Nigel & Chris were of great help on my travels to Quartzite AZ

A couple of nights ago my wife needed to get her alternator on our F350 tested and Dustin was a tremendous help. Ended up being one of the batteries tested bad. The battery was still under warranty and Dustin got it replaced and even installed the new battery. Great customer service! Will definitely recommend Benson OReillys for all of your auto parts needs.

Yes it does have a lot of parts and selection of other items, HOWEVER, the parts that their system seems as compatible is very flawed.Last thinking want when tearing apart my vehicle is to find myself stranded because I was given the incorrect part

While in the store majority of the employees were in the back office talking and joking. They left one hard working employee to handle a building line of customers. A female, who does not work there but is related to someone who deos, came in walked to the back office, started loudly cursing and dropping f bombs. It was weird and unprofessional. The one hard working employee had to ask the rest for their help.

Great auto parts store that when out of their way to help me... I got a badly needed part, the same day, and they actually drove to Tuscon to pick it up for me from another store ...Best Customer Service ever!

I enjoy coming here. Veteran discount, theyve never given me misinformation and when the system had some misinformation we all enjoyed a good hearty laugh about it. Good spot to get maintenance materials for your vehicle(s).

OReillys its just an interesting place sometimes the people know what they are doing other times they dont need more information for them to find what we need but we go there to help get our stuff

I would like to thank this store and especially Chris. He was very helpful when was in there for replacement headlight. He helped me find the correct bulb and assisted with installation. I was very pleased with the help!

With an incomplete knowledge of my car they were able to find the right wipers for it. Also as the lady helping me replace the wipers had long nails, and Im quite impressed with her dexterity.

Ive stopped here frequently and have been slightly disappointed with their selection of parts. I drive a VERY popular and common Toyota vehicle, yet frequently my type oil filters and cabin filters, and rotors are not stocked here and have to be ordered. People are friendly and helpful and theyll do what they can to help you. Only giving 3 stars since there is usually a line and not able to keep common parts on their shelf.

Great store David one of the employees is always helpfull and really knows his stuff. I go here everytime i need a part cause i do my own labor. Also they price match so if you find a better price talk to them!

Nice employees but they dont know what they are doing. I will always get the wrong part, come back in and return them and then wait another week for the right parts.

Customer service sucks, bought sending unit for gas tank, was told lifetime warranty, I have been restoring this car and has never left property, discovered gas leak and it was the new $60.00 sending unit, went back to store where I bought it and was told it only had one year warranty on it. I have bought a lot of parts from this store and now I wonder how many " lifetime warranty " parts I bought were lied about to make the sale. Buyer beware!

Service was excellent!!! I gave it a lower star rating due only to the fact I had to pass the front door filled with heavy ciggerete smoke. Employees were outside smoking as I pulled into the parking lot. I am chemical sensitive to the toxic ingredients of ciggerates. Oddly enough, organic ciggerates do not effect me. It made my time inside the store difficult. But the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasent. Just they were heavy with smoke, my sinuses shut down and soon a headache manifests itself.My short time there had a day long effect and the product I bought lingered for a couple of days with smoke. Will I return? Probably not. They do have a good selection and very helpful employees! Suzanne W.

Very clean location with friendly associates. Was given the wrong part the first time I came in and had to return, but was apologized to and told the part was in the wrong spot. Whichever was the truth, I know mistakes happen and was given the right part the second time and I am satisfied.

Management is horrible. Dont expect any good help here. Ive been here 3x times where multiple employees, like 3, were on break out front and only 1 person inside to help all 5 customers. The girls are very friendly but noone really knows anything about parts muchless about how to fix vehicles. If your lucky someone might be able to run a scanner or che k your battery. They do have cheap parts so you will be back so pick a good warranty or stick with federalmogul parts. And open the boxes first, 2x i opened the box before i left and found used parts like a core or something someone tried first

Unlike others, they seem to get the right part everytime. Service is excellent and they carry a good stock. So far all parts ordered have been received on time. I highly recommend them!

We received immediate and courteous service. Our concerns were dealt with a professional staff member coming out directly to our vehicle and testing an issue. Very pleased with their service. The shop is immaculate and stocked full.

This auto parts store is very knowledgeable about parts, etc. They are also the nicest & friendliest group of workers you will ever meet. Gets my vote, trade exclusively with them.

On a road trip from Texas to Washington State my 70 year old dad broke down on I10 about 1 mile west of exit 304. He walked to the closest exit where he found a gas station that gave him a phone book. He called this store and spoke with Darthie. Not only did they have the part he needed in stock and delivered it to him but Stanley gave my dad a ride back to his broken down vehicle. When I called the store to thank them and confirm information for this review Darthie said "Youre very welcome. Thats what we are here for." As if it was no big deal. Just part of the day. It was a very big deal to me, my dad and everyone that loves him.
