Worst experience. They doctor and the staff dont follow up, very careless. will never recommend to anyone.

Ive been visiting Dr. Nowlakha for about 5 years now and have always been impressed with his service. Hes very polite and listens and asks lots of questions concerning my health/lifestyle. I trust him and his staff. Have always been treated with respect. Would highly recommend him.

The doctor and his staff are so rude and unprofessional. A recent experience here has left me completely angered and disgusted at how ugly and cruel people can be when they have this false sense of superiority to their patients. As someone who works in the medical field I am well aware that compassion is a part of the job and this practice is extremely lacking. If you want to see a doctor and staff who treat their patients like garbage, definitely come here. If not, Id look into other options.

This doctor and his staff are the worst… and that is the best way I can put it.l without being kicked off. My mom went for a disability appointment and the medical assistant laughed at her when she was taking her shoes off. Who does that? Laughs at people who are disabled. Then the doctor doesn’t believe she isn’t disabled because she can walk with a cane. He told her there is no such thing as a manipulation after a knee replacement surgery. My mom had to have 2 on 1 knee. I will be calling every number there is to complain about this doctor and his staff. Expect my call on Monday. They wouldn’t even let my dad go see the doctor with my mom. My mom has 2 bad knees after knee replacements and is 64.

Although my first visit, I wish all doctors could be as great as Dr. Prem Nawlakha. He is polite, a great listener and thoroughly educated & experienced and also very kind. His focus is on the patient and what is best for them.The staff is also friendly and wonderful.

There weren’t any reviews when I was given Dr. Prem Nowlakha’s name to see about my toe tats had a fungus. She was very nice and explained several things I could go forward with for my situation. I liked that approach. I would recommend her anytime.

Never returning! The wait time is over an hour and the Dr. is just all over the place. He rambles on and on about absolutely NOTHING! Dr seems very greedy in his own ways. Theres a ton of other great Drs out there! Stay away unless you want to get yelled at by him and want to waste a couple hours of your day waiting in his op rooms.
