Went to Grove City Outlet Oakley Vault store to return a pair of sunglasses & due to the great customer service I received, left there with a customized pair & will be returning with my wife so she can buy a pair as well!!!Great Job to a great staff!!

I was there to check out new ideas for shades(fanatic)so I looked around and saw 4 pairs that I listed for but I had bought a new pair of Holbrook tinted frames 2 wks ago so I looked,bought a new pair of trunks and a great experience

My wife and I have been customers here for several years, we have always been welcomed every time going in and informed of sales a large majority of the time. If they don’t have something in stock, they can check online and have it ordered for you. They have a nice selection from clothing to sunglasses and always have stuff in the clearance section. The reason for knocking one star.. they don’t seem to keep employees very long and so they don’t remember have an opportunity to remember your name. Great service every time though.

The girl working was very helpful in finding me replacement lenses and ear socks. Even changed them for me. Great experience and I would definitely go back.

Staff was more concerned with their personal conversations rather than helping the customer. It felt like I was intruding in their home. It was not a welcoming environment to spend money. When the place first opened years ago the service was amazing. I was the first purchase when the store opened. I would recommend staying away and buying online (more personal experience and thats sad)

The one cashier was kinda rude, but the one that actually helped me was nice and helpful.

I have been shopping at this store for over a decade and the staff there have always treated me extremely well. They are so helpful and they know what I like. They remember my last visit to the store and they will show me the new styles and colors that have been introduced since then. If I have ever had a problem or return, they handled it quickly and with no issues. On my last visit, I enjoyed shopping with April and Kalin. They are always so friendly and helpful. I just cant say enough good things about this store. I will definitely be back again and I am so looking forward to my next trip there.

Have called all day and no one has answered the phone at least 20 calls throughout the day from 9 to 6 to answer my questions before I drive an hour out to see if they have the replacement part for my glasses.

I purchased my Oakley goggles this year for skiing. They were having an awesome sale but I chose to pay a little extra for the newest pair for which I loved the style. Purchased the blue lenses. Makes for easy skiing during the days & nights. I really wanted the helmet but I had just gotten one as a gift. The helmets functions seemed to make the helmet more safe & the air vents were pretty cool.
