Horrible company.

Bought the 2022 26ft bunkhouse model with no slide out July 10th of 2022. Today is August 12th,less than one month and first camping trip......no caulking around tub or shower, moulding coming off, Velcro on cushions ripping off, missing nails everywhere and the shelf above the bed fell down. Terrible quality and serious lack of skill/craftsmanship. I know people read these and think its just rude people posting these complaints but I would personally look into the RV you buy that open range/highland ridge makes before you buy it. It was a terrible purchase on my part and I wouldnt want someone else making a bad decision when you can spend a little more and get something better. Too bad it turned out so bad, wish I could take it back.

We bought a brand new Fifth Wheel in 2020. Screws were put into one slide that were too long. It ripped our vinyl floor and the manufacturer only repaired it and it does not look good. Our shade is broken, the door above the chair does not stay open. The floor plan and esthetic of the rig is nice but the craftsmanship is awful. The warranty work has not been completed. We have bought many trailers and will purchase one more in our retirement and it won’t be a Jayco product. We called the manufacturer in 2021 regarding the floor and we were told we could not talk to the manufacturer only Blue Dog where we purchased the fifth wheel and now Blue Dog is saying we cannot talk their warranty person. We have no options other than to leave a negative review and suggest to our camping group to look for a different product.

2021 Open Range, we have had it for 7 months and it is cracking from the front slides moving to the front cap. Jayco is going to take it to Indiana and try to fix it. Just what we wanted a patched up new fifth wheel. Don’t expect the dealership to be an advocate for you either, they sit on their hands and hope the issue fixes itself. Have asked for jayco to buy it back but why would they want a fifth wheel with 2 cracks in it. Poor customer service and even worse quality.

If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would.Last October king bed slide broke down. Paid $800 for repairman to fix. This year 3 slides broke down all at once. The kitchen motor for the slide sounds like it might be going bad soon. Hubby will try to fix and replace the gear boxes himself. This is a 2017 model. Should not be breaking down like this. Very poor quality. Shame on you Highland Ridge!!

2018 Open Range. Barely used. Maybe 15 times TOTAL.Slide out making horrendous noise. RV dealer put on lift - certain - manufacturer defect floor/slide out BIG safety issue as well as defective. OPEN Range DENIED auto fix and closed the case. Open range is pretty but RUN on quality and obvious them not standing behind their products. $45k+ camper and O SUPPORT

Poor workmanship. 2017 model open range 3x 43 looks pretty but stays at shop as much if not more than at home. Always breaking now needs new floor in slides never again will I buy one

Just bought a New Open range trailer. The cosmetic of the trailer looks great. Quality of craftsmanship isnt there. I have seen sixth graders create a better quality of work. From top to bottom seems they lacked the ability to tighten screws or wire anything properly. Save your money or give it to your local church. I have a money pit on wheels.

Very clean, high quality RV, affordable and the team there is very friendly and respectful

Im a delivery driver and from that aspect, this is a great place to deliver to. I hardly ever have to wait for any length of time to get unloaded. Thanks guys and gal.

Finally did the factory tour. I know what the under belly looks like now and how its all sealed together. Our rep had only been there less than a month so he ask the owner to guide the tour great to ask questions and get answers from the guy who started the company.

Great, our dealership, which is BT Thomas in Wentzville Missouri, hav been treating us like royalty since our purchase of the 2017 297RLS 5th wheel. We have put approx 10,000 miles on it since May 2016, and no problems. Fantastic rig. I pull it with my Ford F-150 3.5 6 cyl.This our third RV and our best. Thanks Highland Ridge and BT Thomas.

We have been very happy with our 2016 Mesa Ridge MR310BHS Travel trailer. We bought it new in April of 2015, and have used it to campground host for 4 months at a time for 2 years now. Along with our regular camping trips. we have pulled it over 5000 miles so far. The few problems have been minor trim strips that have popped loose, and have been covered under the warranty.
