Just had a massage here and it was amazing. Could have a had a little more attention on the calves and feet as I stand all day at work but overall best massage I’ve ever had. I had Claire and she was very sweet and friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend this place
Me and my wife are on our honeymoon, wanted a relaxing massage. It cost 120 for both but all he did was talk about why my lower back hurt and only focused on that. I left in more pain than when I went in. It was uncomfortable and awkward and not relaxing what so ever. Before we left the man said did you get your change then said good, so how about a tip for us. So unprofessional and not relaxing. 0 out of 10 do not recommend what so ever. Spend a little more for a good quality massage.
My lower back has been spasms the last few days, I have been recovering from major injuries since November. Needless to say I have been in lots of pain and just needed someone to work on my injuries and thats exactly what David did. He focused on the injuries and really help relieve the pain. I will be going back soon!
My boyfriend and I did a couples massage and it was FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend and encourage you to take an hour and rest. Ewa was my masseuse and I will be asking for her again.
Just had our first couples massage. Friendly staff and very relaxing atmosphere made this an amazing experience! Highly recommend!
Claire and Linda gave my husband and I our first couples massage and we loved it! Would highly recommend! Will be going back!
My sister and I went for a couples massage and were sooo happy with our experience! The only negative was that the walls were a little thin so you could hear when the front door opened. But honestly, the massage felt so good, it didn’t make a huge difference. David worked on me and was very thorough, explaining why I was hurting, ways to fix problem areas on my back, etc. When he started, there were places he couldn’t rub without causing me pain and by the time it was over, all of those problem areas were worked out. I wish I lived closer because I would be going back regularly. I would definitely recommend. Best massage I’ve had in years.
The only thing that was 5 stars about this experience was the massage itself. The rest of the experience was terrible and very unprofessional. When I was signing the ticket, I left a $5 tip in which the lady replied “that’s it? Good massages are usually 20-30%”. I changed it to $10 just to be nice and she still didn’t seem satisfied so I walked out. Also, communication needs to be improved. When she walked me to the room, she provided very vague instructions and was hard to understand due to her wearing a mask and having an accent. I was left in the room confused as to what I was supposed to do and what clothing was supposed to be taken off. I had to go hunt her down to clarify exactly what I was supposed to do before the session started. It was my first time here, won’t be back again.
Just love this place
Great massage with a great experience. The place is clean, calm and professional. No complaints from me. It’s definitely not a day spa, if that’s what you’re looking for. I just wanted a relaxing experience with a good massage and received both.
I came in for a massage after spending the weekend miserable from a sciatic nerve pinch. He gave me an AMAZING massage and treated me like a person and not just a number. I will be back!! David was FANTASTIC.
I went to Walnut message for a spontaneous couples massage. I liked being able to get in instantly; however I was sore after leaving and once I got home I noticed I have large bruising on my lower back.
AMAZING! I’m lucky enough to have arthritis, and have constant joint pain…or unused to. Rita gets my back and shoulders to unlock and move with a full range of motion. If you want a professional massage, with an effective recovery for days after, then go see Rita!!!
I had major shoulder issues and had trouble sleeping. David was able to make a huge difference. He explained how the muscles were connected and why certain areas hurt. I highly recommend him.
My husband and I enjoyed couples massages - Swedish for him and deep tissue for me. We have had lots of massages at different places but our massages today were definitely some of the best we have ever had. If we lived closer, we would be back often. Very professional and enjoyable.
Rita … did an amazing job. Took all of the stress away. Excellent service. I would highly recommend. Thanks Rita … you rock.
This is my first time to go to Walnut massage because of back ache. , I choice the pain treatment. I have to share this, coco did a good job on me, she told me half an hour can ease the pain in my back. It was an amazing experience , It was one of the best massages Ive ever experienced to improve my sore back and back stiffness.
Rita was amazing. Very good deep tissue massage.
The owners are super kind and caring people. The girls that work for them work very hard and do a great job. Everytime Im hurting I get a massage from them and as a massage therapist myself I can vouch for them being lincesed and certified. If there is an issue the staff do their best to fix it and I have not had any problems so far. Plus the prices are much more reasonable than other places and the hours work well for all types of workers who may get off later than normal.
Just made a visit to Walnut Massage, I was hurting from to much raking and blowing of leaves. Rita was my masseuse, I explained the problems I was having. She went to work with a deep tissue massage that found and relieved the problem areas. By the time I left, I was feeling so much better. Will have to visit again soon! Great massage….
Ivy was very professional definitely recommend family and friends
I got a deep tissue massage from Rita. She was great :My knees and shoulders have been bothering me for a couple weeks and I feel so much better.
Overall the massage was good. The downside I felt were that there was no music and room was smelling little bad when I visited.
I went there yesterday Payed 60 wanting change back for a 45 dollar massage. The massage first off didn’t help me at all not even one bit. No music don’t know why everyone else got music. Then when I was done the woman made me take a cup of water, then she chased me out to my car and begged me for more money. I was told by a professional person in Arkansas that this place looks shady and was told that they are probably not licensed. I will not be ever going back. I also like to mention the woman tried to charge me for an hour during the massage after I had told her it was for 30 mins she left the room and came back and said okay we’re done
I had an amazing experience here and will be coming back for a massage often! Linda was great and really helped me with the knots i had in my back. I highly recommend this place!
Best massage parlor in the state.
Horrible massage place, was sore for days after. Dont go, it wasnt good.
Reasonably priced and excellent massage
One of the best massages Ive ever had!
