Called and spoke to a gentleman named Ken. I have a couple of ice merchandisers (freezersthat I need repaired. Ken spoke to Greg and said that the wouldnt be interested in working on them because they "werent worth their time". I explained that we were a business and happy to pay the full hourly rate that it takes to make the simple refrigerant leak repairs. Said they didnt want to do it. Im not sure why you advertise yourself as a refrigerant repair company if you arent interested in doing refrigerant repairs repairs. Baffling to me frankly.

Called for a/c not working after hours on Saturday. Was called back Sunday morning. Technician came out in an hour, fixed the a/c quickly. So happy! I have used PC Air 3 times.

Spoke with several employees in regards to buying a new a/c unit for a remodel. I even got a pre approval for financing of a new unit. I am done calling them. I have left messages for Craig to give me a job proposal. Guess they don’t need my business.

Pretty sure I got ripped off guy that came out was pretty unprofessional. $300 for an hr of work and said he added freon when I know for a fact he didnt. Good help is really hard to find now a days . Definitely would not recommend.

They are absolutely not on time, complain when they have to go out and fix the issue, they were supposed to fix in the first place. Would not recommend at all!. I hate to say it for a local company, but this when Id rather choose a franchise from sa then deal with them again.

What we thought was an a/c repair turned out to be an electrical problem. Max quickly found the problem and fixed it. He even came early. Extremely happy we chose this company. Will definitely use again.

All of there AC Techs are amazing. I recommend this company than anyone else. Good hard working men!!!

Ive been happy with their services. They are also convenient for me when I need new filters for my air conditioner. They carry the odd size I need that is hard to find. Just had one of their techs check our AC recently. They were here when I needed them and made the repair quick and friendly.

we utilized Pc air to replace a failed outdoor unit. they were prompt in showing up and getting the replacement done, but never checked anything else for proper operation. Holes in plenum and clogged drain were not checked. this is understandable, but when i contacted the owner to let him know the issues and what i expected as a customer, i was met with hostility and told to not lecture him about his job. we, unfortunately, will not be able to use them in the future. everyone makes mistakes, but how you are judged is by how you resolve them. telling the customer to find someone else and to not lecture you, is not the way we want to do business. approximatley $4,000 spent with them.
