I just want to give a kudos to Kamic & Shawn. My low tire pressure came on, and I was right next to OReillys so I went in there and asked if they could check my tires for me. I didnt have a tire pressure checker on me & I didnt want to go waste money putting air pressure in my tires only for me to run out of air before I get to all of them so I wanted to find out what one it was. Well thank God I went there because Kamic was very helpful and checked every tire. The very last tire that he got to check and made me aware that the wires were poking out and that I needed to get it changed. So thanks to him I am on my way home Im not going to be going out driving around tonight because Im not about to risk my life so thank you kamic! Now I have to go pay to get a new tire possibly two new tires tomorrow because the other one was low in the back and its kind of bald too so just wanted to say thanks and service was great! Annnd Shawn was a great help to me as well. I tried making another review, but I think because Ive already made a review here I couldnt add another one. I went to the OReillys in Ogden on Washington and 31st and the gentleman there was just not helpful at all. I called this OReillys yesterday talk to Sean came in today and he tested my battery and my alternator and help me out with cleaning the corrosion on my battery and was willing to go above and beyond with my situation. That was far from what happened at the other location on Washington boulevard in ogden.
Got just what I needed for me car! Very friendly, and helped me find what I needed. Will be going to this location again!
I stopped in to grab a steering wheel adapter kit for a project I am working on. They had one that would work for the time being, but I’ll need to order one online to match the steering column that I have (they could have ordered for me, but my timeline wouldn’t work).The associates there were great, and helpful.
Typical auto parts store. Cant say anything bad about the place. Polite staff, knowledgeable. Had what I needed and was out within 5 minutes

Dismantled the entire front end of my car to replace a ball joint. Oreileys cheap aftermarket products cost me an entire day of labor. So I had to spend twice that amount to get the part that actually worked. Going back to disassemble front end once more to put on part that works. Be careful in what you buy here. I could have been done but I’m starting completely over. They didn’t even offer to discount the new part. 😠. What do you see in this photo? Yep no Allan head so there’s no way to hold the ball from spinning when you try to tighten. Lovely!
Im a regular here. The staff changes regularly and some are better than others, but its close to me, convenient and usually a good experience
My go to store for anything I need. The employees go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need and even offer to help replace the old part with the new one. I can tell these guys really know what they are talking about. Always a positive experience at this store!
I called about turning rotors, was quoted $30 for both. Brought them in 20 mins later. Later that day, they called me, said rotors were finished. I show up, they tell its actually $50, and for some reason, only one of my rotors is done.I end up having to pay $20 over what I was quoted, and I wasted 20 minutes waiting for my rotor that was supposed finished.
If I could give zero stars I would. I was a previous employee. While I worked there I had to buy a battery for my vehicle. The date stamp on the battery is 12/20, so barely over a year old because I bought it last year. Well, that battery failed on Christmas day and made it only until 12-27-21 before finally just testing bad. I went in to the same store I purchased it from. Found out that they ERASED MY WARRANTY FILE!!!!! My info as well as my purchase of the battery DOES NOT EXIST IN THEIR SYSTEM!!! The manager on duty did say it was common for them to do this to previous employees. Shame on you. I only wanted an exchange on a purchased product that failed while under warranty period.
Always helpful, they go above and beyond with explaining the parts and the customer service lady helped explain how to replace part. Only cart parts store Ill go to.
I came in to get an axel for my truck, turns out the one my truck requires is different then whats standard for my model of truck, oreillys doesnt carry the one I need. After finding out Morgan went above and beyond. Calling other local parts stores she finally found it an hour and a half later. Proving to me its not just about a paycheck, its about helping others. I will be buy all my parts here, from here on out. Thanks again Morgan!

very disappointed with the store tonight 9/24/21 i have religiously been bringing my service to this store for the last 10 years and this is the first time i’ve had an experience like this. i pulled up at 859 wich i know is pushing it but all i needed was butt connectors are watched every employee watch me pull up and they turned their heads and walked away they could have at least asked what i needed. not the the customer service i’m used to for sure :(
I went to the Roy, Utah location on Midland Dr to get a headlamp for my Highlander. Morgan went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she give a good recommendation she also helped me switch out the lamps and did it quick. Definitely will continue using this location. Major props to Morgan she did great!
They are my go to local auto parts store… I mean I’m definitely eBay and Amazon shopper but when I need something quick this is where I come. For the most part the employees at the counter are pretty knowledgeable and if they don’t happen to know then they will usually ask another one. I especially like that I get my five dollar off coupons sent to my email quite often.
Very good place to get parts theyve never given me the wrong part always the right one when the their competitor always give you the wrong one I would recommend OReillys to anyone over their competition

