your car, he’s there to answer and if needed educate you on your vehicle. I’ve shot him a few messages and he’s been there through it all. There is a lot to be said about this level of customer service and care. So, bottom line, if you are looking for a fun Mini that is inexpensive and is well broken in, then I recommend doing some research about Mini reliability online, then when you understand the journey you are about to take with this little cars, give Jason a call. He will introduce you to the world of Mini and help find the right Mini for you! It’s nice to find someone that treats each of the cars he sells like his own even after the sale.
