Oriellys is my on stop shop for quality parts with bulletproof nationwide warrenties and real specialized loner tools always availible to tackle any job In the 5 yrs in dealing with this store Lori and Susan are two of the best employees that I have ever worked with they are outstanding and always help with the utmost kindness and patience and support then any other parts house Ive ever dealt with. You want the right parts and quality the first time Orielys at 490 Buford Hwy is the parts house for your needs. Ask for Lori or Susan and you will take all your business to them.

The staff here was so much nicer and more helpful than the "other" guys that i tried first. Thats all Ill say. But they were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ill definitely be coming here for future purchases.

Amazing people at this location! I was trying to change the brake pads on my car. Long story short, I didn’t have the correct tool to push my piston back in. I called the store and spoke with Trey. He knew exactly what I needed and had it waiting for me to purchase and borrow. We ended up needing another attachment and he had those ready for me too when I went back. My friend and I ended up getting some other things too and just stayed a little longer to cut up and chat with the staff. All around, Trey turned a miserable day and experience into a great one that we could laugh about. Thanks Trey!

Its 8am, first thing in the morning in Lawrenceville, Ga, freezing cold at 36° (feels like 30), and these nice fellas have not only sold me two of their cheapest windshield wiper blades as I had asked- even cheaper than the price I actually thought I was hunting, but they are out here in this frigid weather this morning changing the super stubborn blades out for me as well! I know they do offer this service, but I didnt ask for it bc I didnt want to be rude, what with the uncomfortable weather and all, and He ended up offering to do it for me. My blades were being especially stubborn, and a second guy had to take over on the second blade and relieve the first guy to some other work, and he was just as nice and accommodating. They wouldnt let me tip them for their service either. I was impressed with their kind, helpful attitudes and their friendly, honest service. Ill definitely be stopping in there if necessary from now on!

My recent visit to OReilly Auto Parts was fantastic. The workers were very friendly and professional. I was greeted upon entering the store and the members seemed excited and were willing to assist me. The store was very clean and bright. All items were perfectly arranged and tagged. I was really impressed with the service received.

I stopped in this evening in desperate need of motor oil for my vehicle. Dallas was amazing! He was efficient, friendly and even reset the oil indicator light for me (as the idiots at the previous oil change place did not reset it and also did not fill the engine up with enough oil.Thanks Dallas!🤗🤗🤗

Just got off the phone with Susan who is amazing...I had a transaction that was about 14 days ago I lost the receipt and was trying to look it up for some weird reason my phone number was not pulling up the transaction we tried everything all the different spellings of my names Susan was beyond patient then she had the idea to put in the type of car since it was older car and look up all the cars that had that part luckily since I was getting a power steering pump it was obscure so she was able to within five minutes sort through the transaction and find my transaction date and amount as per stated on my bank statement since I lost the receipt then she was able to give me the transaction ID that was actually on the receipt so that I could go to any OReilly store and get a refund for my money Im so appreciative of the extra time that she took she is clearly very knowledgeable of the running the store and its computer interface system I am super impressed...thank you Susan for your time diligence and patience to help me get this sorted out so I was not flushing $130 down the toilet...the night that I came here the customer service was great however I was really ticked off that the guy and I only got the spelling of my name wrong but for some reason when he saved my phone number into the system Susan even noted that on the receipt transaction it shows that phone number but all the OReilly stores that are called giving my phone number so they could not find any name associated with that number so Im not sure if he did something wrong or what happened but it was just annoying nonetheless that I went to the problem of starting a account with whoever was there at night and it was causing me so much trouble thankfully Susan came and saved the day which is why this is getting a five-star

Really disappointed at my experience at this O’Reillys. After having gone to three other ones to find a part of me just my vehicle one of which I was told had if I didn’t so then I came to this one just to have the cashier Susan be very rude and short with me as if I was bothering her by going there. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again if they’re not happy with their jobs or they’re not happy with where they are they need to leave the job someone else that does want to job and can be nicer to customer spending their money there can get a job. Shes left a sour taste in my mouth for O’Reillys. Very disappointing.

I always buy my tools here. Friendly people.

If you plan taking your rotors to this location, dont even waste your time. I took 4 rotors to them for resurfacing and it got worsened. All rotors have rough grove patterns created by the machine/by the employee, NOT smooth. Must be someone hired off the streets with no experience or careless to perform rotor resurfacing task.After realizing what they did to my rotors, an assistant manager said, "the store manager is off and will be back Monday 6/1/20, you may talk to her about your concerns. Theres nothing we cant do for you at this time!"I asked them "so you want me to put these rough rotors on my car which will destroy the new brake pads?" They were silent and gave me a bad look!

