Had Steven out today to fix a busted pipe on the side of my house. Not only did he communicate with me on what to expect and the cost estimate before he arrived, but when he got here he knocked the job out in about 15 minutes. I called Steven around 11:30 this afternoon after just getting home with my newborn son, we had a pipe burst in the backyard, water everywhere! I had to look after my wife and my new son, and steven took care of me! He was in and out in 30 minutes! We chatted about being parents and he passed on some great advice, the work was top notch and now I have a plumber who I know and can trust!

I had a clogged toilet drain that I could not clear so looked on Google maps and found Oak Valley Plumbers in Turlock. I contacted them and was transferred to a job-site where I spoke to the owner; Steven. He was on a job and gave an estimated arrival at my home in two hours. In about an hour he called and said he was available right away if that would work for me. He arrived within ten minutes and had the drain open within just a few minutes. Steven was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. Definitely will use his service again. Thank you for making an unpleasant problem a positive experience!

We had an emergency on a Sunday morning, and he was there SO fast. He was quick and knowledgeable, would recommend again.

We just bought our house a week and half ago and found our upstairs toilet leaked into our downstairs living room. Steve responded quickly, not just on Sunday but Super Bowl Sunday to come help us address the leak. He was so nice and friendly at such a rough time. Thank you Steve for all your help.

Fantastic plumbers. Doug and his partner went above and beyond to get to the root of our plumbing problem. They even discovered an additional issue in our pipes which was causing a leak under our house and causing flooding. I called Friday morning and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. I called two other companies, one never returned my call and the other wasnt available until next Monday. Our water heater thermocoupler had worn out and Robert replaced it in about 10 minutes. They were professional/friendly, kept everything clean, and we have hot water again! I had to work and they were considerate about giving me a heads up when they would be able to arrive so I could meet them. Would recommend this company to others!

Experienced a whole house blockage due to some roots getting into the sewer line. I called Oak Valley Plumbers up first thing Sunday morning and had a response within 5 minutes. They were busy but were at my house within 2 hours. The two gentlemen ( I don’t recall their namesthat came out were very professional, proficient, and provided outstanding service. I love the service that they provide. One morning I woke up and realizing there is a leak in the bathroom and I saw that they were close to my location. So I hit them up and right away within 20 minutes they were there fixing it up. Good prices for sure and professionalism exists .

Were completely satisfied with the service we received on September 9, 2018. I called on a Sunday evening and got an appointment at my requested time, Monday afternoon. Alex, our technician, called as promised about 20 minutes before arriving and actually arrived at the beginning of the 3 hour window. He had our new water heater installed in about 90 minutes.
