My dad and I just left this store, and one of the employees was a mid-20 aged guy with darker hair and a beard, who heard me say I was a customer service specialist at Best Buy, and very rudely he butted in and said thats where I really jacked up like I was stupid. I did not appreciate that at all, and neither did my dad.

Great help for the most part, (you have to be careful with one of the new guys, but hes learning). . the managers and the people who have been there a while know there stuff and go out of their way to help as much as they can.

I went in to find two guys sitting near the front talking. They were clueless and had no business running a auto parts store. I asked for electric fuel pumps. Not only were they clueless they were nasty due to the fact that they didnt know what I was taking about. They literally brought out mechanical pumps from the back when i asked to see what they had in stock. I had to laugh which passed them off more. So I walked around the counter towards the back wall and "behold" they had a pump on the wall. I asked if they knew they specs on it and if it would work on a postal Jeep with a 4. You would have thought I aked what was for dinner on Mars. At that point I left.

Always have stuff I need when working on my cars.

Employees need a little more training on being pleasant and having good eye contact when a customer is in front of them. They seem very defensive.

The Manager cant even order a part right. He lied about ordering it. I called the next day after he said it would be there. I was told I would have to pay for the part up front first before they could order it. 4 days wasted.

I needed a lawn and garden battery for my riding mower. OReilly had the battery in stock. I took it home, installed it and mowed the yard without a problem. If you need a battery for your car, mower, motorcycle or motorhome OReilly is the place to go!

This site, like others is clean and inviting. The lady that helped me was friendly and very helpful. Easily accessible on Ridge Rd and Goliad in Rockwall. Prices are competitive.

The system told the clerk to give me a part that did not fit my car. After I came back to return it and get one that does fit, the clerk told me that the part they sold me was the only part they had and if I wanted another one Id need to pay up front for them to order one from another vendor.Part in question: Acura CL 3.0L v6 power steering pump.

Sunday night at about 7:30PM, the battery in my truck all of a sudden wasnt working. I was able to get jumped but with it being nearly 8PM on a Sunday, NOWHERE in town was open. Luckily, Anthony answered the phone and agreed to stay open a couple of minutes late so I could get a new battery. I did not have tools with me to change it out so he went a step above and helped me install it as well. HUGE props to Anthony on bailing me out of what couldve been a relentless headache of a situation!

Just came in to see if they had a license plate bracket for my SUV. Joe was behind the counter and took over. Finding the part I needed and replacing it for me! Customer service was above and beyond. Thank you Joe! Much appreciated!

I called to get rack and pinion warranty. Called and spoke with “ray”, he tells me I’m not on the system, so I called Rowlett store and they were able to search Back enough to find purchase date. Idiot “ray” is to lazy to do his job. Another thing is that he probably was trying to get me to buy another $250.00 part so he could get commission.

Great staff. Called ahead to see if they had what I needed. Arrived spoke to gentleman, but what I had differed, he still was able to accomodate my need on the fly, great place when your in a pinch.

I stopped in to Oriley in Royse City and I was not welcome when I walked in. The only person up front was Monica she the most rudest person in the store, she didnt say hi. She just stayed on her phone like if I was bouthing her that I walking in. I well never go back to the Orleys in Royse City she has no customer service skills at all.

Just left the store after a great experience. Anthony went out of his way to help me with a battery core problem i was having. Honestly, every time ive come here they have been great to work with.

They seem to have a good selection of parts and most of the time a good range of quality options. Friendly helpful staff.

The store is very clean and well laid out along with very helpful staff that are knowledgeable on most of the basic things for cars and trucks. They seem to be more friendlier than going over to auto zone where are you have a bunch of grumpy old men

I dont know if its just that on again off again Plano attitude but this store makes the friendly cut but barely. I would try a different store next time. And I was a bit surprised when I asked for a parking right bulb too d him my car info he said they would need to see the actual bulb. What if I didnt have one. Found that odd .

Went to OReillys in Mesquite they gave me the wrong size battery for my vehicle. Had to go to another store to exchange it.

I frequently go to this location. My most recent trip was to score a bulb for a headlight. The gentleman took the time out of his day to walk over to the isle where I had selected the wrong bulb and made sure I purchased the right one. Absolutely excellent customer service experience. You dont really expect that type of attention to detail anymore from people. Everytime I go in, the customer service is on point. Parking lot is debris-free and I never see trash or tons of oil on the ground. The store, itself, is always clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this Rockwall location for all your automotive needs.

Worst experience ever. The older fellow behind the counter tried lecturing me on not driving my vehicle and thats why their battery went dead within a month...pissed me off. Im 50yrs old and understand vehicles. My truck is older and had no problems. OReilly sells old recharged batteries...period. I left and took my business to autozone.

I had a great experience. I walked in and was greeted with great customer service. I worked with a guy name Anthony. They didnt have what I wanted in stock so he ordered it. Anthony said he could have it there the same day by noon. Fantastic highly recommended. Good job OReilly Auto Parts.

I call plans they really help me find the part I was looking for and a great price. They know their cars and very nice. This is now my go to spot for car part. Great job!

They were more interested in running me out right before closing rather than help me find something and make a sale. Ill take my business elsewhere they are glad to help and stay a few minutes late to make a sale.

Staff was knowledgeable and very courteous. The store was well stocked and clean. I drive out of my way to talk to these guys instead of the Royse City Advanced.

Took more than 20 minutes on hold, while supposedly attending other customers, and had a bad tone, its not my fault you dont like your job, to who was on the phone attending me. Hopefully they make another oreillys
