Ordered a beef baguette On uber eats. They must of ran out of beef because what I got was a small amount of beef mince In a baguette with a few tiny salad leaves. If you dont have the item please take it off uber eats.

What a fantastic little cafe!We had brunch which was absolutely delicious!!!The fresh juices are just that. Great ambience. Prices are excellent. Well be back!No complaints.

I hate to give bad reviews, especially when the staff were so friendly, but Im going to in the hopes it will be used constructively to improve. I ordered an English breakfast tea (and specifically asked for milk with itand a gluten free toastie. Firstly, the tea was very weak, the pot it was in leaked everywhere and splashed onto my shoes. I wasnt given the milk I asked for and I was given a miniature teacup that is normally used for espresso instead of a proper sized tea cup. Then, they forgot about my toastie and when it finally did come out it was barely even toasted and pretty unapetising. I feel that this could be a wonderful cafe if the staff perhaps check out their competition so that they see how things are normally done and try to meet that standard. Its cute and cosy and they were also super lovely, but I cant excuse the bad food and drink, it needs to get better. I ended up leaving everything and going to another cafe at Malvern Central for the same order. The location is nowhere near as inviting but at least I know I will get what I expect when I order something!P.S. For future reference the image I included is how both of these things should actually be served - they are from the other cafe, not Single Origin.

I got a barbecue beef baguette and large cappuccino as breakfast. The beef is delicious. I dont know why but it reminds me the taste of Taiwan. The sauce used is kinda a mix of honey and pepper, a bit like cha siu sauce. It tastes superb. The cappuccino is smooth and rich.

Staff are really friendly and the coffee is tasty. Relaxed vibes here and not very noisy. Would come here over the shopping centre cafes.

Ordered from here a couple of times and never had any issues. Then on Oct 12th we ordered a few dishes via Deliveroo.Was eating their eggs Benedict and salmon and I choked on a piece of plastic. Coughed it up and it wasnt exactly small. Also pretty sharp.Called them up within the hour and simply got a "sorry about that". Not what any owner or employee should state which is "Im very sorry to hear this. We will look into how this could have happened and are glad that you are OK. Wed like to offer you a free meal next time your order from us and were sorry once again".They didnt do what was right and even if they had, this review was important to give, as any food business needs to be far more careful with food prep and how its stored. If this was my business, Id be absolutely embarrassed. Order from here with extreme caution!Perhaps after seeing this, they might actually take customer complaints far more seriously and not be so dismissive.

My Daughters arranged to send me a Fathers Day present last Sat, they said to be home between 9.00am and 10am, which we were due to covid.They ordered a coffee and a tea, and an array off cakes [approx 10] to be delivered, at a charge of $60 approx.We received 2 iced coffees and a biscuit worth about $2!My daughter rang them about 10.00 am, and was told that they would sort it out and re deliver the correct order straight away,We received it Sunday morning, yes I know that it was actually on Fathers Day, but that was not what they ordered ie delivery date, which was done for a special purpose.Would never use them again

bad value for money. not so tasty. average. had like the tiniest amount of hollandaise on my eggs benny. and $5 extra for literally 5 small pieces of chorizo. lol

our go to place whenever we are in Malvern. During lockdown these guys did amazing job in terms of packing the food. Love their simple breakfast option and my go to is always almond croissant

I can only go off what I bought, and the poke bowl was just smoked salmon from a packet on barley with 1/4 of an avocado and a sprinkling of cucumber for $16. I wont go there again.

We were extremely disappointed with our Menulog order from One Origin and their dismissive customer service. The only positive was that the delivery came on time. We ordered pancakes and waffles which came with the exact same toppings when the pancakes said it would come with blueberries and lemon curd. When I called the restaurant about the mix up, they simply said that was how it is. The pancakes and waffles came stone cold. The waffles tasted like pre packaged. The coffee was very average. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! Great coffee and delicious cakes and treats.The service was good, and the variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. The prices are reasonable. This place is perfect for us, coffee lovers!We will be back again

Everytime I was there, I was so happy especially with the food and coffee! Food portion was absolutely huge to the point I couldnt finish it sometimes (and I felt bad). Prices arent high compared to what you literally get. Worth it!

Okay.... I’ll explain the one star. We received takeaway, Uber delivered coffee from here. The takeaway cups were wrapped in polystyrene. One star. Guys... the point is, it’s pointless trash. I see no difference between this and a supermarket wrapping a single piece of fruit in packaging.I get that the thought is to keep the coffee warm... and the thought, I’m sure, is in the right place. But come on...So now onto the coffee review. 3 stars. Mediocre.Better than some. But not great.

Great location.The staff is very welcoming and cheerful, and they play some good old tunes in the cafe.We got breakfast there and nothing was left on our plate at the end.My partner got a coconut hot chocolate, a must try :)

I have been trying to find a good coffee in Melbourne for quite some time without success. Was recommended One Origin. Brilliant. Beautiful coffee, great service. Finally someone in Melbourne has learnt how to make coffee.

Beautiful latte art and friendly staff 😏 great location and cute decor. Loved the hot chocolate on a breezy morning.I also tried the Moroccan Chicken Salad which was absolutely amazing. Tender and juicy chicken with matched yoghurt and salad on the side.

Coffee was ok but not at standard I expected for Axil coffee. The Latte art was amazing! Well worth a visit!

Excellent customer service. Groovy (if thats still a thingbrick walls retro lighting and outdoor seating where your can water the dog add well. Now for the coffee review: while the single origin on today wasnt to my liking, i could still appreciate that it was a good roast well made so I will go back and try another. Because thats the awesome thing, if there are multiple roasts there are multiple reasons to return.

Great coffee,the breakfast is well priced and good fresh ingredients. Can be a bit small for some but if you like it cosy your ok. Good attentive staff.

Coffee was awesome in this place accompanied by divine brunch. The barista really knows what hes doing and it shows in the taste. Both the house blend and Uncle Joes were terrific! Highly recommended

This is my go-to cafe these days, which is saying a lot for the area and the choice that I actually have. Coffee is very good, and food very satisfactory. Nice staff and v friendly atmosphere.
