O'Reilly Auto Parts in Laclede County

They checked and reset my cars engine light. I wasnt thinking and put the low-grade fuel in it instead of the mid-grade. I have an older car with 160k miles. It doesnt like the low-grade anymore.

Very helpful. The battery test showed I didnt need a battery - yet.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I needed a new battery for my lawn tractor. Looked on their website, figured out which one I wanted. Before he went and got the new battery for me he said lets test yours to be sure it needs to be replaced. Sure enough it was on its last leg.I do appreciate that he tested it though.

Actually was not there but I have used it many times before. I went to cornerstone pizza an sub shop for my spaghetti.

I go to parts store two or three times for one part but OReillys I usually only go once

Not very happy with the service. The person behind the counter was trying to give me grease inserts instead of break bleeders. There is alot of difference between them.

Great professional service with a smile. Workers were polite and was very helpful in assisting with my needs. He took the time to explain how to make my job easier. The place was clean and stocked. A nice aroma in the air. Ever need parts give these guys a try and you wont regret it!

They have the parts everyone is looking for. But the prices arent the best on somethings. But the parts are good. The workers are good and helpful..but for oil and filters. Go to walmart.prices are slot cheeper for the same brand.

Nice people good service not bad on prices

We do not recommend this OReilly store. Seems like a good portion of the staff is rude, and seems like helping is the last thing theyd like to do. On the other hand, theres still plenty of staff there that are helpful. If youre looking to go to an OReilly store, go to the one near Walmart. Much much better experience

I would like to say Thank You to the men who work in this store. I was stranded over the weekend with three children. Not only did they provide me with everything I needed for my vehicle to become drivable again they also watched over my vehicle while it sat on their lot for two days. I live two and a half hours away. I am so grateful to have been able to meet every last one of them. God bless you all 🥰

Stop here to get some transmission fluid for my PT Cruiser cuz I was driving to Dallas TexasThere was a gentleman there that helped me put the transmission fluid in and gave me some pointers on how to keep it maintenance rightDefinitely would choose OReillys Auto parts as far as knowledge and know how on autos and anything motor related

Fantastic service and staff. My family was traveling and the car died completely. After a jump we made it to OReilly to test the battery and alternator. Manager determined the battery was bad. I had explained we just bought a battery 2 months ago, the manager asked where. He refused to sell me a battery because mine was under warranty at auto zone. He directed me down the street to AutoZone to get my battery replaced for free. Fantastic honesty and great service.

Had battery problems and it turned out the battery was 5 years old, so it was replacement time. Yes they are expensive nowadays and I didnt like having to spend that much, but it beats being stranded on the side of the road for hours waiting for help.The guy installed it in no time, and I was back on my way.

They messed up on ordering a part for me, that they didnt carry in stock. But the young man (Coreyfound me a universal part and charged me the price I was quoted. That guy saved the day and got a FOREVER customer

I like this store because they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff unlike the other stores.

They were very helpful I had a seatbelt that is locked up with a child caught in it and I was able to use a star bit which allows me to take the seat belt off giving it enough slap that it would unlock everybody in the store was very helpful I highly recommend OReillys. For some reason when I call the store about parts I have no problems. But when I show up to pick up the same parts they cant find them or have more questions about the car that I dont have answers to. Took forever.

They are busy but will make sure you get everything you need and answer any questions you may have.

i live in eldridge and have picked up and ordered many parts. they have helpful staff. always have what i need and if they dont they have it there that day or the next. im waiting for them to open right now to pick up 2 more things. the prices and the people are much better then autozone. i will forsure keep coming back. -Danny Gibbs
