Ant and Ian have been exceptional. The customer service is like no other. Id only come back to opposite lock purely for the customer service I have received and the craftsmen ship was second to none.

Travelling around far NQ and the guys fitted me in for recovery points on my car despite it being busy. Very friendly staff and helpful, highly recommend them!

Hopeless, no product knowledge. Hey guys I wanted to spend a couple of k on front runner roof rack plus some accessories for it. You told me that frontrunner dont make roof racks ??? Really!

Id like to thank Josh and his team for getting us back on the road in such short notice, These guys are busy as but did there utmost best to get us back on the road, By having our long range fuel tank repaired on the Ford Everest as this tank was leaking about 3 litres every 10 hrs and was an environmental hazzard. Josh thank you to you and your crew and the fabricator who repaired our vehicle to get us back on the road so that we could keep on surveying the roads. Very knowledgeable with products

Opposite lock Cairns really looked after us repairing a canopy central locking issue that had occurred. Fitting us in even though they were very busy.I would recommend Josh and the team to anyone.

Good honest advice without trying to sell something

Very bad experience with bullbar installation,I had a steel bullbar fitted to my brand new Ford ranger px3 xls with the parktronic sensors in the front plastic ford bar, which I made sure was established before the OL dealer ordered the bullbar up and I had to pay the full bullbar price of $1,399 as the deposit.On picking up my vehicle after the installation the vehicle had the older bullbar on it without the parktronic sensor holes in it, when the correct bullbar was available to them with the manufactured holes already in to accommodate the parktronic sensors. I was then informed that the fitter had drilled the holes with a hole saw in the new bullbar to accommodate the parktronic sensors. The holes are still unpainted bare steel. The sensors were moving around freely instead of being in the correct and fixed positions.i have since temporarily fixed this mounting problem using rubber O’rings.Now the original ford plastic bar was cut by the fitter who obviously did not use the supplied template and now the bar looks like it’s been attacked by a shark.The original ford plastic bar behind the new bullbar does not fit anywhere near where it should and has effectively rendered it ugly and has destroyed it.... downright below poor quality workmanship on the installNow 2nd problem is the right hand front wheel, Alloy mag was damaged ( two good scratches through the paint and into the Alloy wheel itself which was done when the fitter removed the front wheels to fit bullbar and cut plastic inner guards to fit. 2 weeks later I have got my wheel back and painted through OL dealer.I want to know, seriously who who does something as stupid as modifying a new bullbar by drilling 30mm odd holes in it, and is it even Legal..? However it’s not the done thing.I have constantly had to keep chasing them with phone calls and calling into the OL store to keep pushing for some kind of progress.I am more than fair to do business with and will always give a good review when good service or work has been done for me and have only given one star here because you have to give at least one star to be able to review this dealer.I’m still very unhappy and more than angry with this experience especially considering it my brand new Ford Ranger.Terry Tomasich.

Excellent customer experience, I had an old winch on my 4WD that had packed it in. These guys helped me with same day supply & install of a new winch. Very impressed, considering Id just driven 3,000km from Sydney, heading towards Cape York. There have a full shop of 4WD accessories ready to go. Thanks again👍