I love massages. I spoke with a man who schedulwd my massage and then when I entered got a different atmosphere. Only ladies who couldnt speak English at all which makes it difficult to talk. Dont blame them; just a business should have at least one worker who speaks decent English. The massage really isnt worth the price nor was it too relaxing.Only reason I came here was because my regular location was busy. Now he is worth it.
Had made a reservation for a couples massage i showed up they didnt even know about it. On top of that they couldnt speak to me in English. It was our first time so we were not sure to undress all the way. I ended up leaving my briefs on my gf ended up leave her pants on only to be massage over the pants. Very bad experience. All could have been avoided if we could have understood each other. Also my neck is really sore might need to go to a chiropractor feel pain in my neck and collar evey time i turn.
Not super professional. Dark, and did not use the sheet coverage method well at all. Felt like I was freezing. Massage was pretty good, But at the end she stopped me and said that I needed to do a 20 percent tip. I won’t be back.
This is a great place to get a muscle relaxing deep tissue massage. They take walk in customers which made it convenient to drop by after work. My therapist was Lucy and she was able to relieve my low back ache pain. The price was reasonable and The service was excellent. I highly recommend this place.
Had the best deep tissue massage ever here. Will definitely be going back.
My Husband and I were visiting Northwest Arkansas and saw this massage studio as we were eating lunch at the sandwich shop next door. We had been driving for several hours and thought a massage would feel good. Wow, the little girl who did my massage was named Angela and she had the most intense pressure. The massage was so relaxing. I wish we lived closer but we know where we will come for a massage when we are in Arkansas next time.
My friend told me about this place. I got a hard deep tissue massage from a masseuse named Helen. The place was very clean and relaxing. I recommend them highly.
Clean, legit place. Fair price.
Unprofessional is putting it nicely.I called to make an appointment which was not real easy to understand and they finally just hung up without confirming the time.My appointment was for 12:30 and for a one hour massage. They quit the massage at 1:30, only after the first masseuse left the room 5 minutes into the massage and was gone for 5 minutes and then another one came in to finish the massage. There was a lot of back and forth out of the room. Most Asian massage places I’ve been to in the past use timers to insure it is truly a 60 minute massage, not including the time it takes you to change and the time it takes them to come into your room.Moral of that, I paid for a 60 minute massage and received what I would say was 45 minutes at best. The girl doing the massage told me I didn’t work out enough on my arms, that my legs were more muscular than my arms. I explained I cycled which was why I get regular massages in the first place. After the massage, I got changed and found my masseuse waiting for me in the lobby. I only had a $20 and didn’t feel the massage was worth a $20 tip. More like $5 or $10.I asked for changed for the $20 and she insisted anything less than a $20 tip was insulting. She said a customary tip was 30%. IMO a customary 60 minute massage is 60 minutes. After she realized I wasn’t giving her $20, she said “I’ll get change”, and I said “No, you’re being very rude. No tip.” And left.I’ll try another massage place in NWA and I would recommend you do the same. Don’t waste your time or money at Walnut Massage
My Husband and I went for a couples massage. This was a wonderful experience as we were in the same room side by side and able to talk as we were relaxed by our masseuses. I recommend this for any two people who want to become closer through a shared experience. It feels much better than counseling or therapy.
I was able to get an immediate appointment. Very courteous service the entire time.
Should definitely work on customer service over the phone.
Both my sister-in-law and I were impressed at the service here. One of the best massages weve ever had. They focus on deep massages, which is exactly what we were looking for.We had a language barrier, but it was easily overcome with universal gesturing :)
Best massage and great price in town I highly recommend this place
Best massage of my entire life!! I literally cant rave enough about this place, will be a lifetime customer!
Had an awesome massage by a girl named annah she really helped my back and shoulder pain
I was able to get right in which was a bonus. Theyre open late during the week and on Sundays. However, there is a huge language barrier. I was there for a compression massage which I requested when I called and again when I got there. They said "ok", but obviously didnt understand what I asked them because the specific part of my back I asked to be worked on was not. The massage was great dont get me wrong. But what I went for and what I got were 2 different things. Also- when I called I was told 50.00 per hour.. When I got there I was asked to pay before my massage started, and it was 60, not 50. After my massage ended the lady who did my massage was waiting at the front and had pulled my receipt out, she pointed to the "tip" section and said "tip, tip, tip"... I didnt know what to think because Ive never been hassled to leave a tip before, and I was embarrassed, so I added an extra 5.00 onto my bill. If I had wanted to leave a tip, I would have done that when I paid. 😕Overall nice atmosphere, relaxing, and nice massage, but language barrier is a huge concern and the fact that I was asked to tip her was a little upsetting.
I love the work you do. I visit frequently. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. There is a language barrier, but who needs to chat while relaxing? Thank you for your business, It helps me greatly.
Reception was horrible, no greeting or welcome when we came in. Waited several minutes before being addressed. No organization and the language barrier didnt help. Foyer was dark. The ladies wore dirty house slippers, bunnies even! Not a professional place at all, pretty sketchy in fact. Never, ever will I suggest this place to anyone.
Great massage, very clean, very professional and affordable. I will go back and recommend
I got a great massage from a lovely Asian woman named Annie. The place is spacious and relaxing. No cramped rooms divided by a curtain here. The nice private room had beautiful music and was clean. Annies massage was relaxing yet she knew how to put the right pressure on my trouble areas. If you are looking for a relaxing massage with plenty of parking and a nice staff this is the place.Michael P
