I like getting auto body supplies here, because they have a good selection of it compared to AutoZone, and the products are good.

I think the OReillys has it figured out. My experience from store to store is consistent and always good.

He did help me with what I needed, but was not friendly at all.

Just left this location with a desperately needed new battery installed. Celeste was amazing! She was so patient while explaining things to me, and showed me that my old battery wasnt secured in properly. Less than $4 in parts later, and she had it fixed. It wasnt very easy to take out the old one either due to some corrosion and old parts, but again, she was so patient and kept working at it until it was done. I really appreciate service like Celeste provided. It is hard to find that these days. Thank you!

Always willing to help, if its an older gentleman who knows trucks. He will help you.

The assistant manager was very helpful in checking my battery to see if that was my car issue & it was. She helped me get a new battery purchased & installed it very quickly.

Today our oil change light came on and we stopped at O’Reilly in Ogden. Shawn was super helpful!!! He helped us get the right oil for our car and even went as far as too make sure we didn’t put too much in, checked the oil level, and filled up our oil when he accessed that it was low! This is probably one of your worst locations with regards to customer service. OReilly has been very helpful to me in the past but this is the last time I will ever visit the Washington Blvd location. Never have I been treated with such disrespect on multiple occasions.

Got the right part, in stock. Autozone stocks the cheaper 2 wheel drive version but not the 4wd super duty parts. Good on you for having the parts available for the truck everyone is actually driving in the local area!

Told to come pick up rotors at 2pm and they hadnt even started on them. I drop them off the night before. No call, no text just let me drive down and waste my time. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. I love OReillys but I will never use Ogden Washington location.Chris

I wish I could give an even lower review thee worst customer service I have ever experienced! A young lady with a shorter hair cut literally is so rude and no work ethic the older man with glasses also super rude. I do not understand why people are like that at there jobs that they chose to go to and have. Like be nicer.

Steven is the consummate professional. He is both friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what our problem was and then helped us solve it. Then he got us some tools and came out and helped us fix the issue. His customer service is impeccable. We were about to put the wrong headlight in and he went in and exchanged it for the correct one. Exceptional store with exceptional employees.

I really like this place. on two seperate occasions the man came out to my car and put my part in. Im not sure if it is at a pity or what because I am no mechanic but because I am no mechanic but they sure save me that night is raining and I need some wiper bubble no I need some wiper blades and they take care of me and the other time they and the other time they put a headlight in for me I had no tools in it I had no tools or anything so I really like these guys theyre no good I really like these guys theyre gonna go they extra mile which we all need now which we all need now I know so yeah I recommend this place for sure so yeah Id recommend this place for sure

They answered all of my questions, even when I made no sense. I walked out of there feeling better about my vehicle, and its issues. They wouldnt sell me a product just to make money.The cashier actually listened.

The employees are awesome, pleasent and very helpful. One example: I needed windshield wipers for my van they helped me find them, made sure they were the right ones for my van. This employee went the extra mile, after they were paid for this employee went out and changed them for me. BLESS HIS HEART!!!

Stood in line for 20 minutes trying to buy exhaust clamps. By the time I gave up and walked out empty handed, 7 other people where standing in line behind me. Every single Checker is the same. Poor service and lack of basic knowledge. If they have what you need, good luck trying to pay for it.

The help here is great. They refereed us to a better, top quality oil and filter that was on sale and cheaper than the overseas brand.

Helpful and had the parts I need. I ended up not needing the parts I purchased and was able to return parts with no hassle. I will be doing my repair soon, but since I have the time, I will be ordering my parts from another online retailer for 1/3 the cost.

I went in this morning looking for a spark plug. Id looked at two other stores in the valley and theyd searched their computers and couldnt find any more. The app showed that they had ONE. I went in and the lady that helped me spent 10 or 15 minutes searching from place to place, and never found it. She did however find one that would work, and let me know that if it did not, I could come back and return it. She also ordered the one that I needed and let me know that it would be in in a day or two. Great service!

I went here in a recent Sunday morning to purchase a few items for a project. I really did not receive help from the employees as they were too busy conversing about being pulled over by the police and being unfairly ticketed. I found everything I was looking for quickly. Once arriving at the checkout counter, the employees were friendly.

I came in on March 30th looking to have a couple of rotors turned. I had called ahead to see how much it would cost and how long it would take, I was told an hour and 10 minutes for both of them. It took them over 2 and a half hours to do just one of the rotors, and I was given the excuse that they were busy at 8pm on a Monday night. No phone call was given, not even a sorry when I went to pick up the one completed rotor. I will not be returning here, horrible customer service and a complete waste of time.

Pricing from Auto parts store to tje next usually dont differ that much. But my customer experience today at OReilly was exception. Knowledgeable and very friendly.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! Purchased a battery and asked for help installing it. Only customer in the store with multiple employees and they said they dont have enough employees staffed to help... they were sitting behind the desk eating food. Save your time and money and go next door to Auto Zone!

I bought 360.00 in brake supplies online and they said if I didnt need some of it to just return them to the store.Well I did and was treated so very bad by the Asst. Manager Israel ..Acted like I was a burden to him ..Auto zone is right next door and mabey I should do business there...If you dont have customer service you might as well close your store ....Thanks for nothing...

Really easy to locate same friendly great service for a pair of wiper blades took 15 minutes to get through checking out. Price on the wiper blades was very economical!

Awesome staff they always get me what I need at a reasonable price. They try really hard to go the extra mile every time I go in. They know me by name and they have a good reward points program that saves me money all the time. If they dont have it in the store they will get it for you

This is a great store. Very friendly staff. They are always willing to help. It is great that they help put the battery in my car or wi shield wipers. My son likes to ask a lot of questions and they are always willing to answer. I love how knowledgable they are.

So rude and not helpful. I saw how they were rude to a lady telling her to leave and dont come back only because she wanted to do a price match. It is better to go to AutoZone where they know what they are doing and provide the best customer service and it is next door.

Only wiper blade the right size was $20, said free install. Girl was clearly not interested in installing it for me, then said she couldnt so she got someone else who couldnt. Went next door to Auto Zone, paid $9 for wiper blade they offered to install it for me, I was in and out in 5 minutes and saved $11. Lesson learned.

Stopped in for a shifter knob. The manager, Israel, took the time to come out and help me change the wipers. And they hadnt even been bought there. Love going to this shop, always get the help I need!

Generally they are a good franchise but this location is not the best. If you call prepare to wait 7 minutes or more. Ive called this place on 3 separate occasions with the same results. They say they price match but they only match Walmart so dont waste your time.

I love OReilly! For a discount parts store, these guys are honest and knowledgable. I love that they track all of your receipts with your phone number. I bought an Optima Red Top car battery from them 15 months ago. Optimas have a 36 month warranty. These guys were able to look up my receipt and swapped out the battery within a few minutes.

I love OReilly, their customer service is always the best. You can by a windshield wiper or light, and if you are not sure how to install it, they always seem willing to help you, or explain how. They are always offering you there help. I love this store!

I have had nothing but good to say about the people at this store. They have all ways went out of there way to help me with my problems, with my Vehicle. I will all ways be grateful to Daniele and her Co workers for how much they have helped me to understand vehicles.
