I was having trouble with my car. The guy at OReillys checked it with their computer and then showed me the cheapest and safest way to fix my car.

Wouldnt help my son when he went in one evening. The two employees were too busy chatting with a buddy. My son is 16, already owns his own car and was a potential new customer. You blew it.

Sold us a bad part, but they did make it right. Just make sure the part is good before you leave to avoid the hassel.

Slow service..the guy was on the phone for atleast 10 mins while me and another person were waiting for service

I Love the staff is willing to answer questions and help customers find the right solution. They are honest and easy to work with making car issues a little less stressful. The prices are in line with other auto stores however their level of customer service at this particular location makes it our go to auto store.
