Orange West Realty in Pike County

Definitely need more realtors working in the Port Jervis, NY office, because that one realtor at the front desk Erin, she is either overwhelmed with clients, or just plain unprofessional. My husband was working with the realtor and had to call her back every single time we saw a rental to see if we got it, because she would never call us and get back to us. We have the income, and have the credit still no apartment. I feel like she was purposely not willing to assist my family in finding an apartment. I would hope that it wasn’t based on me being a minority. Unfortunately, I felt like Erin was very selective of who she wants to assist in getting them into a rental or a home. I was ignored and was not taken care of as a customer in a professional and timely manner, regretfully. Needs better customer service, and more diversity.

He didnt think we were able to buy the place little did he know I got mad money

I realized I never wrote a review for this awesome company 2 years ago. I had been with another realtor who I could NEVER get a hold of. My house was on the market for 2 months and people were calling me asking how to get in touch with my realtor.I then canceled him and went with Orange West Realty. They sold my house in a WEEK!!!!!!! They went above and beyond and were very honest with me about my house and what to do to get it sold. They were personable, friendly, kind, fun and not cut throat and nasty like most realtors. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!

Terrible service, no one gave a straight answer, a lot of fun around. Also Erin is very rude

This company deserves more than 5 stars.Before choosing a real estate agent, my husbandAnd I did lots of research and orange west realty has definitely been the best choice. The time and effort they put into their clients, how they promote their listings, returning calls in a timely fashion and not having to chase them down like we did other agents, overall their presence was strong, and wecwe tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We have no regrets. Thank you Paul and Erin for finding my family and I our forever home❤️highly recommended!!!!

I was looking for a small space to put some equipment of mine and they were a tremendous help. Orange west realty is definitely a company I recommend for any of your real estate needs. While I was in the office I witnessed them with another client that I believe was listing a home and also looking for one to purchase, they literally did everything in their power to make sure she met her deadline. They work hard, they are very professional, on point and helpful as ever. Above all things, you can tell that they genuinely care about their clients and they arent just in it for their money. Best realtors Ive ever dealt with hands down. Go orange west!!!!!!!

Orange west realty is the worst. He does shady things to makes sales. He has killed to seperate deals on houses I made offers on! Not professional at all. Owner accepted and the. He intervened and boom they accepte another offer. If I could attach the emails I would so you could see for yourself. I will not even look at a house that is listed with OrangeWent ever. I’m not that desperate for a house. Read all reviews people how is he still in business.

Orange west realty deserves 100 stars! From the moment I stepped into that office i felt like everything was just okay. Paul literally did everything in his power to make sure my daughter and I had a roof over our heads. At orange west realty they go above and beyond for anyone! From the minute you open the door and see a beautiful smiling face (erinand Paul welcoming you with open arms. They truly are amazing!

I called about a house for sale and was told that it was sold a while ago. They didnt even want to talk to me about other homes. Respectfully dont do business with these jerks.

I wish I could give him less then one star.My husband and I were looking for a house last year. This realitor kept pushing us to one house and dismissing all the houses we wanted to look at. He told us the house we were favoring was “a dump” and not even worth our time to look at it.We ended up calling to make an offer on the house he was pushing us to buy because it was a good deal. His secretary took a message and we NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. We called three times and sent a few text messages but he didn’t respond. Then we looked up the house on a website called Family Watchdog and found out it was surrounded by sex offenders!We went with a Rand Reality who took us in the house we wanted to see and it was in fantastic shape! The sellers were fantastic! We talked them down on the price, moved in 45 days later, and even got it almost fully furnished!!!The reason I’m writing a review now after all this time is because I found out a friend of ours had a similar fiasco with this same realitor.
