Excellent spot for a light meal. I had the hickory ham sandwich. It was exceptionally good. The baguette was crunchy, the ham was excellent, dressing was a great compliment. I also had coffee and a nut bar. The nut bar was delicious, not overly sweet, full of nice crunchy elements. Highly recommend Olives and Oats.

Delicious! Ordered the cinnamon roll, croissant, cold brew, and iced mocha; it did not disappoint. It was a little crowded in the store, but this was no issue as the Mary Vessel Park/garden was right outside offering a beautiful garden to sit in and admire the welcoming atmosphere.

Good, fast coffee, lots of other beverage and food options too. Convenient location, small but charming and accomodating.

The place is great, the location fantastic, and the coffee.... but the coffee.... did I say the coffee?!?!? Lol!They have some outrageously delicious chocolate chip cookies too!My only complaint is not really a complaint, they dont open until 8 am, so drove over on the last day to grab a coffee for the ride home and they were closed. No!!!!🤣Check em out!!!

This place was really nice! Cute inside, tasty coffee and great bagels with Nova for cheap! Even open in Easter morning! Also very clean cute bathrooms :no vegan/gluten free options really unfortunately.

The parking situation is a little hectic but trust me it well worth it. The cafe panini is delicious, I just wish I had orzo pasta salad to go with it.

A very lovely brunch spot with amazing sandwiches. The Olive and Oats hit the spot after a day of touring around downtown Lewes. The frozen lemonade was outstanding and hit the spot on a hot day! The sandwiches were delicious and the seating areas on the porch and inside were cozy and relaxing. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat consider checking this place out! The staff were friendly, food was fresh, and service was fast!

Another adorable coffee shop in lewes! I tried the chai latte and it was one of my absolute favorites. The breakfast is nice too - tried a crossiant and a yogurt parfait and both were great. The staff was friendly and out of all of the lewes coffee shops, the interior of this one was my favorite. You really can’t go wrong with any coffee shop in the area, but I highly recommend this one!

My experience here was not good.I got a matcha latte one morning and was charged $4, but was charged $7.50 for the same latte the next morning. Very inconsistent, matcha latte was not good.

Ham, egg and cheese bagel was egg-cellent! Soft chewy bagel with fresh ingredients. Beautiful decorum inside as well.

Delicious! Got off the ferry and wanted a quick lunch that was fresh and healthy. I got the pesto shrimp wrap, and my husband got the cafe panini. they were both well made and full of flavor, absolutely delicious. The staff was also very friendly. We will definitely be back.

I had the Azafran salad, which was delicious. The food at this restaurant is always delicious, breakfast or lunch.

Good coffee. Inside is small, so there are few tables. Mostly a takeout place.

Beautiful setting great breads. Not a lot of items on the menu. You may still be a bit hungry when you leave.

Best coffee in town. Breakfast treats are fresh and made on site. The chefs salad is the best. Very clean comfortable dining room and the restaurant is adjacent to a beautiful lewes garden area. Lunch is excellent as well.

Came down to Lewes for a few weeks with my partner, who recommended this place. I adore it. They have the best coffee for miles. I’ll often visit twice in a day, alone at first for espresso and then later for sandwiches, usually at my partner’s suggestion. Cannot recommend it enough.

Cozy place with good hot beverages. The baked oatmeal was really tasty with yogurt.

I love this little restaurant. We have eaten here for breakfast a few times and have never been disappointed. The cafe mochas are so good and with lots of chocolate.

We were surprised to see such good reviews of the coffee here, we had high hopes, but it was terrible.We ordered 2 black coffees, and they were so bad that we couldn’t drink them, so we ordered 2 cappuccinos instead, and ended up leaving, very disappointedMaybe they were just having an off day? We haven’t tried the food, it looks good from what we have seen, but it’s definitely not the place to get coffee.

I had the Black Pepper-Crusted Turkey Breast on old world cranberry bread with field greens, onion, gruyere, apple & cranberry mayo. It was amazing. I could eat that all day.

Cozy place where you order at the counter. I got the Smoked Salmon BLT and was blown away! Wonderful hidden gem. My family loved their sandwiches as well!

Google needs to narrow their search parameters. I walked within 15 feet of the place but never went in. I was at Bushi Sushi but obviously missed that. Bushi Sushi is great.

Superb ingredients in all the dishes we had. The roast pork sandwich with trimmings was delicious. The cafe is just off the main drag.

I went to olive and oats while I was on vacation. Me my mom my dad and my best friend loves it here. Olive and oats had so many healthy but deloucouse choices to choose from. This restraunt was espwcaly good for my parents because on that day they decided to become vegan and we where looking all over the place to find somewhere where they had no wait and vegan food. They found this restaurant and ordered there vegan dishes while.me and my friend got delecouse grilled cheese

A real gem. Comfortable small place with counter service. Food is outstanding and coffee is very good and I dont often say this. Sandwiches, soups but interesting takes on the usual. Salads are huge! Nice ambiance too.

Wonderful find. Creative offerings, all of which sounded great. We loved the turkey on cranberry bread so much, my wife made me go back the next day for another one. Veggies panini were also great. Go!