Came in with a dead battery, Angel was awesome and checked it out, and it was a ‘difficult mount’ which Simon stayed late to help get it put in. Awesome team. Awesome service. I’ll keep coming back despite the competitor moving in next door. Thanks guys!
Exceptional service. I don’t know much at all about cars and should in no way ever be allowed under the hood - I often mess things up just trying to top off fluids 😭 The guys here are great at helping me with stuff and if it’s something small like a bulb replacement, they will even come out and do it for me. My go to place for car stuff!
I have a theory that when you call someone and ask them how they are, if they dont ask me in return how Im doing, they are at best sociopaths, and at worst, psychopathic current/future serial killers.I mention this because every time I call this OReillys, they ask me how Im doing after I ask them.Anyway, every time I go in to this store they are kind, courteous, professional, and helpful. When I go into the stores in Ogden, the employees are often sullen (bordering on hateful), and the misery within their souls is evident throughout the store.
Simon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I struggled for 20-30 minutes trying to fix my car after buying a part I needed and he came out to help me out. Took him only a few minutes and I was off to work with no problems.
Consistently good service. I think Oreilly Auto has the best prices overall so I dont price shop anymore. Buy oil and shop supplies on the sales.
As good as any other OReillys Ive been to. Decent selection of products for the do-it-yourselfer. Helpful staff and fairly knowledgeable to answer questions.

These guys are amazing! My Tahoe broke down at the intersection just outside the store and Simon came to my rescue. In the mid afternoon summer heat, he helped me push the Tahoe through the intersection and diagnose my alternator issue. He was able to find out that my old alternator was under warranty and got me new one for free right away. He also supplied the tools so that I was able to replace it on the spot. Thanks Simon!!! You went above and beyond which seems rare now a days.GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
I only ever go here if I am just not feeling like driving a little farther to Autozone. If you know what you need, model number, part number, size, etc, youll be fine. 80% of the time Ive gone to Oreilly they are out of stock of what I need or they are able to offer less information than I already had on what I need. If youre in a bind, they are better than nothing. Other than that, dont waste your time or money here.

Great work by the employee Randy who was able to get me the items that I needed and specially ordered the items which were not in stock. He was able to spend the time and look up a unique plug that I needed for my truck which worked great. Thank you for taking the time to work with me and get me the product that I needed for a great price!
They were great! I went to get my battery and alternator checked. It was a bad battery. I bought one and Adrian was the best and took time to install the battery and made sure everything was working correctly.There are other places I could have gone closer to my home, but this location is the best. The staff is always kind and ready to help me out.
Im sure its a great auto parts store. I went in to have my battery tested and the worker couldnt tell me if it was bad or not even with a tester.
I always and only go to oriley when anything is wrong with my car (or if Im stuck in a parking lot- and the only person stopping to help me works at oriley and gave me his jumper cables] They always go out of their way to help me.. today was no different. My air/ heater blower only worked on high. MARIO knew what it was, got the part ordered, it came in when stated and mario put it in for me! Cant be any better than that! Addendum..everyone at the store was so nice, helpful and above good.Now im back to work.I dont know how you always get such quality people at every store!Thanks!
Nice store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Willing to help. Not pushy. Will give advice even without a purchase. Not afraid to make a suggestion, even if they have to send you to their competitor for an item you need.
When in Roy and in need of ignition lock cylinders, this is my companys go to place. For the most part, they generally always have what we require. On the rare occasion they dont, they are able to either get the part in the same day or refer us to a location which has the part in stock.
These guys are really nice and helpful. Alphonso bent over backwards to help me find what I was looking for and he was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this store if youre looking for auto parts! Thank you for youre help!
I had a dead battery. I brought it expecting to fork out the money for a new one. The gentlemen at the counter took the time and the extra steps to get me the warranty off of my old one. I was very grateful and surprised that he took the time and effort to do this for me. Thanks again and I was I glad I came in.

Ive used OReilly Auto Parts for years because they are so helpful. Im not that smart with cars, but they always explain things and give me good tips. Their prices are good too.
Ive always had a good customer experience at this store. It doesnt matter which employee helps me, theyve all been great. Will continue to buy my parts here.
to give this location 3 stars is a huge compliment from me. the lack of customer service here was horrible to say the least. lately it has improved a lot and I hope it stays that way. fairly decent selection but it is a bit smaller than the other stores.
Store is great and has always had everything i have ever needed but one worker there Jon in particular is very rude and arrogant. He acts always like there is a chip on his shoulder and that he knows everything and talks to customers and other employees in a very rude tone. He has no customer service skills what so ever. I highly recommend asking for Mario, he is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I have or problems that I need help with.
Went here to have a starter tested. The employee never hooked up the ground and tried to tell me that it failed after running a test twice. Questioned employee about the grounding and when it was hooked up correctly it passed no problem. It seems like they might be trying to take advantage of people who might no know any better. The argument that they may have made a mistake is pretty weak, considering there is a picture that comes up telling you where to connect everything.
They are helpful and nice, but always under staffed and slow as molass. I could have driven 8 miles to Walmart, checked out, driven back home, made a burrito, eat it, use the restroom, and relaxed in the time it took just to get someone to come to the register and check me out. If youre working at a leisurely pace and want someone to explain things, it world be great, but if youre working on a tight schedule go somewhere else.
