Had a septic issue the afternoon of Christmas eve, called and left a message for Novak Septic to see if they provided emergencies services. Mr. Novak returned my call completely rude and had a "how dare I call him when hes on his way to church" attitude. Completely unprofessional. If you dont provide emergencies services then dont return my call. Pretty simple.
