The trail is pretty awesome. It is fairly rough, as there are a lot of rocks and roots that cause the trail to become very uneven. But the view you get once you arrive at the summit is pretty awesome.

This is a great hike! The views are spectacular and the trail is awesome. Much of the hike up is shaded if you go early enough. Today there were quite a few hikers with kids and dogs. We didnt go until about 8:00 am. Steep enough to get your heart rate up and give your legs a workout.