Went into store, it had no customers then a young lady spoke and walked away, a man with twists in his head was standing at a computer not paying me any attention. He kept answering the calls when they came in. A few more people walked pass said nothing. Finally the lady that spoke came back and waited on me. A customer walked in the door and the guy immediately helped him. After all that I still did not get the part I was looking for and she said it shows it’s in stock but it was not there.

My favorite Big Boy Toy Store besides free installation of batteries and wipers I was amazed at their selection and quality of tools I am a old Craftsman tool user and OReillys tools have a lifetime guarantee and are tough enough for a pro mechanic to use everyday

This store has horrible customer service! I went to auto zone and they told me I had a bad battery which I brought from o’Reilly’s. I came to this location to have my battery tested and they said the battery was fine and I couldn’t use my warranty until it says it’s a bad battery I left from that store and went to another store and had it tested and it was a bad battery. I almost went home and to deal with my car not being able to crank and miss work because of this Store negligence all because they were busy . No one at this store was friendly period .

My boyfriend and I came in looking for a ramp for his low profile car. They went above and beyond to make sure the ramp was the correct size. The manager even came out to make sure the ramp would work. Amazing experience!

I was quite pleased with my service. From the first moment that I called and requested what I was Desiring, to my entrance into the store everyone was courteous and polite. They were truly willing to assist me along with going out to my vehicle to handle what they could do. After running a check service on my engine. They were honest enough to say that the problem was nothing that they could sell me anything on. They then told me what the problem was. I will continue to use OReillys.

I just wanted to share my experience here yesterday with a rep named Jonathan. I have been in service and sales for more than 20 years, and the service I received from Jonathan was among the best I have ever seen. I blew a fuse in my car and needed it fixed. It was a real hassle as the power to charge my phone was not working (the place I seem to always charge my phoneand truth be told, I really did not know how to fix it, but I was going to try. I was also rushed for time, as I was headed to a job fair (looking to hireat the local College. I told Jonathan what I needed, and instead of pointing to an isle, he walked outside with me, read my owners manual, opened the fuse box in the car, opened the one under the hood...searched and looked at every fuse until he found the one blow...went back in the store, sold me a $3 fuse kit, then came out and fixed it! I was really flabbergasted that he would go to all the trouble. Not to mention it was 36 degrees and he was in a short sleeved shirt. Here is a young man who was raised right, and trained right. Good for you Jonathan! Keep up the good work. People are paying attention. Again, thank you so much OReilly. Ill pass other store to come visit again. *When you read this please make sure Jonathan gets the recognition he deserves.

They are always willing to assist and offer knowledge. They have always been friendly. I have learned a thing or two from going here to get parts. I will go here over the competition if given the choice.

Needed windshield wipers and to check my engine. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Put the wipers on for me

Extremely rude. Went in to get my alternator tested and got nothing but frustration. The associate was cursing up and down using both "S" and "F" words. Took him over 15min to tap in the right alternator numbers and still didnt get it. Unacceptable way to handle customers when autoparts stores are dime a dozen nowadays.

I used to give this location 5 stars but have lately not had good experiences here lowering. Now I try this location or Napa and both have gone downhill. But between two stars each at least there is a local four-star auto parts store :(

Very bad customer service asked a question and the guy just looked at me and didnt even offered to show me what I need it. I sensed a racist vive out of him too. I sure will not ever come back!!

I was checked out by an older man. He was pleasant at the beginning when he was checking me out. At the moment that I handed him cash to pay, he had an absurd look on his face, and asked me if I had a smaller bill to pay. I said no, only another $100 just like it. At that moment, he became very rude, and his entire demeanor changed. He said things like, "Why do you people come here for change?" "Im sure you dont understand anything Im saying." He aggressively took the change out of the drawer and accused me of taking all his change. Then he slammed my change on the counter. Then I made another purchase and he made a sarcastic comment saying, "Now Im sure youre going to pay me with a $20 when supposedly you only have the bills I gave you." He continued with his rude behavior, and when giving me my change, he accused me of taking all his change. Instead of reacting to his racist and childish behavior, I said thank you. When I turned to leave, his response was, "Im sure Im talking to myself." This is the store I always visit to make purchases for myself, my wife, and other family members when they need something. After this experience, I am not likely to return.

O"Reilly has YOUR part. If not it can be ordered from a local warehouse in a manner of hours or next day. I had to replace the Tail light lenses on a 1991 Silverado and OReilly had them in stock! The knowledgeable team members really know their stuff.
