Tommy was super helpful with diagnosing my engine problem, helping me find the part I needed, and walking me through fixing my car.
Fast and easy.
Im on a streak, the last several times I visited oreillys, they had what I wanted.
Didnt the part in stock. Online showed it in stock, even the computer in the store but no one could locate it.
Clean organized store with with staff.
The guy I talked to on the phone was pleasant to talk to. He fairly informant, but their parts are pretty costly! I can remember a time when they were cheaper than their competitors.
Glad there is a auto parts store in Enon
Never answers phone. Used oil dump tank always full. Happened multiple times. How about call for a drain when it gets close instead of waiting to inconvenience customers? Will now avoid shopping here for my car supplies. Autozone from now on.
Nice place; people are helpful.
Great gentleman in there really help me out got me my brake pads I needed quickly and efficiently I really did like my experience here
The part that I bought from them was perfect.... no problems installing it whatsoever.... worked flawlessly
Great service the employees actually know some things about automobiles.
Nice people. Didnt have what I was looking for.
We visit the Enon location (oftendue to convenience otherwise I wouldnt shop here because some of the employees make you feel like you are wasting their time. Our last visit the counter man was SUPER helpful and friendly and didnt make me feel like Im a dumb girl.
This is my go-to place now for parts I used to go to AutoZone in advance but OReilly seems to have everything I need and online as much easier than advanced and people here are excellent and well-managed
Help me out all the time. Great friendly workers
Parts for cash, just what you expected if your looking at reviews of auto-parts stores...
Swift and courteous, they had the part O needed.
Clerks about as helpful as a bag of hair
The big jason guy in there helped me get my car up and running after an issue with my car. Get that guy a raise. Ida been there till monday if not for him.
You sold me the wrong world filter. Then you closed one hour early and left mark Karr stranded without work
Very helpful and polite even helped me by carrying my purchase to the car wasnt a light load.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff
Got my tire under 20min
They are great they amount always have what I need
Great service, and fast!
Good part great service
Their employee with the long dark hair, Curtis (I think he said his name was), was very friendly, helpful and patient explaining the differences in the part I needed. I will definitely return in the future for my auto part needs.
Staff are always super helpful. Im not the most automotive friendly person. The first time I came here the worker offered to replace my headlight for me after it went out. The second time, I asked them and they fiddled with it before realizing that my other headlight wasnt out, just loose. They tightened it, got it working, and then refunded the items Id bought with ease. Really appreciate how helpful and customer friendly the workers are.
Rental tools usually wornout. Now receipt says 48 hour limit. Or your stuck paying new price for old worn out tool. But i have gone over that timeframe and not had problem returning.
Clean well organized store. Helpful staff. Prices a little higher than other places. Compare prices versus ease of location sometimes better to travel few more miles and save a lot.
Easy ordering for trailer hitch. Good deal with mail in rebate.
Seems to have a good selection
First timeHave been there, they was training new hire they seem less then enthusiastic.
They use to be competitive with prices. I think they are high priced now. Almost $50 for wiper blades, went to Auto Zone and spent about $36.
The guys here tonight had no idea what the hell they were doing. They had us go into the back to search for our own parts while they were cracking jokes as i was obviously extremely frustrated about having a hard time and getting no help. Would give zero stars if i could, i will never go back to this location and most likely not another OReillys ever. Autozone isnt great, but its 100 times better than what we experienced tonight
Its nice to have an auto parts store close to home. Its much nicer than running into the city to get supplies. The prices are higher than WM stores but saving time and gas it works out close enough.Any auto part you need is available or can be ordered in a day. They have a good warranty on auto parts. There is a nice variety of supplies so you can choose between brands. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store offer several free services such as checking wiper blades, testing electrical systems, installing a battery you purchased and checking those aggravating check engine lights. You also can drop off used oil for recycling for free.
First visit went very well. Greeted quickly. Reasonable wait. I needed to know if my battery was any good after sitting for a year. They let me leave it overnight to come back when it was convenient for me! Free check!
Always get good prices on what I need for my vehical
Their customer service is excellent and the staff there is amazing
Only two people working & quite a few people in store. Had to wait quite a while to get wipers put on.
Visited the one in Enon. They always seem helpful. We were there to get de-icer window washing fluid. When we went to pay, the guy told us they also had just the regular winter de-icer (not the "all season de-icer" wed had to chosebehind the counter - which is what we had wanted in the first place, but couldnt find. Kudos to that employee!
They had the part that I needed but they couldnt answer any of my questions on the spark plug gap or what Gap my car should take for a spark plug. When asked if they could look it up on their computer they act like I didnt know what I was talking about AutoZone never has this problem if you have a question they can look it up and find specs etcetera for what you need I Wont Go Back
Friendly and helpful employees, and most of the time can have even odd parts available same day.
Customer service is very good.
Had what I needed and staff was very helpful!
Great service and had what I needed!
Good selection of parts in stock
New store, great location, military discount, friendly staff.
Well what started off by saying that I went into the store today February 15, 2018. I know this is a new store however your employees should at least know how to do a set of brakes. I went in and asked for a specific part number as I always price parts before doing a job. The bigger fella behind the counter asked if I wanted front breaks for the driver or passenger side???? Im not the brightest crayon in the box however I do know how to do a set of brakes. I have never in my life been able to buy a certain wheel of breaks. The guy refuse to look up the part number insisted on me giving him all of my vehicle information. I went in for a set of $32 front brakes. The guy goes back and pulled a $77 premium chromatic break off the shelf. When I asked him where the $32 brakes are he stated we dont have any. I stated that it said online that you did. I remember the exact reason I dont shop here anymore. I believe that if you work at a part store you should at least know how to change the set of brakes at the very least. I then went to AutoZone over 6 miles away to pick up the part that I needed because of the incompetency of the staff here. Maybe a little better training would do the employee some good. Or better screening of who you hire. As I stated I know it is a new store. But to be asked if I wanted breaks for a certain wheel is a bit ridiculous
