What could I start by saying about ocean city resort and rentals! We’ll let me begin and say that I’m a tenant and have rented the last two years from them. Not only has Stevi been able to solve any of my issues or concerns. The rent is affordable and units are clean. she has always been able to answer the phone if you need anything. Unfortunately I had a stove go bad something with wiring and a element went up and right as it was thanksgiving time the day before and she was able to get the electric people out and the appliances guy out to fix my problem “when most people would’ve said oh it the holidays let me send someone next week.” Or not get back to you. See is always someone you want in your corner.

This was hands down the best vacation rental we’ve ever experienced!!! Perfect location with an AMAZING view, the condo was so very clean, beautifully decorated, comfy couch, beds and pillows. They had the linens and towels delivered, just reassured me they were clean!Stevi, you’re the best! Thanks for the sand buckets!!! I felt like my family was royalty!!!

Customer service was outstanding!! The cleanliness was superb. I highly recommend, to utilize this for your vacation needs. I have to say again the customer service was top of the line!!! Thank you n we will be back for sure!!!

Stephanie might seem nice, but do not complain or else. After what she did to a family was very unprofessional, black mold in the bathrooms in two apartments. The deck and the pier boards are falling apart. Their is a structural problem waiting to happen. 1617 St. Louis ave ocean city md. The Owner V HOLDINGS LLC is rude, has no problem throwing you out if you speak to him about the problems. They kicked out a family that which 3 of have a disability. We overheard what the property owner said to the tenant and he was ignorant, rude and unprofessional in every way.These properties have a long history of hidden issues. It’s about money, not your health or well being. Stephanie will try to enter your residence without notifying you and use your passcode in the late hours of the night.If any tenants speak about the problems, they are evicted and threaten with a tenant holding over. In Which they will use a high price lawyer to shut you up.

It has been a week since our weekend at the Newport Bay #5 apartment and we wish we were still there. Stevie reached out to us before our check in time to make sure we had everything that we needed. She was also super responsive and always available when we needed anything. The apartment was super clean and had everything that we would have needed during our trip - even things that we wouldn’t have ever thought of bringing with us. Super quiet neighborhood, 10 minute walk away from a nearby plaza that has a few restaurants and also a 10 minute walk from the beach. I promise they didn’t pay me to say all of this but we really loved our stay and we will definitely be back!

I first worked with Stevi when she was with a different listing company. When I learned she had formed her own listing company, I decided to take a chance, which is the best rental decision Ive made in years. She took me on very late in the listing season. To my (happysurprise, we ended the year with the best revenue performance in three years, and the best profit performance in six years! I attribute the success (and the undeniable future growthto her dedicated "ownership" mentality. Literally, she took on my property as if it were her own. She personally transformed my drab, boring unit to a colorful, inviting, fun home that could easily be on an HGTV "make-over" episode! Most importantly, she did it efficiently, quickly and cost-effectively. She has a Neiman Marcus-sense of style (with a Target-budget mentality). She is in the unit before, after, and often during, each and every rental. She makes sure the renters are happy, while treating my home better than they would their own. She is the consummate professional who knows anything and everything about real estate in ocean city. She has my complete faith and trust. She is simply the best agent I have encountered in nearly 20 years of renting in the market.

Stevie has been the best rental property manager I have ever used! She went above and beyond on numerous occasions for me and my family. The house that we stayed in in Ocean Pines was also phenomenal. Very spacious and well stocked with paper products and cleaning supplies. I will not hesitate to rent this property managed by Stevie again!
